Had the opportunity to work with this team and was happy with the final outcome. I am branched off and started my own insurance firm. I came across Cloud Creations on google and decided to reach out to them to see how much it would be to develop my own CRM software. They were immediately attentive and made sure to answer all my questions. The prices were affordable. I initially thought that my project wouldnt be as important to them because of the size. However, they know how to treat a client and make them feel important. If you are starting or growing a small business, I highly encourage coming here. They really do make you feel important and that your business matters.

We were impressed with Cloud Creations from the beginning, the proposal and timeline provided was better than any other competitor we had seen. After a few conversations they had a really good understanding of our unique requirements and were able to evaluate and comprehend what we were striving to achieve. The end product could not have been more suitable, both in functionality and in delivery.

I started out with a competitor of Cloud Creations but they kept billing us all these hours when we werent seeing any progress! I actually found them online but our salesperson recommended them as well which was nice to hear. Dont waste your time with another company in LA call cloud creations instead.

I have to say I’m extremely satisfied with the results. They went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. I was especially impressed with the communication and training upon completion. At no point did we lose communication with her project manager, she was always available via phone and email. I want to take a minute to thank Cloud Creations for their hard work and patience. We hired another implementation partner to help us migrate our ACT database to Salesforce and they failed miserably. After about 4 weeks we were told we could not export our notes and activities, as you can imagine this was very frustrating. We were put in contact with Cloud Creations and within 2 weeks they exported and imported everything to Salesforce. To say the least, I was very impressed. Highly recommended.

Ive been working with Cloud Creations for awhile, and their team is top-notch. My project manager was very knowledgeable in Salesforce and got back to me the same-day most of the time. Also I had a direct line to her, which made it even better. Its a small thing but I worked with a different salesforce company and could never call and talk to a live person when I had a question.

We had a lot of questions and Gracie was able to help us and answer every single question. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to get off a call, and we always had time to get things done. We have some people that are not very technical, but working with Cloud Creations and Gracie was a breeze.

At the beginning of this year, I was using an out of date CRM software that I my company has been using for quite some time and I was a little reluctant to make a change. But, Im glad I did. I hired Cloud Creations to help me implement Sales Force for my practice and was quite impressed with the job they did. They not only finished the project ahead of schedule, but did it without any errors or hiccups. They listened to what I wanted and were very communicative throughout the process. When I had questions or concerns, they were quick to answer my calls and return my emails.I was very happy with the in-person training that was done for me and my users. They had Gracie come out and conduct the training session. She was well spoken and patient throughout the all day training session. She made sure to address all of our questions before leaving. The thing I was most impressed with was she knew and was able to train us on how the new sales force was going to help my company with our sales process. Not the industrys sales process, not a random sales process, but our own sales process. They really did their homework with this one.Overall, Im glad I decided to go with them.

Professional and fast service - they integrated our Shopify account so those orders come in to Salesforce automatically and in real time! Five stars all the way.

We struggled setting up salesforce on are own, even though we have programmers here in the office they still strugged with connecting our website. We ended up hiring cloud creations to connect our shopping cart website to salesforce, and now it works just like magic. Technical staff are great but what we needed is someone who had connected shopping carts hundreds of times, which is what we got. Call them you wont regret it.

We were interested in buying salesforce but we knew we needed help with the set up first. So we called cloud creations first and got all the information wed need upfront before calling salesforce. The salespeople at salesforce are very aggressive so we wanted to get an objective opinion first, which we did! Turns out we didnt need the most expensive version (which they tried to sell us). Instead we were able to save quite a bit of money by calling these guys first. If youre considering buying salesforce, Call them first!!!!

I am adding an update as promised to the CEO for their responsiveness after my first review. They made us a priority and started correcting things right away. Unfortunately, still had to keep sending things back more than once. Problem now is because it took so long, I have been promoted to the Program Manager and have other responsibilities that keep me from being able to complete this. Everyone involved was nice to me. Just not the place I would go to for consulting. I had to put so much work in of my own time only for them to not use the information I gave them made me feel as if they could only handle basic tasks. Would not recommend them for help with structuring complex processes. I believe a big part of customer service is listening to the customer and guiding them to what they need. That is what I do for my clients, but I dont feel like that was done for me here.Previous review:Six months in and still waiting for our Salesforce to launch. I was promised that Cloud Creations would have the work done in time for my training tomorrow with our team, but no response. We are a non-profit with unique needs and they said no problem to our requests, yet when I did the first test half the work was not done. I made a detailed spreadsheet after spending hours reviewing how Salesforce works on my own and it was like they didnt even read it. Then it dragged on for months.We paid over 10K for basic programming that I actually tried myself and was able to do, so Im not sure why this has taken so long. In six months I could have done the work myself, but thought that paying them would get us the product faster. Obviously Im frustrated right now because Im expecting to have a database to use and I have no idea when it will be ready. I just want what we paid a bunch of money for within the timeframe they said it would be done. This is pushing everything in my project timeline back and my only recourse is to write this review...

I used Cloud Creations to help me rollout Salesforce for my company. The data that had to be imported was very complicated and it was several weeks into the task with much effort and no results.Finally, we decided to look for a Salesforce partner to help us. Cloud Creations was able to understand our very complicated data and import it perfectly. They provided training and support until I was able to stand on my own.They were very professional and knowledgeable. More importantly, they took the time and made the effort to make sure my needs were taken care and everything was working just right.If you have a special need or are new to Salesforce, you will not regret it if you call Cloud Creations.5 stars is not enough!

Cloud Creations saved us from bad data being imported. We tried to import spreadsheets from quickbooks ourselves but we just made a complete mess of things. They got in there, updated everything and deleted all the duplicate records. Not sure why we waited so long to call them in the first place.

Our company did not have sales reports, we only saw what we had in Quickbooks, which was not very useful for our team. We made the decision to move forward with Salesforce, but then they told us that we had to hire a consultant to configure the software for us. At first, it was disappointing, but we realized how useful the Cloud Creations team would be. In the end, we were able to execute closing reports and summary of products, we are very happy with the process.
