I do enjoy getting massages here. The main downside is that they don’t massage you for the full time. I get there early EVERY TIME, and they always get me 5-10 minutes after scheduled time. Allow 5 minutes to undress, and then massage you until a few minutes before the hour is up. I got there at 1:50 for my 2 o clock. Started the massage at 2:15, massage was over at 2:58. 🙃🙃

Pretty good for what it is. Your first services are 50% off which makes it all the more tempting to indulge. I had a 120 minute massage and 90 minute facial. My masseuse was very nice. My facial started late and finished early. Luckily, I ended up having to be somewhere sooner than expected so it wasn’t too much of a let down.I came from out of town last minute and was unable to book at a spa due to them being booked out. All good though. I spent half the money and got double the TLC. This place is similar to massage envy in that they are membership based (explaining the low first time customer pricing).I’d go back if I was in the neighborhood and needed another last minute self care day.

We came for a couples massage for our anniversary and it was incredible! Tristan at the front desk is super outgoing, friendly and helpful and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions beforehand. I had Jared as my therapist and he was absolutely amazing. He really gave me a personalized massage based on my needs. He was super friendly and professional as well. He really helped me feel comfortable and relaxed and I would definitely come back and ask for him. We loved it so much we signed up for the membership too. I cant wait to come back for my next massage!

I decided to take my husband for a massage for his birthday and I of course had to take advantage also.We loved the weekend availability and hours! We have driven by this location many many times and we regret not stopping sooner! My husbands masseuse was Victoria, she was great! He had an added elevation of dynamic cupping and she did an amazing job he had no complaints.My masseuse was Charles, he was great and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely return next month. As soon as I stepped in, the girl at the front desk looked annoyed. Her demeanor was not inviting at all from the moment I stepped in to the time I left. Then the massage therapist, Priscilla, was horrible! I woke up extra sore the next day from my entire back, I felt worse than when I first went in. The entire massage felt rushed, and she kept doing the same area over and over again. I don’t think she knew what she was doing. I’ve had other massages done and this is by far the worse experience ever. I do not recommend this place at all.

The personnel there at the Fairway location need to have service training!! They are rude and even engage in eating food while customers are in the waiting area!! Massage Heights Pasadena location is amazing. I have been coming here for five months and had a wonderful experience each time would definitely recommend.

First off I pre-paid in cash for services. And they make you use those services in three months regardless of there being a pandemic. Then in order to reinstate it they want you to pay two or $300 more. They don’t tell you that you have to use them in three months they put it in print on a tablet. When you are signing up services and they are explaining the different programs or subscriptions whatever they call it they should explain this to you and they don’t. So that they can keep your money. Your time starts when you walk in for your appointment not the massage. I had to leave to go out of town to help take care of someone who is super sick from Covid yet I lose my three hours. They are not communicating it with you very well at all. And then to ask for more money to reinstate it. That’s a scam. If someone pays cash for a service they should not be limited to three months to use it. I will no longer go to this location ever again The first lady that did my massage was named Gloria she talked the entire time. The next time I went I forget her name she was a short Asian lady And she hurt me when she rubbed me and I did not ask for deep tissue it was supposed to be regular. I thought the massage therapist were supposed to be quiet and just massage you and let you relax but apparently they don’t.

I made an appointment but I had to wait for about 2 hours to get the massage. When I did, the lady did a poor job. I ended up having neck pain after.

That message was fine. 5 star message.4 stars visit for weird wording on description of subscription plan and services.Did not realize until I was called that I had a remaining balance and was told we schedule any time.When I later called to reschedule was told I would need the actual physical gift card. I guess I assumed incorrectly that the balance of the card had been uploaded to my account. Especially since they were the ones that contacted me.Zero empathy or interest from person on the phone in resolving issue.

I had 2 major back surgeries last summer and I was very skeptical to have a man massage me for fear that he’d be too rough (I know. I’m sorry!!) and hurt me BUT I couldn’t have been more wrong. ☺️ He’s the very best and now I go every week. Henry is a major reason why my recovery has jumped to another level of improvement!! I’m so grateful for him. ~ The front desk staff is also great and always so helpful.

