Just called to get information on their auction services. The older man that answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Didnt answer with the business name so I asked if I was calling Pacific Auction Group, his response? well what do you want? I asked again if I was calling the right place and once again his response was well, what do you want? What do you want? Since when is this the right way to speak to anyone, specially if you are trying to run a business? Hard to believe you are still in business with the way you handle calls.

First auction ever! And Im loving the auctioneer. Very energetic and outgoing. Makes this a fun learning process.
