Beware or you can end up losing lots of money doing business with this escrow. Escrow is a financial arrangement who is hired to perform a job. In this case Inter Valley Escrow and escrow officer Regan Franklin failed to do their job. He failed to secure a lien amount from fire department ( see picture of email from fire department). This is standard for escrows to do on a hillside transaction obviously their lack of caring and knowledge resulted $4000+ being paid by me the buyer. When I brought to this attention in November advising him that they attached a lien of abate for previous owner he ignored my email. It is now 5 months later and just sent an email saying they are not at fault. I am in the process of securing a building loan and because of this cloud on tile its push my project back 5 months.

We received wonderful, professional, prompt service, and they were extremely forthcoming and informative to all our questions. This was my first experience buying a home, and they guided me through the daunting paperwork. Our escrow officer, Regan, gave us much guidance and explained things clearly and patiently. I appreciate all of his efforts!
