Google reviews are good, but you better read Better Business Bureau reviews. I placed an order with this company for 3 different products. One was an expensive herbicide and the other two were inexpensive products. Order arrived with herbicide not in box. Solutions tried to blame shipping company, but box was sealed and not damaged. They did not ship the herbicide and since box arrived I have no proof it was not in box. They stole $375.00 from me.

I had a mouse in my garage and I didnt want to go to Home Depot so I chose this place. Im glad I did because they had everything available and then some. If you have any problems finding what you need in big brand stores go here and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and dont mind assisting you with any problem that you might have versus looking around and trying to locate someone for assistance.

When I receive my package one of the hornets right container was broken it was difficult to get my refund. They want you to complete a affidavit! For $12.99 plus tax. I received multiple email telling me to complete the PDF form at David I did it I sent it to him finally I just told him give me my money this is ridiculous for 1299 plus tax. They finally sent me my money it was like jumping through hoops until I lost my temper. What an ordeal to go through.

Good selection of pesticides. Helpful counter people. Didnt have the product i was looking for even though website said it was in stock. I was in a pinch and had to purchase another product at a much higher cost.

Had a small flea breakout after all the rains our area has been having. Went to Solutions like weve been doing for 20+ years. Walked in the door, asked what we needed, they told us, we bought it and days later, no fleas. Could not be simpler and the people working there really know what they are doing and extremely nice.

Service is awful. Placed an internet order a week ago for one jug of herbicide based on best total price. They took my money. They still have not shipped my stuff, wont respond to emails, and wont answer the phone or return phone messages. Thievery. Crooks. Will never get another penny from me. ANSWER THE PHONE. Shipping of my purchase was delayed for over a week with no communication and when I reached out they said there were damage issues on their end and were not sure when I would be reshipped my product. I asked if they could expedite shipping since I had been waiting so long or offer a discount for the delay and trouble but they said no and would rather just cancel my order.They were very quick to respond once I brought the issues up but I would definitely not use the company again given their lack of willingness to offer solutions to a problem on THEIR end.

While I have never even been in a pest supply store before, the first thing youll notice is how extremely clean the store is (wonder if they do home cleaning service? 🤔) Second thing was the guy working greeting you coming in and quick service. Kinda felt bad for him cause I had a hundred questions for him and amazingly he listened didnt interrupt me not once. (I couldnt even do that with my kid). After a minute he asked another gentleman there about what I was dealing and he also gave basically the same recommended advice. Info off internet said to use a certain product extremely expensive (everywhere). But suggested another product that was a bit cheaper. Even though I found same product cheaper at other locations, its the info and understanding and listening that Id willingly pay this price for. Been bitten 11 different times, possible by a Brown Recluse spider. Only a speculation, but one that these guys said its an extreme possibility. Novacide spray, $27.99.

I ordered Ornamec 170 a grass herbicide on 5/31/21 (order #101074383). On 6/1/21, I received a 2nd email stating my order is on the way and was provided a FedEx tracking number. The only update I could see was, info was sent to carrier, no other useful information was available. I sent an email on 6/8/21 checking on the status of the order, did not hear anything back. I waited almost 22 hours and after no response, I called. It was then, I was told the item was on backorder. Me wasting almost 10 days couldve been avoided and I couldve ordered elsewhere, if it was communicated that my product was on backorder.I requested the order to be cancelled and a refund given. Not good service!!!

I ordered a liquid insecticide concentrate from this company. They shipped me a bottle with defective seal under one of the caps (seal was glued to the bottle). As result, during shipment liquid leaked out from the bottle and spilled inside the package. The asked me to take multiple pictures, fill out an affidavit, and after all my hassles they reimbursed me only half of the cost claiming that only half of the bottle has been spilled during the shipment. Will never order from them again.

Have used Solutions many times in the past and have had great service and success. Recently, I experienced a rodent problem and returned to the store for help and advice. They were most helpful in explaining what was needed and what to do. I am 70 years old and appreciate all the patience help. If you are a DIY feel free to use their services.

