This is my go to place for my son’s haircut but today was a disaster. His usual barber Charlotte does not work there anymore so his hair was cut by someone else, but after I got home i realized it was a disaster. I told her about 3 times that I want 1.5 throughout but the back is totally bald and the front has a bit of hair with big patches all over. He will have to wear a hat until his hair grows back. I could do a better job…. So disappointed!!

Been using this location for years. The only place I like to get my hair cut. Ive tried other barbershops and other sport clips locations in the area, and even though this one isnt closest to my house theyre the only ones that consistently get it right. I usually get the hair wash too, which is a good deal for the price, comes with a hot towel and massage chair - always relaxing.

Julia did an amazing job and i am a difficult client. First time going to her and she saw exactly the style i had even while grown out. I will go back to her!

It was empty when I arrived, which was pleasant considering current restrictions. I felt very safe having the entire establishment to myself. My haircut was done perfectly!

Really disappointed. The haircut I got was fine but the staff was really rude. They seemed annoyed because the rush was over and I showed up a half before they closed. I gave the girl a good tip and thanked her. I wont be returning there again.

I recently discovered this place back in 2015. I use to go to Great clips all the time but they had a staff turn over and the lady messed up my haircut and not to mention she cut her finger while using scissors in my hair! Anyways, I do not go there anymore. I walked into Sports clips and I see a nice college/sports theme and I was greeted by a very nice lady. Yes all ladies work here which I dont mind. They all did a great job with my haircut so when I check in I select first availability. The ladies are very nice and professional and always get the haircut right when I tell them what I wanted. Today I stopped by and was served immediately since it was later in the day and I was out of there about 1/2 an hour! I wouldnt suggest going there at peak times unless you want to wait. I give the ladies time to clean up the hairs and the floor. Highly recommend this place. They earned a lifelong customer.

This a very busy shop! Which must mean they are doing something right. Kirsten had been the hair professional i usually requested. Recently Angela cut my hair and did an excellent job. What i dont like it the high turnover of stylist at chain shops. This staff is consistent.

This is clearly the best Sport Clips location in northern Baltimore. I pass other locations to visit this one. Cathy, the manager, and the rest of the stylists are awesome. All of the stylists treat you like family and not just a transaction. I always have a fun time at every visit....especially if you go on Monday mornings when Kathy and Angela are working. I have been going to this location for 5 years. You always get a great haircut, great conversation, and a great time every visit. Consistency and caring about their guests is their key so do your self a favor and stop into the Parkville location for you next haircut.

I’ve been telling my boyfriend to get a haircut for the last 2 months. He’s had an excuse every single time, on why he couldn’t. But this past week he lost a bet! (Hahahaa) so he went to get a hair cut at sport clips. When he came home his hair cut was literally the best hair cut he’s EVER had! ( in my opinion) He was also very please with it as well. He even came home with a few products to style his hair too! So, i want to let everyone know that Charlotte did an amazing job on my boyfriends hair!! Not only did she do a great cut, she also told him about the benefits of buying salon brand products vs store brands. Something I’ve been trying to explain to him for years, and she explained it to him in 20 mins! I am very happy with his fresh look!

No TP in the Bathroom. So I used the Employees only, when I got out I got the looks. Like when in the office you leave the toilet seat up. What was I supposed to do? Did not feel welcomed. We do have choices you know? Before I was fine, now. Not so sure anymore.

Kim C is one of the best stylists I have been to. I usually go through 4 or 5 stylists before I settle with one. She is quick and always wants my hair to look good. Shes very easy to talk to and very friendly. If she were to ever leave this establishment, I would most likely try to follow her.

If you closing early it should be stated on your website and or google business listing. Just drove 20 minutes get my haircut. Everything says you close at 8pm. Im here at 7:28pm and its closed. Lights off, no one inside. Nothing anywhere stating your closed early

The stylists are extremely professional and personable. They listened and asked me and the boys how to cut their hair. We even had my daughters hair cut here too. Excellent! Amy F was our stylist for our daughter!

Angela at the Parkville location does an amazing job trimming my hair. Love the way it lays when shes done.

Long wait for bad cut! I brought a picture of the style I wanted for my son. Stylist kept asking me what number guard I wanted. I thought they taught this to them in beauty school? When I got home with my son, I found uncut long strands of hair. I had to take him somewhere else to fix it. The second place said the stylist had no idea what she was doing. Now Im out $ for two hair cuts!!

I got a coupon for a free haircut at the towson festival and decided to try them out. Overall a very good experience. The store was clean and the stylists were friendly. Really enjoyed the hot towel. Will definitely go back.

Completely botched my sons hair.

A solid barber shop but not as good as the other nearby locations

First off let me say that the facility was top of the line ok. but feel that fancy equipment or establishment can never outdo a skilled barber. when i called i asked if they cut african american hair and they said yes. ok, When i arrived i was surprised to see female barbers at this point i was skeptical but i was taught never to judge a book by its cover so i gave them a chance. never again. i asked for temper taper which is one of the most basic fades known to man and also a beard trim. when kim started cutting my afro down the first i notice was that her trimmer were cheap and dull and kept getting snagged in my hair first redlight ..ok i had already told her exactly what i wanted yet i had to walk her thru each step and even remind her to do my shape up line at the top which is preposterous. the lady then kept stopping at a halfway job and asking me if she was done second red flag...ok at a point i grew tired of having to point out mistakes and uneven dimensions in my line up i promptly lied and said i was satisfied as to not have my hairline pushed to far back . the lady also used a tblade which is a sharp instrument and then told me that because it was salon not a BARBERSHOP.... that they do not use antiseptic to clean and purify shape up third red flag..ok At that point in time i paid for the services rendered and promptly left. i will never go back to this SALON which is clearly more catered to a european descent again. They do not have the skills or methods to cut african american hair. oh yea its a salon bad experience.......

I went to get my haircut hoping that Kim would be there and chose first available, instead I got Bri. She messed up clear given directions for my haircut, would pull my hair when using scissors, and was definitely not interested in working/giving a haircut. Great place but if you get Bri as your stylist, just leave as you’ll get your hair totally messed up.