Was very disappointed.I was a walk in, as I was told on the phone that I could be, and the lady said that she wouldnt have anyone available until 130 this afternoon.I stated that was fine and that I would get lunch and come back.She said she would need to make a reservation to keep that time and stated that she would need a credit card to hold it........I said that I have CASH and was willing to pay up front before the services. She stated that she would need a credit card.I stated that I didnt want to give that and she got real short with me and said well then I cant make the reservation.It is a sad day when a person cant pay cash in advance for services not yet rendered and gets treated rudely because they require a credit card.The credit card Im assuming is to make sure that you come back or they charge you, but if I have already given you cash in advance then shouldnt that be payment enough.I picked this spot because of all the positive reviews and I feel that I have made a mistake.My time off work is very little......one day every two weeks.I would NOT RECOMMEND them.Thanks for your time for reading about my experience.

This was my first massage at Massage Heights. I was using a gift card and the introductory offer allowed me to get a 90 minute massage, and still stretch the gift card for a second massage. Victoria was wonderful. She spent 30 minutes working on my problem areas and still had an hour to massage the rest of me. I’ve had many massages at different places, and Victoria wins!

What a joke ! Nobody at the front desk explains the membership properly AT ALL ! They literally just sign you up without even explaining it.Tried to reschedule for the next hour and they still took my credit away so I couldn’t even get a massage, My first time at this place THIS location and it was a joke . Still was charged for something they denied me and said I couldn’t even use . Then the lady told me I can speak to a manager today when I came in then told me she was not in today ?! Got a facial and deep tissue massage at this location. Excellent service and great atmosphere.Chandra did the facial and was very knowledgeable. I dont get facials much so she kindly explained every step and services before performing.She also answered every question I had regarding the services. I would definitely want her to do my face again in the future.I love getting massages and get it frequently while travelling around the world. I requested for someone who can give me a strong deep tissue massage and David was recommended. I didnt have much questions regarding the service so he just kept quiet and did his thing. I had a very relaxing time and his technique was awesome. I had the cupping add-on service and I recommend this to anyone who has not experienced it yet!

I went today still not feeling entirely safe about the virus. When I made the appointment I asked to make sure that the therapist wouldn wear a mask and he didnt. I was going to leave but I was hurting. I would not be face up for the second half of the massage. He said he didnt like wearing one and they were hot. Do you think he considers how I felt face down with one on?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The massage was great, but they convince you to sign up for their package deal which charges your account monthly. After a couple of months I decided to cancel. You have to go up to their location, and fill out a cancellation form, which is NOT disclosed when signing up. Not only is that annoying, I get a call saying my payment did not go through for this month, and they wanted me to put a different card on file ONE WEEK AFTER canceling. Her explanation for me being charged was that after canceling i will still be charged one more month, which again was NOT disclosed. So I kindly said I do not want to be charged anymore, that is why I canceled and she rudely said she would “see what she could do” and hung up before I could even respond. I get the whole up selling part, but what I do not understand is why it’s so difficult to cancel a membership there and how rude they are. I will definitely share my experience with friends and family and tell them not to go here.

3 stars for the complaint on my experience NOT my massage.My massage was amazing! I highly recommend Gloria. She hit all my troubled spots without being too painful. She made sure I was comfortable and didnt talk to me throughout the massage like some do.Complaint was the masseuse in the next room was so loud I could hear everything he was saying. At first I thought they were having a meeting next door until I heard him say, ok, Ill go and get you some water while you get dresses. I told the front about it and she tried to blame the client. I told her what I heard and she didnt seemed like she cared. A simple oh Im so sorry would have been nice.When you go to get a massage you expect to relax in quiet with music and not hear people talking throughout the session.Like I said my massage was great! I definitely would go back to Gloria. Just the man talking next door ruined my experience.Really disappointed because I waited a long time to go get a massage.

