Best Sign shop period

I would give them zero stars if I could. I never write bad reviews about anyone. I run a business myself and I know there are lots of business owners who strive to work hard to make a living. This company charged $3200 for two lighted led signs for two diff businesses that I own. They had told me that the service would come with a 2 year warranty. A year later, one of the signs did not light up any longer so I had made multiple attempts to reach them by phone and even left voicemails for them to contact me back. They did not whatsoever. Since my phone calls weren’t getting any responses I had made multiple visits to their actual store off Spencer St. to have the lighting issue fixed. By this time I was already upset that I had to stop what I was doing and leave work to even get in touch with someone concerning warranty work. The first visit I made, I spoke with a gentlemen there and had told him that I’ve tried contacting them and left voicemails with no response and all he had said was that they don’t check their voicemails and apparently don’t pick up their phones either. He told me that he would get a hold of the owner and relay the message to him to come check out the sign. Weeks go by and I again call with no luck. I drove up their again and what do you know? The owner isn’t there again. I speak with the same gentlemen again to see when they would be able to come out to check out our sign and he tells me that they’ve been real busy and that the owner would get to me once he has time. Keep in mind, I am always the only one there and I drive by their store all the time and never do I see any customers. So I figure okay, whatever that’s fine. If they’re busy I’ll just wait for them to get back with me. Another month passes by and still no word. Knowing that I won’t get anywhere by phone, I decided to head out there when I had time. Now I am very frustrated because I can’t believe how poorly their customer service skills are. Same gentlemen again, and now I am speaking in a stern manner. I tell him that I want to speak to the owner now and so he calls him over the phone. The owner tells me that he’s been real busy and hasn’t had time to come out but that he would sometime that week. I figure since the owner is giving me his word that he would stand by it so I get his number down and leave. Surprisingly during that week, he had sent a couple guys to come out and take a look at what’s wrong. They tell me that I have a bad ballast and that they would have to order one for me which would take a week and once they receive the ballast, they would come out to replace it. Great! I’m thinking that’s one less problem I have to worry about now. What do you know, a month goes by, no word from them again. Since I had the owners number, I give him a ring and again run into the same issue of not being able to get a hold of anyone from this business. I leave him a voice message about how I’m still waiting for them to replace the ballast. Never received a call back. I go to their business again and this time the store is closed in the middle of the afternoon. That was the last straw for me. I am no longer wasting my effort in dealing with them ever again. I’d rather pay someone else to fix our sign who actually stand by their word and are reliable. Stay away. Once they get paid for their services, that’s that. If you ever run into a problem, your warranty will expire before you can even get a hold of them. They are never busy for a reason. There are plenty of other signage companies who actually care about their customers and stand by their word. Like I said, I never write bad reviews but this company really made me angry, especially because of all the money we spent with them. I’m just trying to help spread the word so that others can avoid this company in their bad business dealings.
