I like this place. Since its my first time we ate pizza which was good and which the people I went with whove been there before said would be good. I kind of want to try some of the other dishes but thats for another time. The service was good, attentive in a way but not after a certain point which I would like to see because we wanted to get out at a certain time and we had to wait a bit. The environment was decent, everyone seemed relaxed and chill and it is a place to have a good time. Id give it a 4.5

Ive lived in Pasadena for 20+ years and have been sleeping on this place. We had the garlic cheese fries and fried zucchini to start. They were both very good. The spinach lasagna was fantastic. My son loved his pizza. It looks so good, I had to steal a piece. My daughter had the meatball sub and ate the whole thing! I stole a bite of hers too. My lobster and shrimp pasta was delicious. I cant wait to go back and try more dishes.

The food was OK its not bad at all. The ingredients taste very processed not really fresh. There is definitely better tasting pizza places nearby. The dessert was frozen in the center so again not very fresh. The service was not very attentive. They will get you whatever you want they will just not check up on you. The prices are reasonable so you get what you pay for. I will be back to try more things on the menu.

Lauren was our server and she was fantastic! Shes also from Wisconsin like MEEEE! WHAT A SMALL WORLD!!We ordered our food and the salad and bread sticks came out in time. Our food was hot and SUPER SAVORY AND DELICIOUS! I got the breaded chicken with linguini and IT WAS crunchy and yummyyy i love that crunch. 😍I LOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!They had $3 margaritas and Im not big on them BUT THIS WAS SOOO GOOD. The batch I got was a perfect blend of sweet and sour and strong! But not too strong!I had such a lovely dinner with my friends and it was a beautiful night as well.Lauren was professional and attentive and I really appreciated her work ethics!! 💕I cannot wait to come back here again! I found my new favorite spot! Better than MAGGIANOS!!

Waitress failed to provide Straws when we answered that we would like some straws. Waitress failed to ask for.beverage refills. On the dinner special, bread was supposed to be provided, however, it was not provided. Once we told the waitress about the bread, we still did not receive it. Not once.were we asked how it is going and if we need anything. Lastly, no pen was provided to even sign the bill. We had to pull out with our own pen. It appears as if the waitresses were being overworked, I believe they need more staff there to provide better services to customers. I wont go there again even though the food is great.

Great neighborhood owner managed establishment. Great FRESH cooked mostly Italian food . Service is good and friendly. Will cook to taste if requested. Even got the salmon right. Parking tight, just park across the street and use the light. A lot of take out. Been going there for years.

Ive been here many times, always the best service and the food is great. From the large portioned delicious and nutritious salads to the amazing pizza, its all good. Also, the prices are good 😁. I got the family special for only 25 dollars with a free coupon that I got in my email for signing up. + Drinks and an appetizer it was only about 35 dollars. It fed 3 people and I even had to bring some home.

Hands down a small Jem in Pasadena, food is always so fresh and their salads are crisp. They added an outdoor patio which is amazing and their happy hour menu is a good deal.

This place is usually amazing. But tonight, as COVID kills many, many people in LA, they are hosting a wedding party. They ignored my requests to have them stop, and I promptly got up and left. They ignored me when I pointed out it was illegal, and ignored me. I’ll have to report this to the health department, and the police. Such a shame.

Best Italian restaurant in pasadena. I had the sausage penne pasta with a side Caesar salad. pasta was delicious, flavorful and Caesar salad was also delicious and fresh. they offer outdoor shaded seating and waitress emily was very nice and attentive.

I decided to check this place out and went in for lunch. Pinocchio’s Pizza offers a lunch special everyday of the week. Even on the weekend I was able to get the lunch special. I ordered the lunch portion of the chicken parmigiana. I decided to also go with the daily soup. The food was excellent and I would come back again!

Worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life. The waitress Emily, didn’t recommend anything, she looked very high and under the influence. She didn’t tell us about any specials or items on the menu. She had an attitude and also left before me and my friend were finished eating and didn’t tell us she was leaving. We informed the bartender Kate and her and Armen Just sat there and listened to me tell them that me and my friend felt brushed off. We never were asked about refills on our drinks. Just sat there for twenty minutes with empty glasses looking around and seeing the staff help other tables. I’m extremely embarrassed because I told my friend how amazing the food was here and that we should go. she flew out here from Florida, today was her birthday and this is what we experienced. I feel as though she left before her shift was over because me and my friend are African American and she thought we weren’t going to tip and that’s where she messed up. I was ready to tip above and beyond but I was also looking for great service. You can get the same food anywhere. It’s all about service why people come back and unfortunately me and my friend won’t be back. If you are African American we advise you go elsewhere. These people will see you and not speak and rush you out and go home and won’t think twice about it. Nor will anything happen. I Would’ve got a manager but seeing as three people from the staff all had the same attitudes I’m assuming this is okay the company. And I wasn’t looking for anything free I just wanted great service. That’s what me and my friend came here for. You never know who you’re treating wrong. Always remember that. Never judge a book by its cover. We would’ve tipped you so nicely. We’re big tippers and also product and food reviewers so this review will be everywhere. Worst experience ever.

They have cheap family meals but the pizza tastes like it was cooked in a home oven.

All I will say is, if our waitress did not apologize for our 7 minute wait after being seated to finally come check on us.I wish I remembered her name, but I believe she was Latina young Lady. This was last Friday evening and there was an Asian young lady and caucasian young lady. I only described the waitresses in case you visited last Friday. I will never refer this place & if I hear anyone that looks like me I will let them know what I experienced.

Loved the food, the calamari is so good, well all the food is. We also got chicken Alfredo pasta and some salad.

Pinocchios has well-prepared, delectable, flavorful pizzas, and their salads are appetizing as well. The family meal is a good value - large 1-topping pizza, spaghetti, salad, garlic bread. Ive never been disappointed with any pizza ive ordered from Pinocchios. Recently, however, I tried the beef and chicken spinach lasagnas and found them a tad salty; and the beef had a bit of heat (spiciness) that didnt appeal to me, but didnt deter me from eating it either. So, yes, 5 stars for their pizzas.

Been coming here for years, and I never get tired of it. I love their Happy Hour! Wings and fries are my go to for happy hour, but their mozzarella bread is a MUST everytime!

It was my first time there, my friend had been there once before. It was absolutely delicious and amazing- Christy our waitress was kind enough to ask if I could still get the SPECIAL, I wasnt aware I was a minute past the hour. I got it no problem. My friend was so happy with her salad, it looked so fresh and crisp. Mine was as well. We were checked on frequently and left very satisfied. We will be back to try other dishes. Went today to have lunch for my birthday with my husband and everything was amazingly great! The food, the service, the drinks, and our server made my birthday extra special today with an ice cream dessert for my husband and I 🎈🎉🎊🍨🍝🍻🍽😋🤗🎂✨ Will be returning for their lunch specials because the food is fresh & delicious, and the portion size is incredible!!!! I went for a baby shower and I was very impressed with how nice it is inside. I love the ambiance and the natural light that comes through the window, which is great for a photographer. I didnt even know you could rent out the space for private events. The food was very delicious and the service is excellent.

First time and I was very satisfied. Truthfully I was not expecting how full of flavor everything would be. So far my favorite dish is the shrimp Alfredo. The pizza come out super delicious. Great birthday surprise. My family loved it.

I went to a 15 year old (15nera). Had linguini and shrimp. Steak ravioli and Ceasars salad. Food was great. Buffet style. Tiramisu desert. Delicious coffee. It was ok. The bathroom not close by. A line for womens bathroom. Parking was a bit confusing as it was in a corner away from where the event took place. There was something about this location that seemed to closed in or tight spaced. Other than that I enjoyed the party alot. First time here. During party I had to go to my car which was not far from where party was. It was across the street.I actually loved the Pasadena vibe though alot! I think Id go again if invited.

The fresh dough and sauce makes all the difference at this place. I love it! My kids love it! Please never sacrifice this quality, ever.

This place was such a hidden gem!!!! We had to change locations of our bridal shower unexpectedly and found Pinocchios on a whim. The girls and I loved the look of their pics and reviews so we decided to give it a shot.From the beginning to the day of, the staff at Pinocchios were very helpful and attentive. We didnt have enough people to rent out their main party room (which is gorgeous btw), but they were able to section off part of the restaurant to give us a private feel nonetheless. The staff were also great at helping us decorate and get our last minute details together before the bride-to-be showed up.We opted for their traditional food package ($20pp) along with the mimosa and sangria add-on ($6pp) which gave us more than enough delicious food for 20+ ppl. Truly the food was so tasty! We had caesar salad, beef lasagna, shrimp pesto linguini, and garlic bread... italian carboload heaven.I loved this place so much and am so thankful to all the staff for helping to make my friends shower so memorable.

