Five stars for the service. A nice older lady was in charge of my order. She was very responsive and quick in printing the material.Why three stars? It is because the negatives outweigh the positives. After checking my credit card record, I noticed that they charged the same order twice on my credit card. I remember the moment the lady was doing card transaction twice, as she said it didnt work the first time. When I reported this issue to the company over phone, a man replied that their record shows only one transaction, and asked me to contact the credit company to solve this. Then I was in the process of dispute in which I had to wait 30-90 days for investigation and refund. I did not understand why the company couldn’t simply credit the amount back to my card that they seemed to have mistakenly taken, when clearly it was not my fault.

Garen is the best person to go to whenever you need any printing and copying done. Currently, he is helping with printing disposables menus, which is essential during this Covid19 period. In addition to excellent quality of work, his price is top notch and very competitive. I was able to get some banners made by his team and the result is excellent.