Went to Solutions Pest and Lawn in July of this year and purchased product to to solve brown moth issue i had in my lawn. After paying for the product i was handed several business cards and informed of Solutions Refer a Friend Program. Simple program, send us a customer and have that customer bring the business card with my name filled in and when they purchase a product from them they will send me $10 and give the customer i sent in a discount as well. On August 3, 2020 i took my next door neighbor to Solutions Pest and Lawn in Pasadena and she purchased approximately $150 worth of product and gave the clerk the business card with my name on it and they gave her the discount promised and said they would mail me $10. Several weeks went by and no $10 in the mail. I called Solutions and was told they mail referrals out the following month. OK. After the following month came and went i emailed them and was told it would be taken care of. Finally this issue became a matter of principal with me. So, i sent a letter to the General Manager of Solutions Pest and Lawn explaining my experience with Solutions Refer a Friend program. Obviously not a good experience. To this day i have not received a reply from anyone at Solutions. Normally i would have blown this off over $10., but as i said earlier it became an issue of whats right.Update on November 28,2020. Owner of Solutions reacted to my post above with an apology and statement that he would have the issue taken care of. I received my $10 today and i am greatful that they did the right thing. I will continue to send my friends and neighbors to Solutions because of the way they handled it. Good communication and eventually contacting the proper person seems to help a lot.Thank you Solutions Pest & Lawn.

Very helpful ! I called regarding a squirrel 🐿️ issue were having and honestly didnt expect to get the very helpful advice that i received. Instead of wanting me to pay for service before giving advice they did the total opposite and gave me step by step instructions on what and how i should go about eraticating these annoying squirrels. Am definitely calling again when i need to know how to get rid of any pest.

We have regularly been ordering products for our business from Solutions for several years now.What I want to focus on is Adam Ramirez. He called us several years ago after making a small order to see if he could win our business. I was skeptical at first and since we already had a main supplier, did not think Solutions could be much better. Was I ever wrong. Adam’s quote not only came in better, but he was not pushy at all and genuinely tried to get us the best possible price. We have worked with a couple other representatives in the company, and while they have been good, Adam surpasses them by a long shot. In all the customer service/business relations I have had in the past, I have never been taken care of as we are with Adam. He has always been very prompt and quick with replies to questions. Billing and shipping have been extremely fast. We have only had one minor problem with an order (warehouse omission) which he remedied immediately, no questions asked. He will go above and beyond by sending information on manufacturer’s rebates and trying to get us the best price. He worked on a bulk pricing list for us that cannot be beat by competitors. His customer relations and support is what really stands out. I feel like I have my own team member working at Solutions with mine and my business’s best interest in mind. This is the second time this has happened. My mistake for using them twice. I would not have given this review had their responce not been canned and blamed the shippers for the problem. I ordered the item for my business. I checked on the status two days later and their website said shipped. I used the tracking number they provided and it said no information available. After a week, I called Solutions pest because I had not received what I ordered. Their responce, the shippers picked it up two days after the order, but its sitting in limbo. First problem is, why isnt Solutions tracking the shipping of their orders to make sure of receipt by their customers? Second, You will see in the other reviews that had similar issues and canned responces which tells me know one really cares. No one offered to rectify the situation, just sorry for the inconveinience. There are many places to order online, I will use them next time.

This place is the real deal!Not only did they have the item I needed, but it was at a reasonable price for what it was: a basic item thats been around for decades. Maybe even a hundred years. I needed it, they had it, I ordered multiples, and they sent it to me quickly.Can we talk about shipping for a moment? I live in Florida, okay? This company is based in Texas. I received an email exactly 1 hour and 9 minutes after I placed my order informing me that a shipping was created and my order was in my mailbox 3 days later. And it was free!My order was less than $12 and a big box home improvement store wanted me to either pay $75 for shipping or leave my home in the middle of COVID-19 to pick it up in store. Needless to say that that was not going to happen.Look at my profile. I NEVER write reviews, but this company has earned my service, recommendation, and (from me, at least) the elusive review.I dont care if that helpful hardware place is a 20 minute drive away. I am willing to be a return customer to Solutions as long they dont change the service they provide and their shipping policy.