The soup was decent as was the spaghetti with meat sauce. But overall it was just meh.

For any restaurants here in town, I used to love this pizza restaurant! The pizza and pasta that I ordered were worth to be complimented, for it was truly delicious. Also, the waiter and the waitress were very nice and respectful. Even the entire place of the restaurant was clean and fascinating. Others must visit!

Placed an order tonight online. The order clearly stated my food would be ready by 7:53pm .I showed up at at 8pm expecting to pay and leave. I had to bother the wait staff a couple times to see where my order was. I have had one good experience here. Most people would expect good service all the time not just once and a while. I ask for so little in life. Good food and good customer service. Pinocchios has great food very poor service.

One of the best Italian restaurants around. The minestrone soup is so full of vegetables, it’s almost like a stew. The cheese ravioli is to die for! The spaghetti is also very good. Armen is very friendly and kind. Family restaurant. It’s been around for years.

BUG WAS FOUND IN FOOD 🤢🤮‼️Manager tried making excuse saying it might of flown in outside, but the bug was found UNDER my pasta & didn’t even have wings. Definitely came from inside the kitchen.Then he got mad and still charged us $4 for our Strawberry Lemonade. Horrible management. Quality of service matters just as much as food.Spend your money elsewhere.

We chose this place because we were craving Italian and they had outdoor seating as I had my dog with me. The food was great and the waitress was friendly. Bathrooms were meticulously clean. My opinion jumped even more when I realized that by some fluke someone had carved my first name into the pavement right at the main entrance! Definitely would recommend eating here to friends.

The back patio has nice ambiance and is pleasant. Reservations are advisable on busy nights. The food is pretty good.

The pizza at this place (the only thing Ive ordered, so far) is soooooo good. Its getting close to taking away the best pizza in the country prize from another restaurant in town.I cant really rate the whole restaurant, as a whole. Ive only had food to go and Ive only ordered the one thing. I guess Ill have to try out other dishes from here, not just their perfect pizza.

We like the food, love the music and sports and the servers. Theres one lone drawback -- the surly manager or owner guy who refuses to acknowledge us with even a hello, when when hes standing at the door smoking a cigarette. Thats after dozens of visits with friends and family and many, many purchases. Its super weird and off putting. The last time I was there, I walked past the surly guy and said hello, he completely ignored me and kept walking. Its bizarre. If hes the owner, this attitude will catch up with him when the quality of the food diminishes. If hes the family member of the real owner, they should really consider talking to him about how he represents the business to loyal repeat customers. If hes just an employee, I suggest upgrading.

Went there for great niece Jordan, great great twins Denver & Malaya for our July birthdays. We ate outside in the patio. The kids enjoyed pizza, chicken Alfredo, lasagna & chicken parmi sandwich. Onion rings were the best we have had in a long time.

Pinocchios is a 4 star rest. Outdoor dining constructed. Heat towers make the place warm in Altadena. The calamari fresh and done well. The Caesar salad also good although would of elevated it with smashed anchovies. The linguini with shrimp. Great with pasta al dente. The wine super Tuscan a good value and not over charged. The only just ok was the pizza. The crust is not the best ever and the pizza came to our table at the end and after we had finished all the other items ordered. Hard to eat a pizza at the end of a meal. Good meal overall, definitely a send return visit.

Have always liked this place over 25 yrs. Today was special. Our churchs womens luncheon. Everything was very nice. Food was great. Only issue I had was the ladies room was being used as a storage room! Chairs, table stacked high. Really didnt care for it .uncomfortable. Im sure theyll rectify this! Ill always visit here!

I came here for a Sweet 16 dinner party and I was very impressed. We were seated in what would be a like a party room with about 30-35 people, Food was set up buffet style, decorations were very pretty not sure if they were set up by the birthday girl crew or by staff, you can also have your own music playing for the room, there is a door connected to the main restaurant and bar to purchase your own alcoholic beverage. Overall very impressed with the setup and food was very good.

The reason Im giving this restaurant only one star is because they dont follow safety guidelines that well in this era of Covid-19. The food was good but as I was waiting for my order I saw through the kitchen window that the chefs werent wearing their masks correctly. They were either under their nose or completely off. We cant take any chances during this time and we cant risk potentially sick people breathing on our food.
