I purchased my jacuzzi a little over two years ago and could not be happier, with the product and the service. Robert helped identify the right spa for my needs and budget and assisted in locating the jacuzzi on my property. Roberts attention to detail was and is truly impressive and professional from beginning to end. Roberts responsiveness to all of my questions has remained lightening quick even after these years. I call this store in Pasadena many times add different times and dates to only have a lady hang up on me repeatedly not giving me a chance to speak I even have my wife call and the lady that work there tell her not to call again and never to call again. All I wanted to do is to make an appointment to visit and purchase a spa. I have a Fluency Disorder condition having trouble speaking. I took my money somewhere else and I’m happy with my purchase and the help I got. I don’t recommend this store service is rude this company shouldn’t have people answering their phone if they don’t know how specially when you want to spend a good amount off money. You have a very rude immature and ignorant lady working there.

We purchased a new Hot Springs Spa from Lifestyle Outdoor and it is the best. Robert provided great service and the delivery and set-up did not take long. Our previous Hot Springs Spa lasted for over 20 years, it was time for a new improved model. We cannot say enough good things about Hot Springs Hot Tubs.

Awesome people. Great customer service. I just needed chemicals, but I didnt know what I needed. They set me up and made sure I had everything for my particular tub, even though I didnt buy it from them.
