The receptionist is wonderful. I was not pleased to witness the arguing that occurred among two women. To find out that one of the women was the manager was appalling. She was derogatory, rude, and very disgusting. I was sickened to find out that she was also namesake to the company. She definitely needs management training. I was told that people put up with it because she is related to the company. I am a customer and that was the first time I was introducing one of my assistants to H&M and Mr. McQuinns team. Please try to rectify this. Im fortunate enough to have worked with many of the field technicians. They are an amazing crew but the office manager or owner needs training to be human.

Got hired, then 2 weeks later let go because reduction of force. Why hire someone and make them think they have a job and then throw them out. Dont even let ppl grow in the company and develop craft skills.