Ive never used their Lawn or Pool supplies, but if they are like their pest service, you cant go wrong. Everything they sell is concentrate, so you will mix with water, and spray with your pump sprayer.

Our local newspaper had an article on getting rid of ants and recommended your solution. I ordered it and it worked great!!! I put a dab of the solution on top of the ant traps and was amazed at how quickly it worked. Id recommend it to anyone.

My mom had a flea infestation that was starting to get out of control and I was starting to get them too, I tried home made sprays and tried the store bought sprays with no luck then tried the home remedies like putting salt on the rugs and making a spray with apple cider vinegar with no luck then vacuum 3 times a day with the rug fresh stuff with flea killer in it with like to no luck and so on, then I tired a google search and found solutions web site to order there flea spray you have to mix 1 oz to 1 gallon of water into a pump spray and the pesticide 3 oz to 6 oz, then 3 days later I saw maybe 1 flea then 1 week my mom told me she was still getting fleas so I made another mix 1 oz flea inhibitor and 6 oz of the pesticide and sprayed my moms house in every room then around out side on the foundation and in the garage, 1 week later I still didnt see any fleas and my mom told me she hasnt seen any fleas either at her house, in about 1 month or 2 I will respray as a preventative, but so far this spray mix is has worked when so many other products have failed, Thank you Solutions for a great product. the rating only goes to 5 stars I want to give you 10 lol.

This will be a 2 part review as it may take some time to deal with our many gophers and now moles. I’m writing to say at this point we are quite pleased with Solutions Pest & Lawn.Shipping was free and extremely quick. Amazon couldn’t have done it any quicker. I believe our item shipped out of Georgia to our state of California. It took 2 days and almost immediately upon purchasing I had an email shipment confirmation. Many times companies offer free shipping but, the product might as well been placed on a slow boat.So often is the case that pesticides, herbicides and such are not allowed here in the twilight zone of California. They simply can’t ship as its against the law, for product to be used in this place. Rules and regulations ya know and trust me when I say, we pay A Lot to be so controlled.For now that is my review on customer service, and extremely quick and free shipping.I’ll be reviewing the product as soon as results are observed. Here’s hoping our gopher days will soon be a thing of the past.

Apparently there are multiple locations for this company so not sure where to leave this review. They send you multiple emails asking for a google review and each time you click the email link it brings up a new store.The company marked my item shipped the day after I ordered it however they did not actually ship the product for another 14 days. I tried contacting multiple times with all forms of communication going unanswered. It took me escalating my claim with paypal to finally see my package move. I come to find out that they had ran out of product & were waiting for more to arrive... so instead of emailing the customers to let them know of the delay they marked them all as shipped. I will never order from this company again or recommend it. If they wouldve been honest & communicated the problem I would give them another try.

I probably should give this store a lower score, but they sent their bad news quite quickly. Their service is quick. But buyer beware. READ EVERYTHING on each item you are ordering. I ordered a respirator that had a picture with the full respirator and two canisters on each side. BUT THERE WAS A NOTE that said that the canisters were not included. So, my decision to buy based on price was upsetting to say the least. Now Im paying more than I thought I would have to. Very disappointed. And I feel a little misled. Attached is the thumbnail of the item on the store and the pictures of what I got in the mail.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Adding an update. They recognized that the picture did mislead me and are updating the site to include the picture of the respirator without the canisters. Very quick and thorough customer service. Watched their you tube video for getting rid of German roaches. Ordered the products and received very quickly. Worked excellent roaches are gone ! We used to see them every morning by kitchen sink area and after the first day of gel bait we have not seen any since for several weeks. Very thankful !
