Extremely poor customer service very unprofessional. I’ve been going to PLS this for a while now usually get great customer service but this specific store is very disrespectful.

I am always impressed whenever i cash my checks here. Today Kassandra helped me out and not only was she kind she was understanding as she walked me through the process and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and I will definitely be coming back here.

Been cashing my check here for years with no problem last night after working late cashed my check here n was shorted 50 bux i know i cant prove it but i am positive the girl that worked at 12am 8-28-21 stole 50 bux from me be careful n make sure you pay attention before walking out i wish i would have paid more attention last night9 10 21The issue was resolved alot quicker then i expected i am satisfied and grateful to have gotten the money i was shorted back very professional response to the incident. I always go there to cash my checks & the girls in there are lovely. They always take care of me right. The service is always awesome.

I absolutely love going to this location. I visit this pls at least once a week. I never have to wait and the staff here is outstanding. Kayla and Liz are always super friendly. I’ve never had a problem here and I will drive out of my way if need be to go to this location. I’ve been to a few pls and to me this ones the best. The ladies that work in this store are always on top of things. Thanks for being so helpful and friendly.

These guys are awesome!! I originally took my check to Kroger and they told me they couldn’t cash it because they didn’t recognize the check which was kinda odd so I came here, basically across the street from Kroger and these people had no problem with the check what so ever. They were fast, easy and only took out 6$ from a 508$ check.

I went there when getting back on my feet but due to their consistency and of course their friendly staff throughout the past year or two some have even become friends. Not only that but they were there for me to be able to have a source to provide for my son and now having the backing of PLS I was able to know that they were a reliable source that gave me confidence in where I was putting money to where now I own my own successful business. I sometimes even still go back here with a personal check sometimes just as an excuse to see my favorite teller Hzel!!! there who is always genuine with a smile seeing good out of even the bad. The two women at the counter had quite a bit of attitude and did everything in their power to not help me in an unprofessional manner. I had to go to the bank because she refused to charge my card the correct amount.

The employees here are very good and super friendly. This location is usually not crowded so you are in and out quickly.

This location is the best location Ive been to thus far. The customer service is impeccable. I go there all the time for money orders && stamps and Im in, then Im out in what seems like an instant. One of the employees, Frida i think her name is, offers one of the best customer service that Ive experienced in a long time. I went into the store earlier this morning && she definitely seems like she loves her job. Greatest customer service!!!

Horrible, I know it was late, but the young lady sent myself and another customer were already in the system on our way.

This location is be polite and i love the customer service. Went to cash a check and i was in and out. The guy that does the overnight is really a blessing. I seen him at multiple locations and its always a great experience with him. I will be returning to the location on Spencer and red Bluff. The guy is so energetic and very polite. And overall I like the way he conducts business. Im not sure his name but his initials are ES and he wears glasses. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

I drove over 30 minutes to get here. And was told they can’t cash my check because they can’t verify the account. Apparently December isn’t close enough. They cashed a check in December from the same issuer but since they didn’t also cash one in January they have to verify it over the phone during business hours to ensure the account is still open. It is Sunday morning. 12:00. And I’m stuck here until Monday since I have no money and no cash. Don’t believe all the rosy reviews about this place. You can have a good check and they won’t take it.

Walked in and there was 5 people ahead of me. However they opened all registers to get people in and out with 10 minutes. The workers were really friendly and super helpful and got me taken care of the first time without having to repeat myself. This is my favorite location to visit even though I have a closer store by my house because of the excellent customer service.

I came into this store on November 1, 2019 around 10:30pm to cash my check that was dated for November 4, 2019. The older woman working refused to cash it, because she said “I can’t cash this since it’s for the 4th”. I have cashed my check there many times before, and it has always been 3 days early. I can honestly say I will NEVER use this location again until I see that woman no longer works there, because I left and went to a different location and they had no problem cashing my check for me. That was the worst customer service I have EVER received.

I love coming to this location! Always quick and nice service,, Not like some locations where they have only one or two people working and a line!! Thank you ladies!

They (older lady) kept giving us different percentages of how much they were going to charge us. Seems a little too fishy they probably wanted to steal some money out of our tax return not cool. No only that she was very rude and unprofessional we preferred to go somewhere else before cashing with this sketchy place and people they have working.

Short manager was super helpful with a western union issue I was having I think her name was lizabeth and I also found out their money orders are free with cash! Will be coming here from now on

Went in there with the right of money for my money orders and when the teller a young teenager counted the money she said I was short and a hundred dollar bill came up missing and the manager on duties did not create and either did the district manager the called they customer a lier I would not recommend going to this PLS they steal money

My first time coming to this location on Spencer and red bluff was having trouble with my expectation card and one the CSR really went above and beyond helping me than I expected to than the PLS I usually go to close by my house I really needed to take money out of my card to pay my rent that was due ASAP & she help me out no problem !!!! It’s a little drive from where I stay but from now I will continue coming to this location

This store is so amazing,Like the attitude that all the girls have.Especially on fridays when it’s hecticAnd oh and can’t forget those free snacks they give out.

The only bad thing about this store is their ATM is not available during nighttime hours. Evidently they open it and lock up funds until the AM manager arrives. This makes it hard to purchase a money order outside of standard daytime hours. Open 24/7.

They wanted to charge 10% to cash a check that they called and verified was a legit check. When I refused they said the could charge 2% if I let them put all of the $ on a pre-paid Credit card ( which Im sure has crazy charges every time it is used).
