We used Bobs Auto to help diagnose a pull left when driving down a straight road. We had the tires balanced and rotated, an alignment, the brakes cleaned and re-lubed, and the suspension inspected. The problem persisted.We dropped the car off at Bobs Auto. The shop verified the previous work and alignment. The shop eventually isolated the problem to a bad tire. This was kind of surprising to us since the tires were relatively new Goodyears with less than 8,000 miles on them.We got the car back on the second day. We were impressed Bobs Auto found the problem quickly for us. The charge was exceptionally reasonable. We questioned the bill because it seemed too low for the work.We are very satisfied with Bobs All Makes Auto Repair. We look forward to doing business with them again.
Great service and friendly staff! Ive been taking my cars to Bob for oil changes and any work that needs to be done for almost 2 years now. Their prices are very fair and work is done in a timely manner. I will never go anywhere else!

Bob performed a job that I had previously had my car in for at a local national chain. They had my car for 4-1/2 days and could not fix it. Bob quickly diagnosed the problem and pulled out specialty tools I had never seen before and fixed the car which was to be a gift for my wife. These guys know what they are doing! They are very knowledgeable on a wide range of cars and trucks and arent over priced like the dealers. They have done a lot of work for me and are always fair and straight forward, never trying to add unneeded repairs just to jack the bill up.
Worst experience EVER! Took truck in for service light and needed a starter. A MONTH and $1300.00 later FINALLY got the truck back! Lady at the desk has NO business in that job! NEVER knows whats going on and LIES when you call for updates! Lets just say truck is back... Runs BUT service light is still on! They are complete RIP OFFS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE UNLESS YOU DONT WANT YOUR VEHICLE BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WANT TO BE OVER CHARGED!!!!!!!!
Where do I begin? This is not so much about the cost of repairs as it was the customer service I received. I dropped my car off at 8:30-8:45AM on 6/19/17 and just based on reviews I saw online, I decided to give this place a try. What really made me very angry was the fact that I brought my car in shortly after the shop opened and then I called around 1:15PM to find out the status as I was thinking that by that time, someone should have known something. Kathy (sp), not sure if she is spelling her name with a C or K, is in serious need of customer service training. She stated that I would get a call back as they had not gotten to my car yet. Really? So I waited only to get a call back from her with the cost of the car at around 3:15PM. Not only did I not get to ask all the questions I had but she was very short with me and she rushed me off the phone . After I realized that my extended warranty would cover the cost, I knew right away that I would not be leaving my car there for any further work. Her poor customer service prompted me to pay her the $100 and leave. Business owners need to realize that employees of their businesses, be it family members or whomever, can make or really break your businesses. I was totally displeased with the customer service I received. It did not match all the reviews I read online about this place. I would never refer this place nor would I ever go back! Talk about be jacked around all day long! Lastly, to top it off, I got in my vehicle and a light was on that was not on when I left the car. Im totally disappointed with this place but thank God for other businesses.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and reasonable price for reliable and speedy work. Bob saved us when my alternator went out the day before a holiday- he gave a good, fair price and had the work done for us in just a few hours, and even waited for us to get off from work to pick up the car so we wouldnt be without it for the 4th of July. I cannot say enough how pleased we were with his service. Very friendly, too. We have definitely found “our mechanic” and highly recommend him.