Me and my fiance went in for a massage today in the evening in the same room. The masseuses were okay hands on. But my masseus kept yawning the entire time I could not relax because of it. When we arrived we asked if we could add on the margarita foot scrub just like the flyer posted inside was offering. The front desk girl said yes of course. Before I knew it, the massage was done and the margarita foot scrub that we were looking forward to had not been given. The masseuse had them remove it from our bill but the point is they advertised on site of this foot scrub you can add on today and failed horribly to report the add on to the masseuse. When we exited our massage to the lobby they did not even apologize and acted like nothing had happened. Not to fail to mention, since we were the last customers of the day we walked out to the lobby to a wet soaked floor they just mopped and didnt warn us about. It was very rude and I had to walk on this wet floor basically rushed out. One if the girls rings us out on the register while the other one is on her phone right in front of us giggling ans reading her text messages, so unprofessional. I cant recommend this place and Im highly upset because I have family members who go here and I had high expectations.

I’ve been coming here for at least a year and have had a variety of masseuses all of which have been fantastic. The last 2 massages were done by Theo. Theo is very professional and efficient. If you like a deep tissue massage to work out those knots, Theo is your guy!! You will not be disappointed!

She listened to everything I requested. The pressure she applied was perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone that has kinks that need to be worked out without being hurt.

Ask for DAVID! By far the best deep tissue massage Ive had. David did an amazing job at tailoring my massage to fit my needs. If you work out and/or love a good deep tissue, Davids your guy.

I had an issue with a different location and the people at this one really took care of me. The desk staff are super helpful and patient. I’ve had a few massage therapists (Ria and Zach), and they are both great. They listen to me when I describe my problem spots and do all they can to make my muscles feel better.Rooms are clean, the atmosphere is calming (I love the relaxed waiting room that’s not in the lobby!), and the people are great! Can’t get better.

You will most likely take a 50/50 chance if you trust the brand.I received a gift card and asked for a male therapist because I prefer someone who has the strength to get deep into the muscles. Im and athletic person and find it very difficult to find anyone who listens or does it right. They are either to weak, dont listen, or dont know what they are doing.David on the other hand listened to my requests and did an awesome job getting deep into those muscles.David is the man. Request him if you like the pain cave like I do. He has the strength to do so. I feel great!

Worst customer service ever! Front desk girl named Megan and another girl with a dad tattoo on her forearm really should find another job. First i was given a gift card for an hour massage and I called, spoke to Megan and she tried to charge me $100 since I was a nonmember when the gift card was $50 for an hour massage. My grandma who gave me the gift card had to call them and settle with them about what she had paid for when she first bought the massage. I was running a little late so I asked my friend to call them and ask if there was an appointment at 7 rather than six. They asked is she wanted female or male and she said female and they said they did have availability and she said she would call back. I called them back a couple minutes after and they immediately said there’s no way I could move it because there’s already someone else coming in. Keep in mind my friend called to check availability and didn’t make an appointment. Once I got there they left me waiting for a while and when I got my massage it was rushed. My masseuse was very nice and good service. Once I got out I was waiting for A while until I was charged because one was on the phone and the other in the back. When I left the girl with that tattoo kept staring at me through the window. My friend was in the waiting room while I was getting a massage and told me that they both were complaining the whole time and called the customers “stupid idiots” after talking to them on the phone. I don’t understand why they would work in customer service if they do not like dealing with people. My family and I decided to never come back to this location because of the customer service! Please get better workers! This is a place to relax, when I walked out of there I felt more stressed out than relaxed! Very disappointed!

I had Mai Le as my Massage Therapist today and she was amazing! It felt like she had 8 hands :) She worked out all the knots I had in my neck and shoulders! I also recommend getting a 90 min session!The front staff is super professional and friendly.Love it!!!

David Ramirez was my therapist a few days ago. He is great with deep tissue and one of my favorites. Massage Heights Pasadena has a great selection of therapists, Ive been a member for almost 7 years. The girls up front are very nice and accommodating!

I absolutely love being a member of Massage Heights monthly program. I have suffered from sciatic pain for years and decided to try a massage before taking any muscle relaxers. The massages helped me so much. I have never had a bad massage from any masseuse. I normally try to get Joyce because she has worked on me from the start. In January I was in a car accident. and have suffered several problems since. After 3 months on my back, I began going back for my massages. Joyce is now working on my newest problem areas caused by my accident. I highly recommend massage as a therapy!

