Mr . luis Gonzalez,I can relate to your issue me and my wife have experience what you have several times but in our case is the opposite although we are Mexican American are Spanish is not that good we both speak fluent English I can relate because I was turned awayFrom several temp agencies because of my lack of Spanish especially temp agencies that is operated by fully bilingual personnel my wife has also experienced the rudeness from fully bilingual people,, I can give you an example she worked as a waitress and because she could not speak Spanish customers would refuse to sit in her section at times once seated at her section when customers would realize that she could not speak Spanish and only English customers would be asked to move. There’s times when we go into the supermarkets and get treated so rudely because we are the only ones That can speak English. Terrible company to be at. Never could pay me for my one day of work and when I try to get in touch to find out what’s going on…they come up with a lame excuse that they’re waiting on someone else to submit a time sheet.

This is a great place to find employment. They are very helpful and professional from the receptionist all the way to the head boss. They found me work quick and Ive been working since and got hired onto the company.

If I could I would give it no stars at all. This staffing company will turn you away just because you don’t speak English, it don’t matter if you understand it or know the basic stuff THEY WILL NOT HIRE YOU, when most of the jobs they offer it’s mostly using your brain and hands to work with and also little to no English.If you don’t speak English do not go here, they will turn you away.

Justin, I am sorry you dont understand we work by set appointments. This is one of the tests we give to ensure you show up at our job sites on time. You were given a PR-APPLICATION to fill out a staff member sat down with you and set an appointment. Apparently you didnt have your personal information/ work history in order so you were set an appointment. We check work history & criminal back grounds.grounds. Im sorry you dont Qualify to work for us.

I see many bad reviews. I dont understand why. Bill was nothing but kind and cordial. He gave me the best advise to continue the path I want to lead.

Worst company to try and hire on at! i had many friends go here and apply same day got hired and start next day they called me in for a second interview and told i would get a call back nope ite there way of saying they dont want you and they are very rude! i called to ask while i was not hired got told all three main people have to sign off i did not hear about this going in and there was one guy there making all decisions the first day so why lie on my reasoning this place is very unprofessional smells like smoke like all they do is sit there and chain smoke all day best to go else where

Not sure how many times I had to call to finally get ahold of someone. Was constantly told that theyd get back to me. Finally got a pre-screen interview and Bill was just incredibly unprofessional. Cursing every other word and bad mouthing my family members that own businesses inthe area. Then again, called numerous times to only be told he would return my call but never did. Once I did get an answer from him, he pretended it wasnt him (you have a distinctive voice) and was told they wouldnt hire me, not why and hung up on me. I know I have absolutely nothing on my background. I know they did not check references because my current employer is my brother in law and he never got a call. Same with a very close friend I worked with in a different town. Completely agree about them being prejudice. And please, clean that office!*response to the owners response*You are correct, but his bad mouthing my family and unprofessional manner is no exuse. I, myself, was a recruiter for a staffing agency for 2 and a half years. There was NO need to cuss and definitely NO reason for the owner to hang up on me in such a rude manner. Obviously, I am not the only one who finds your company to be prejudice and bias. I had only asked why I was not being hired to better myself as I learn from my mistakes. This was not professional criticism in any way.

I called every week trying to schedule an appointment just to fill out an application. After a month, I finally received a call from a man named Bill stating that I wasnt qualified enough for a Receptionist position. I have past experience and an Associates degree so Im not exactly sure what they were looking for but this place was a complete waste of my time. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
