Sunday isnt regular business hours anywhere that I know. It was terrific of Joyce to make a trip to help this customer. And this review seems vindictive--its the only review the writer bothered to write.

Found Joyce from a quick google search while in the area. I needed a formal dress hemmed in 3 short days and Joyce delivered! She is amazing! She has a beautiful spirit and has the skill set to match. Would definitely return.

Received a phone call during the week from Ms. Joyce that my sister’s prom dress was ready for pickup. We arrived during regular business hours that Sunday to pick up the dress so she could try it on for before prom. When we arrived the door was locked. We called the number on the store’s door. We informed Ms. Joyce on the phone we were at her store (again during regular business hours) and trying to figure out why she was closed or if she would be back so we could pick up the dress. Ms. Joyce agreed she would come back to allow us to pick up the dress. When she arrived, we were instantly ‘greeted’ with an attitude. She told us at least 15 times she was doing us a “big favor” by coming in and that she “didn’t have to do that for us.” Mind you, WE WERE THERE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS— she wasn’t doing us a favor, she was open for business and she agreed to go back to the store so we could pick up the dress. She also told my 16 year old sister several times that it wasn’t HER problem that my sister plays baseball and can’t pick her dress up during the week. She continually apologized for “being so abrupt” but then continued to be abrupt. My little sister was in tears in the car that someone could be so cruel and make her so uncomfortable for simply going to a store, when it should have been open, to pick up her property. If Ms. Joyce doesn’t want to be a store that’s open during the regularly scheduled business hours that she has posted in the store window and on Google, then she needs to say “by APPOINTMENT ONLY” on her door. Then she would actually be doing us a favor. As a small business owner myself, I would never EVER treat or talk to my customers the way she spoke to us. She needs a lesson in customer service. We were going to have another prom dress hemmed by her, and we took it with us and decided to take our business elsewhere. Between the store smelling absolutely disgusting like smoke and the horrendous customer service and disrespect, we will never ever go back to 6 Little Stitches and tell everyone we know to stay far far away!

Had my homecoming dress done there and it fits perfectly I love it. Joyce is amazing