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. This is a chain so I’m not sure that they have control over pricing but it is pretty pricey. They do run specials though. My biggest peeve is that they charge you for an hour but that doesn’t mean you are massaged for an hour. I imagine they schedule strictly but paying for a “60-minute massage” and getting 40-45 minutes at that price isn’t my favorite. Male and female therapists. They’re all friendly from what I can tell.

I was accused of stealing for NO REASON. I went in with my products to see if I could find a comparison by a company I trusted. When I first went in with these products it was no problem. When I tried to leave with these products I was chased down for no reason. I will NEVER be going back.

Was able to get a sports massage with a lady named Jessica. She was very kind, made me feel very comfortable, but she also did an AMAZING job. Will most certainly go back to her again, as she was knowledgeable and made my knots hurt less.

This is my second time at Massage Heights and I left feeling less tense and much more relaxed. Robert did such a great job. I loved that he utilized his elbows during the massage for a deeper pressure on my trigger points.

Clean! Friendly staff! Relaxing Atmosphere! Recently expanded this location so it seems there are more staff available in case your favorite therapist isnt available. Took a few tries to find a therapist that worked the areas that needed the most attention but overall it is always relaxing! Signed up for the 6 month membership which is a great deal! They arent pushy but they are convincing...and Im glad Ive spent the money because everyone needs me time. BTW...Gloria & Melinda are great!

I highly recommend this place! I have seen Gabriel and Sam and I loved both of my massages. I have also had Heather for a facial and she is an awesome Esthetician! The ladies in the front are very respectful. I overall always have a great experience here.

I was recommended James by a friend who has back issues similar to mine. I was amazed at the work he did to my back. He was very thorough in explaining what he would do, the issues I was having, and the possible reasons why I had those issues. If you request a deep tissue, this guy is no joke!! Its a bit of torture and you have to be wiling to suck it up and let him do his work to help you. James is by far a 10 out of 10! I purchased the 6 month package after seeing him because I couldnt believe how well he did. He took the time after my massage to explain things I could do at home to help as well. Amazing at what he does!!

I have been going to Massage Heights Fairway Center for about a year. They have always been very polite and professional. The last few times I have used Theo and WOW is all I can say. Ive been going to Massage Heights each month for about 2 years. Ive had to change therapists a few times because people have left, but I always get a phenomenal massage, relieving me of the pain in my neck and shoulders from sitting at a computer. The only reason I scored them low is because the massage is not 60 minutes, or one hour, as advertised. They typically start 10 minutes after the hour and end 10 minutes before.I have mentioned it to the front desk, and they have assured me that it should be very, very close to 60 minutes. I don’t see any reason to call a 40 minute massage one hour~ just say it’s 40 minutes so people know what they’re paying for up front.

I went to get a Mothers Day surprise for my fiance. I had never been there before and had NO idea what I wanted to get- my fiance had just said she wished she could get a massage. Patricia was very patient and helpful. She asked questions that allowed her to suggest the perfect package for my fiance. I know my fiance will have the best time and come out feeling great.

I had Olivia as a massage therapist and she was really helpful, listened to feedback and made adjustments and was really strong which is great because my muscles were tight enough they felt like bricks. I already have a longer massage scheduled with her and am looking forward to it.

She is absolutely amazing and I have been back every month since then to see her! My boyfriend didnt know what he had started but now I look forward every month to my pamper day at the Massage Heights in Pasadena!

Im disappointed that I asked 3 times (by phone, a fill-out form, and in massage room) for specific spots to be massaged. Instead I was given a full body massage and the areas with tension were hardly massaged, more like rubbed. Also the lavender scent always brief and ended up smelling like cleaner shortly after. I now have to get another massage and Im spent $50 for something I could have done with a lacrosse ball and foam roller.

My husband and I got a facial with Tatiana and Cortney. It was really relaxing and overall experience was excellent. I would recommend going to this Massage Heights.

Highly recommend massage therapist Hollye Richardson. Highly skilled and passionate t her practice. Amazing deep tissue and muscle maniulation techniques.I am so glad they no longer make you sign a contact for monthly massage hours. Honestly no contract is the reason I became a member again. They also gave me the 7 hours I lost from my cancelled membership a few years ago.
