Mayumi helped me control my diet so that I am now eating better. She also helped me get motivated to start exercising. Ive been losing weight and feeling energetic all throughout the day. As a result of the exercise I also have been sleeping better and waking up feeling energized, Ive never felt healthier in my life!

Mayumi provides a calm, soothing environment for her hypnotherapy sessions and takes great effort to explain the subconscious mind, the process of hypnotherapy and mental well-being. She also takes the time and the effort to listen to your problems/issues and to explain exactly what she has in mind. She is a very professional hypnotherapist!

I am writing this review because I am grateful for the help Mayumi has given me. I think other people can get the same results I have. I see a lot of negative reviews about products or people online when people complain. So I am going to take the time to explain my experience and very positive results thanks to Mayumi.This was my first time going to hypnotherapy, and I was skeptical. My coworker recommended Mayumi though. I went to Mayumi looking for help with headaches and I wanted to stop smoking. Because of anxiety and stress, I have had my daily headaches for about ten years. They can be debilitating, and I have missed many, many days at work because of them. I have lost a few jobs because I had so many sick days, and my bosses didn’t believe anyone could have the kind of severe, recurring headaches I did. No one can see a headache.After four sessions with Mayumi, my headaches went from every day to maybe one every two weeks, to one a month, to one every few months; if that. The headaches are also less severe, and I now have the tools to diminish and then get rid of my headaches by myself. This has stayed consistent for over six months. My quality of life has improved so much, and I have not missed a single day of work since our third session.I have smoked for over 20 years, but I stopped after the first week with Mayumi, and have not smoked for six months. SIX MONTHS! I seriously thought I could never stop smoking. I tried stopping about 10,000 times but could never make it past a few weeks. I have not smoked since my sessions though, even though I have gone through stressful situations. Furthermore, Mayumi helped me change my daily habits so that I am in a stronger position, and I don’t even feel the urge to smoke anymore. I can’t ever imagine smoking again. I didn’t use any stop-smoking aids like patches or gum. It was all hypnotherapy, and the positive beliefs and self-empowerment that Mayumi helped me internalize.What I really liked was that Mayumi took a lot of time at the beginning explaining how hypnotherapy works, and reinforced what she was doing before each hypnotherapy session. That encouraged me to be an active part of the process and to be open to the techniques she used. That in turn helped the hypnotherapy and one-on-one discussions to succeed. Yes, I first had to overcome my skepticism but Mayumi helped me do that in the first session.So that has been my experience. I am very grateful for everything Mayumi has done. I am not exaggerating when I say she has tangibly improved the quality (and probable longevity) of my life so much.

I joined her workshop last month in Japan. It was my first experience and I was completely relaxed. I was able to spend a very good time thinking of memories I had forgotten.
