Ok so I went to this buddies to purchase a new bedroom set for my new apartment, this sales associate his name was Ben took me in the back and shown me what they had in stock nothing but junk furniture the beds were dirty and stained the bed head boards and dresser were worn down extremely bad but I was still willing to purchase the bedroom set cuz I was in emergency need of it since I was moving into a new apartment with no bed or anything. I did my paperwork and Ben comes back and tells me his manager didn’t approve my application... so I’m wondering Hmmmm.... how could I possibly get turned down from a buddies rental agency, especially since I had a account from this same buddies store a little over a year ago and I returned that merchandise cuz I was going through financial hardships. When I returned that merchandise a year ago the people told me when I get things back to normal with my life I can come back pick back up we’re I left off with my payments all credit would be forwarded to the new account. Well come to find out the store manager I think her name was Tara, denied my application because she said i owed 178 dollars There’s no way I owed 178 dollars. So I was so mad I tried to get the number to the people over her head, but can you imagine she wouldn’t give me the number. So I left and went to this place called Vantage rental off of Spencer hwy found a nice bedroom set I wanted so did my application pay for my first week on the lease AND signed the lease contract, about Two hours later Vantage calls me and says my application was denied because I had bad credit with buddies, I mean that manager lied and ruined my chances of getting a bed so now I’m in my apartment sleeping on the floor.The whole Moral of this story is do not do business with any Buddies rental agency there very unprofessional and I really do believe they pocket some of the money that you pay them for your lease,I hope this goes viral because I don’t want other people to go through the pain and headache I had to go throughGood luck to you if you do go through buddies best of wishes for you

Ive been renting from Buddys for a few years. I love the service. The sales people are awesome. Always super friendly and more than willing to help you. The deliver guys are great, too. Very nice. I see myself being a long time customer. Ive used other companies like Buddys but none quite this good.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The manager at the Pasadena location is very unprofessional. Horrible customer service!!! They tell you one thing and do another! Theyre not understanding at all!! Do NOT recommend this place to anyone! Their furniture isnt worth it!

I came to this buddy’s because of the reviews, and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The people there are so polite, the delivery guys are very friendly courteous. I loved my experience there.

My delivery was just what I asked for. I called placed order over phone gave payment and it was delivered the same day. Delivery driver was friendly

Bad service.i did my contract saturday.gave them deposit down.my tv never got deliver that day.told me to monday.i had to cancel the contract now i have to go get my deposit but manager is never there.

Getting stuff from this place is great but when it comes to paying or other stuff, they’re unprofessional and unorganized. I paid off a few things and they keep charging me. I got a tablet and ps4 and they were both messed up, so I took it back a few days. They keep charging me for that stuff. Every time I make a payment, it’s always different cause they don’t know how to take stuff off an account. They’re overcharging us for stuff we don’t have.

I really recommend this store I was in a rush very helpful and fast I got my mattress delivered that same day.
