A very excellent place for children to play. there is a large grass field to run, play soccer, etc. the side carts also pass. It is a very good flirt, very quiet, the friendly people. and most importantly it has a safe crossing for pedestrians. Also a voleibol very good place. excellent.

We had my friends memorial here and I was fairly surprised how large it was we did find some grassy area that was shaded so that was nice they had restrooms available

I take my two young sons there all the time. Always lots of kids and families. good place to be on a Saturday afternoon.

Been going there for years. For the most part its pretty well kept and a nice place for BBQ and kids to burn some energy. Parking is limited and homes surrounding have to deal with this in our summers but at the end of the day. You bought a house near a park. John Klimek Gates high-school teacher back in 90s and early 2000 used to take for welness class. Always was good time for burning a bowl before heading back and dealing with last hour of school 😤

Always has clean restroom and is so convenient for an emergency,!park is kept up daily,guys do a great job at keeping our park up,its a wonderful place to have a family get-together!

Lately the Samoans have been taking over the entire park, drinking in public, Drag racing down the street, Burn out competitions, you name it. These poor park workers clean the place almost daily after its done getting trashed. Used to be a nice park.

The park is big and clean!! People bring their pets. And they really do clean up after them its a great summer time park !! Play ball and BBQ

Overall quiet at night not a lot of commotions or anything but maybe you know suggest and some lights out in the big giant field so its not so pitch black and people can see their animals when theyre going on their night walks and stuff just a suggestion

Nice location close to work and School,just be alert when you have your back to the Parking Lot car prowlers in affect but all in all everyone is cordial.

The kids love going here because it has a toddler play set. The hubby and I like it because there is a nice big area for us to walk and get in some exercise as well. The bathrooms need a bit more attention though.

Huge multi sport, multi use play field perfectly nestled within a Parkland neighborhood. Excellent for softball, football, basketball, dog walks, bbqs, etc....

Lots to do. Baseball,frisbee,swings and a pretty big play area. Well kept. One thing is people tend to leave trash laying around.

Open the bathrooms and add more trash Cans, other than that it was fine. I had to come home to go to the bathroom

Wow, Gonyea Park is an oldie but a goody. It was one of the hangouts when I was a teen. But, now it can be a scary place at night because its getting pretty rough. During the day it beautiful, green and lush.

Well kept ball fields and playground. Great neighborhood facility. Beautiful field.Some of the parking lot activities are illicit. Dont know why the shady side of life occurs here.

Ball field really, with small play area. I dont feel very safe at this park, the area is high in drug crime and homeless folks; I live very close and know this to be true. It is clean and well kept, good for team practice... I would not allow a child be there without an adult or teenager ever.

Came to play a high level soccer match here, field is extremely narrow and small with a poor grass surface. Great for messing about on but not for high level competitive play.

My 10 and 12 yr old daughters and I enjoyed this park a lot. They took turns riding a penny board in the parking lot. They thought it was 👍 great. I however did not. But honestly it was the best place we found for my girls to ride this penny board (which I think was like the regular skateboards when we were kids (born 1971)?) Anyway so that parking strip at the park was the best ground for them to skate. Except for there are so many cars with all skin types just up in there chillin. Doing drugs. What kinda park is that? And my daughters think Im a freak cuz I watch too much SVU but theyre riding their penny board down the parking lot and I dont tell them which werdos in which car are looking our way. Im watching.On Memorial Day Weekend my daughters and I were in the neighborhood F-M and times before. I from Everett they from Arlington. Each time there seemed to be what was a strong presence of Samoans. My observation of Samoans coming from a relationship that had lasted many years with a Samoan family. I truly felt at home. I just sat by myself amognst their culture and remembered. Such a loving accepting giving culture.

They have pretty big size field tee batting cages and a park for kids to play in I had a great time with the kids

Gonyea park has sprang up over the past few years in bringing in much bigger crowds of people & celebrations!...& sports running every season now is pretty koo 2!...Trash & litter seems ta have picked up also around here due ta the increased traffic which taints the eye appeal a bit...But I do c visitors making the extra attempts to @ least gather trash & leave it huddled up at the garbage receptacle tho! So thas always nice when the community is working 2gether!
