My first going here was yesterday. Im beyond glad I did the vibe is beyond loving and peaceful. They help out people who cant get people anymore who were in Foster Care because they dont have a age limit. The only requirement is your goal is to finish school. Literally I was in shock that they do that I cant believe I didnt know about them before I wouldve been a whole better different person. But yeah its an amazing program and it does truly help unconditionally if they cant help they find someone who can. No other program does that and trust me Ive been in a lot of different Foster Care Programs.
These people do so much for kids who reach 18 and are no longer able to be in foster care. They provide housing temporarily, help them while some are even still finishing high school, and then keep helping them with the next steps whether its getting into college, getting a job, finding an apt, and on and on. Tim and his staff are loving and wonderful people. Ive been supporting them with cash and in-kind donations for years. If you live in Pasadena like I do, they come and pick up whatever you wish to donate. A really worthy cause.
A place that feels like home, they always welcome all of their students.
Snake oil selling and racist as all hell. They only help minorities. They literally said my white privilege to me so often it about started a fight between us. They are rude. Never amswer there phones. I went way oit of my way to try and help these people but after all there comments and ignorant remarks i said to hell with it. I see now why people are dropping them from there sponsor list. They spend money more on themselves then on the kids and refuse to even lift a finger to truely save themselves. They are just grown men that where once foster youth so they ignorantly gang up on anyone they dont agree with and treat people they dont care for with little no respect. It shocks me they are even still a thing and it took this long for sponsors to drop them.
