I’m about to delete and cancel my service with sellbrite. What was supposed to make my inventory sync and fulfillment seamless, has actual cause more problems for me signing up, completely confusing. Worst saas product I’ve ever invested because it’s literally hurt my business. Thanks for nothing! Lame.

Im unsure where theres so much negativity on these reviews. When I first signed up I left shortly and they refunded me my money even though they didnt need to. I came back around 6 months ago and started using their platform again and have had no issues. Although I wish there was a tool built in to automatically adjust title length. Nothing fancy, just delete if the site only allows a certain character limit. Etsy and Ebay titles are not friendly for instance. If you use the max in Etsy and try to put the listings on ebay they will all error and youll have to adjust them manually.Other than that this platform has been great.

Horrible product with poor customer service. Stay away from Sellbrite. It was a total waste of time. Customer service only responds when they sense a negative review coming. No live support even for new customer. No common sense with these people. Save your time and money for a better service provider.

Very misleading company. They promise functionality to get your business and then completely fail at fulfillment. Do not download or use this for your shopify store, absolute waste of time.

We have been with Sellbrite for almost a year now. Their platform is solid and their interface is easy to use. The integration process to link our eCommerce platform is fast and simple. Sellbrite is by far one of the best Multi-Channel software out there and being able to push out listing to our channels from our Sellbrite dashboard is a killer feature most dont have yet. I recommend them 110% and their amazing customer service is always there to help. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work!!

I had an issue when using this software but they reached out to me and made things right and fixed the problem that I encountered. I highly appreciate the assitance that I received here. This is a good software with great features so I think it is worth a try.

STINKS. I canceled the free trial, so they CHARGED my credit card. Now they refuse to communicate.Their algorithms have many flaws. For example, when transferring listings from one on-line selling platform to another one, I had to hand edit the data, one record at a time, anyway, and here I thought their programs would do it. Why bother paying them, when you have to do all the work yourself?Their algorithms do not save you time, in fact they cause you to spend MORE time fixing the results of their buggy software and user-unfriendly interface.Stay away from this greedy and arrogant California corporation.
