From being earnest, sympathetic, and quickly responsive in a crisis (a flooding home is definitely a crisis!), thorough and very competitive in their estimate, a large enough company to have experienced crews available to perform the job in the time needed, and doing fantastic and warrantied work, they shine in every area. My basement is still not finished. I guess thats why you need to pay in advance of the work Its been at least 2 years

We brought in this company when a contractor found dampness in our basement. It is too soon to tell if they achieved a dry basement, however they are incredibly dirty and do not clean up after the job. They left a soda bottle, ketchup packet, wood studs they took out of the wall, and the floor is covered in dirt and debris. We called them about this and they cameand picked up the wood and the soda bottle. Filthy floors and more trash to pick up on my weekend after we paid thousands.

Ms. Waterproofer made time to check out a basement issue during one of the busiest times of year. The estimate for work was spot on and there was no pressure to sign a contract. Questions were answered in full and satisfactorially. When the work was scheduled it was completed well and in a timely manner. Clients issue is resolved with complete satisfaction. Would recommend this company to anyone with water issues.

I found this company to be very efficient and helpful; the owner personally answered my many questions and concerns. After the installation of my sump pump I had even more questions and she sent the crew out again to ensure that I was satisfied.

I had a water leak in my basement recently and I called Ms. Waterproofer to take a look. The owner came out for the free estimate which impressed me and she was prompt and very knowledgeable. She priced the work out reasonably and had a dry basement within the week. I would (and already have) refer Ms. Waterproofer to friends & family.

Unnecessary work done. We spent a LOT of money on something that did NOT fix our problem. When getting estimates for water damage to our basement, I repeatedly asked about what I thought the problem was (which was much simpler to fix(, but they repeatedly dismissed my suggestion. I figured they were experts and knew what they were doing so I let it go. We spent thousands of dollars. Then it rained again, and, since they removed the drywall, we could SEE the water still leaking into the house...right where I had suggested the problem was. We dont have limitless cash flow, and yet spent thousands of dollars on work we didnt need. For what? Then they ignored our requests afterward. I think the work they did was done well, but for what? Im still beside myself over this.

Initially we were very happy with the response time and work we had done...until we found that the problem in our basement was not fixed. After the initial assessment and quote, I specifically asked what happens if the drain they install does not fix the problem. I was told explicitly that they will fix whatever was causing the leak for free. Great, right? Their team was fast, skilled, and courteous. We were happy until it rained and water continued to leak into our basement. I called the company and was told, by the owner, that someone would come by and look at it. No one called to set an appointment. I called back and, again, was told theyd look into it and, again, no call to schedule a time. I called several times over 2 weeks before I gave up. Instead, my husband and I spent a day of mild labor and about $40 digging up outside our wall and fixing the problem ourselves (during the assessment we asked if it was possible that there was a problem on the ouside of the wall and were told there was no way). There is no doubt this company was great in the beginning and the work done was of high quality (I had a third party check when they became unresponsive and I lost faith), BUT make sure the work they do actually fixes your problem. Once you pay, theyre done with you. At least that was our unfortunate experience.

Owner came out and provided estimate for a sump pump months ago. I contacted her to let her know I wanted to move forward with the work. After several months of trying to get from her the written estimate she promised to provide - and hearing over and over that she had sent me an email that never reached my inbox or spam - I gave up and went with a different, courteous, and professional company that provided excellent service for less than what she quoted. I would avoid this company unless you want the runaround.

This contractor was very responsive and helpful in providing asolution for our waterproofing problem. A lifetime warranty was provided. I would highly recommend this icompany.
