Best experience renting furniture! The store manager was super helpful, quick, efficient, and amazing customer service! The furniture I got was in perfect brand new condition, it’s so beautiful and comfy! Delivery was also a wonderful experience! Didn’t damage my floors or walls and the gentleman was very kind! Defiantly will be renting from the again I highly recommend them!

BEWARE!!! This os the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and they are TERRIBLE with communication. Honestly Big Al or whatever he goes by is a huge joke. He try’s to make you feel like he, personally, is giving you a deal but he isn’t. They make changes to your agreement WITHOUT you even being present or signing for changes. Lastly, they ARE TERRIBLE at delivery. Never can remember what date they agreed to deliver on and again THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM!!! Worst rent a center round town!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

The whole team is amazing! 5 star customer service. I went in to get a washer/dryer and Tony greeted me with the biggest smile and answered all of my questions. Him and the manager went above and beyond to get everything installed (even with a few complications!) for me. When I called back weeks later, Tony picked right up, 20 minutes after closing, and asked how my job was and how life was going. He even remembered small details about my job. Very satisfied with my purchase and with the team.

Today we went to rent a center as we arrived we noticed our tire going flatt we continued with our purchase while waiting for assistance to change the tire. The customer service was amazing Al and steve were excellent.After we left we were waiting in the car Al came and checked on us and as AAA was taking awhile the two of these wonderful men came out and changed our tire....BAM thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are so very greatful for this amazing above and beyond service today.

I will never rent here again i have been harassed on several difrent occasions called 4to 5 times a day been asked why I cant pay my bill when that is none of there business but at the time it was due to covid 19 my job was shut down they have came to my door at 8pm when I have spoke withThem and they proceeded to not put into computer that I have spoke to them I have paid off several things I have been called at 8:30pm told them I would be in on a Thursday called on Wednesday at around 7pm tried to make a payment asked a question about my account to as why no more curiosity calls and it was because I was having a bad day and after about the 5th call for the day I flashed then asked to make payment and was told they would call back in 10 min and here it is 3 and half daays later still no call from store manger who said I will call back in 10 min but the very next day other employees where trying to call for payment so I told them they will have to wait that I was trying to pay on Wednesday you would not take my money then so why should I have to pay it know when other things came up I then told them I would take care of my contract which is behind and that I would pay in full meet Thursday I am tired of the late fees because I am very busy with 2yrold triplets that rget so the basic thing i am saying is I called for store manager to call me back and still has not called i have no problems paying bill in full because the things I am renting are for my kids so I would like for some type of adjustments to be made to my bill because it is very unprofessional in how they conduct bussiness which next Thursday I will bring to current no problems I am a man of my word

I rented a bedroom set here which I paid in full yesterday and I will never use them again. I contracted covid-19 and I let them know I was very sick. They did not care they proceeded to call me and all of my references constantly trying to collect payment knowing I was sick and it was possible I was just unable to talk you know with having a breathing tube down my throat and all. I am fully recovered now and as I told them repeatedly I would pay I did. However, I will never EVER rent from them again nor will I advise anyone else to. Shameful behavior towards a customer who never even paid late until I got sick.

Ive never rented furniture or anything before. I was sketchy at first but everything is turning out to be great. They have great customer service. Top of the line quality products with very reasonable prices especially if you dont drag it out and get it paid off. They delivered my items to my house and brought them inside and assisted with setting them up. So helpful!

Very unprofessional. after my mother & i purchased a mattress, we were supposed to have our delivery between 1-3pm, never showed up. also didn’t tell us before we paid that my mother needed to show a pay stub before delivery (told us at 12pm of the delivery day), and after no showing, i call & they totally laugh it off and say they’ll be there.
