Eric was very helpful. He even gave me directions to another store because he thought I could maybe get a new phone for cheaper than my repair. I thanked him, left, made it about two blocks before I turned around and handed him my phone to fix. He was able to turn it around in about 4 hours even though he didnt have my part in stock. It is like having a new phone. Im so happy. Definitely reccomend! THANK YOU!

I highly recommend ArTech for cell phone repairs. Took in a Samsung S5 for service. Black screen. Erick estimated repair $149 with new battery. Half hour repair time. I was a Joyce Myers Woman’s Conference over the weekend and busted my phone. I thought that I was going to have to get a new phone. I came to ArTech in Pasadena to be my phone checked out. Angel was just as his name is. An Angel sent from above to help. The store was closing in less than an hour. Not only was Angel able to fix my phone. The price to fix it was low. The wait time was practically not a wait at all. My phone looks brand new and works excellently.

My boyfriend and I took my boyfriends phone to get the screen fixed because it was cracked. We had to wait 2-3days from the screen to come and them to fix it. They called that is was fixed we went to go pick it up the guy over charged us $10 and we had already payed for half. Then my boyfriend s phone started acting crazy. Taking pictures on its own, opening and closing apps on its own, and the cell service would just drop

Great Service with honesty 👍🏽I came in thinking I needed to replace my charging port in my phone due to weak charge or a dead phone. The dude there said it just needed to be cleaned (common sense)... and he scooped all the lint out. He could have charged me for the part but instead he gave the advice and did the task.Now my phone charges without hesitation. 🙏🏽

I went in last Saturday to get the battery replaced in my Pixel. The technician, Steven, was super helpful and had my phone working again within 30 minutes. I am sooo grateful because I was in California visiting a friend and was returning to the East Coast on Monday. I really didnt want to have to travel without a working phone.On a side note, there was a super crazy woman there that was being really ridiculous, rude and terrible to the technician when she was clearly in the wrong. She didnt want to take responsibility for her carelessness and took it out on the technician. He was extremely patient, polite and understanding with her. I wouldve called the cops. Kudos Steven.
