Coach Marco is very personable and teaches respect and discipline. Makes it fun while great learning experience. The kids really enjoy this activity and I could see positive growth and attitude. After trying several other Taekwondo Centers this was by far the best.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. My sons were taking classes here for just over a year and they loved every minute of it. Very professional, caring and supportive. The price is more than fair and the quality outstanding. Sadly, we are moving to another area and cant continue with coach Marco but we will definitely miss him.

My family and I visited the center twice this week for an introduction and trial class. During the introduction Coach Marco was very patient and gave me clear, honest details about the class and his expectations - which is what I look for as Im searching for activities. Our introduction to the program was amazing! My son had a chance to see a class in progress and he literally cried when we left the introduction because he wanted to stay. He warmed up to the group quickly and was happy during the session. I could see his engagement growing as the session progressed and he was happy to participate with his new classmates! He was excited to share his moves and uniform with the rest of our family that evening. Coach Marco has such a gentle approach and really did treat us all as family just as the previous reviews have stated.

Coach Marco and Coach Patrick have been absolutely phenomenal with my son and the other students in his class. Not only does the training thoroughly introduce levels of difficulty that challenges each student to excel at any level, but they display a genuine desire to see that each child works at the best of their ability all while showing them how much they can achieve; even when they feel the slightest level of defeat within themselves if they can’t accomplish a skill the first time around. The coaches are about working hard and training hard not only to help boost confidence in bringing out each child’s potential but also to see that each child is able to contribute positively to society in the process!Soon, Chuck Norris will have nothing on my little guy when he makes it to the big screen. :-)

Coach Marco is the best with the kids. The classes are 45 minutes of intense physical activity which is great. My 8 year old and 13 year old love going and attend the M, W, F class from 4:45 to 5:30 which is a great time for us. There are much younger kids also, and works well with all of them. My kids have attended others from all over, but no one comes close to Coach Marcos time and attention to every student. If your looking for more physical activity without having to suffer the Florida Heat there really is no better choice.

My 6 years old son has grown tremendously in the short time. Coach Marco is an excellent coach. I definitely recommend this center to anyone interested in Taekwondo.

This is a great school! My little son goes there and he always get personal attention from the Masters as other kids. I love how Masters approach to the kids. I believe this place will make my sons character more strong and more self-confident.

When we moved to FLA we walked into this center cold. We knew no one and nothing about it. And I cant imagine things working out better for my family. Coach Marco and the overall experience greatly exceeded our expectations. The center fosters a true learning environment. I am extremely satisfied sending my son to Taekwondo at Parkland. Its one of the best classes in the vicinity of Parkland, Coral springs and Boca. Initially, I was not sure if he would be interested and had my doubts if my son would pursue it. After joining the classes, both the coaches Leo and Marco have been instrumental in training all the new joinees by giving special attention to them and make them feel comfortable.Its been more than 6 months now, and my son loves it. Coach Marco strikes a great balance between practical training, genuine caring and supportiveness for his students, discipline, and emotional development skills, like determination and self-confidence. My son started with real hesitation, and over the last months has really enjoyed the training and now even the sparring - his confidence, strength, body and spatial awareness have all really improved. Before we met Coach Marco my vision of TKD was more traditional and disciplinarian, but Coach Marco has found a very good balance that really works well for us. He has our trust and confidence. The facility at Strike Fit is good, new, clean. Only downside is that its a bit loud with much other activity going on in different parts of the gym, although the energy level is consistently high.

In my very young years, I belonged to a martial arts school where the old-school style of training regimen was very rigorous and tough, although not perfect by todays evolution and standards. I recall students there being always very fit, very strong and really good. It was there that I learned the fundamentals of martial arts, which never left me, although I have been in and out for over two decades and grown old. Throughout the years, while traveling and living in different places in the United States and abroad, I have sought training from various schools from various styles. I have had a chance to receive training from different instructors/masters. I have seen for myself how their results affected my performance and compared to my original school. Some schools try to pass on way too much information in a short period of time, thereby not purposely neglecting the fundamentals of breathing, energy, balance, endurance, spiritual fitness...so on and so forth. Some schools offer very little information, thereby also neglecting important aspects, such as rectitude of motion, concentration, nutrition, flexibility, stretching, so on and so forth. Such schools may be totally efficient for many people. However, for me, Coach Marcos CSTKD school is the first in a long time to remind me much of my original school. First of all, I could not help but take notice of Coach Marcos spirit when I first made contact with him. It is totally contagious and he is totally cool. I guess I have a lesson to learn in humility. Moreover, one of Coach Marcos secret skills may be motivation. He makes me find a reason to push myself beyond what I perceive as my personal limits and trains one on one with all students. He still trains hard himself and looks as if he wants to push me to turn my personal weaknesses into personal strengths. He also readily offers advice on athlete nutrition, fitness, flexibility, and is very attentive to details in students performance, correcting them on the spot. Right now, I know I do not want to lose touch with the training approach of his school.

Iv been in the sport for many years after taken a 15 years break I started back and was looking around for a school couldnt find something that I felt comfortable so one day i was on the internet and came up with parkland tae kwon do center so I went by a few time like what I saw but coach marcos wasnt there at the time I been there, but the day came were I met coach marcos and I was so surprise reason we practice in a seminar together in 1997 in New York. I love this Dojo! They really focus on what is important . . . focus, respect and of course having fun. They are NOT one of those money hungry martial arts schools who push belt promotions just to squeeze more money out of the parents.Coach Marco has a magical way with the kids. He instills great values while enjoying learning the art of Tae Kwon Do. This place has a real family feel and offered the best value of the many martial arts programs I looked at.

I’ve been to a couple different tae kown do centers and nothing remotely compares to coach marco. I trained for a couple of years and took a break to focus on college and applications and now that im settled down I returned and couldn’t be happier. The training is amazing and marco is an amazing coach. Im so happy i chose marco to train with because i dont see myself being the competitor i am or being as happy as i am with Taekwondo if I never took Marco. I started training with Coach Marco about two months ago. I have trained Tae Kwon do in the past, but had not done it at all in the last 8 years. I have MS and there are some things that I remember how to do, and still have the technique to do… But there are also some that I cannot do at all! Coach Marco recognizes my strengths and my weaknesses, pushes me to my maximum, and has enabled me to work towards getting back my athletic martial art techniques. I feel so good when I train hard, and I am so glad that I came back to my roots. He is conscientious about creating the best program for me, and I have seen such a difference! ASAH!

My son started on CSTKD a couple of weeks back and he loved it there.
