Took my car here to get the brakes and oil changed. There has been brake squealing going on, so I figured my indicators were rubbing and it was time to change the pads. Due for an oil change as well.These guys took off my wheels and brakes, only to find that they still had quite a bit of life left. They gave me a call to let me know, and proceeded with just the oil change. I greatly appreciated the honesty and was happy to pay the negligible charge for their time and inspection. Bonus points that it was all done and ready same day.The guys in the shop were pleasant and quick. Ill be back for my next maintenance service.

Jim is a great guy. I took my vehicle there to get inspected and they took me into the garage and showed me the problem.

This has to be one of the best automotive experiences. I went there to have a noise diagnosed and the front suspension checked. They quoted a diagnostic price that was more than fair. The staff (Pat in the office to Jim, Ed and others in the shop) is an older group but that is a good thing as you can tell they take pride in their work. They identified the problem as a lose cam bolt on the suspension. They still checked the remaining suspension compenent such as ball joints, tie rods, and sway bar bushings. They were honest that all looked good and tight except for this bolt. The tightened the loose bolt and sent me on my way. Yes, on my way without charging me. First class move for a new customer. I can see why they are rated so highly on google and was recommended by a reputable truck forum. As I pulled in the driveway just before I type this. The noise is gone. Job well done.

If you want your vehicle done wright the first time go to A&B Automotive. If you.want to waste money and get mad about your vehicle fixed wrong go else were. They can get you tires and State Inspection on your vehicle.

Always fair and reasonable. I have been taking my cars to them for years and appreciate their honesty. They will give you an estimate and will tell you what needs be done vs. other things that could wait. We are looking to trade in one of our autos and really dont want to put out any extra at this time. I highly recommend A&B Automotive and will continue to do business with them.

They do good work at a fair price. Not cheap but not unreasonable. They are older guys who are experienced, although a bit cantankerous at times, but I dont care as long as the job is done promptly and properly.

The owner of this business couldnt even help his own community by making a tax deductible donation of $20 for disadvantaged child in Pasadena, terrible when businesses thrive in area that their not willing to give back to, just my opinion. I most definitely wont be taking my vehicle to them!!

Went in for tire service and a quote for a hose off the power steering pump came back to pick my truck up was charged for the tires monitor system being turned off and was told they went ahead and fixed the hose and charged me three times with the hose would have cost me had I went and bought it myself plus two hours of Labor when it probably took 15 or 20 minutes thats why I asked for a quote and not to have the work done but no sense arguing over it just paid and went on with the rest of my day lesson learned
