We recently moved from one unit to another. Most of it went well but the best of it was the maintenance and the office staff. We needed help with small items and they were there for us each and every day. We must mention Karen, Sandi, and Yoka As being the best in their field. Maintenance headed byJamie,Spence and all the others made the move a smoother one for us. Bell Parkland is a treasure, The best being the residents.Other highlights are safety, gates and a lovely lake. I had the pleasure of taking a tour with Yoka. She was extremely patient, helpful and professional; addressing all of my questions. While there I spoke briefly with one of the maintenance techs (Spence); he too was very kind. This is a BEAUTIFUL community, and the units are really nice as well. The Parkland neighborhood is comfortable, with essential stores and services close by. My husband and I only decided to go with another community for convenience. I’m sure if you move in you’ll love it!

I absolutely love living here! I am moving out next week because of a job relocation otherwise I would be staying! The office staff is top notch and very friendly-thank you Stacy for all of your help! Maintenance is always prompt and professional. The grounds and amenities are always well maintained. Very disappointed, my lease almost done I have to move because they are renovated but don’t offer options. “Probably will be “one” unit available, but if I don’t take it in one day, somebody else can take it!I’ve been here for 3 years and they don’t give you at least 2 weeks to make a decision. They don’t care about the ppl that live here. You can see that just worry about the money. Is so sad. If you are thinking to live here. I don’t recommend because they don’t care to kick you out at their convenience. 😡

There is a trail next to the apartments, great for biking and walking . The community is very safe around the apartments also .

When crystal was working here this place was ship shape. I would dare you to find litter on the the floor and if something wasn’t working, it would be stat. Jamie lead maintenance man is on another level. Very skilled and prompt. Three stars is because of Jamie otherwise it would be less. The management has been very lax with maintaining property. The gates haven’t been working since hurricane season 2019 and as a result there have been many thefts. As we understand it the camera system needs a serious update as well. Bell needs to understand that there property is located in parkland and act accordingly.

I just left from a tour with Sofia. Let’s start off with the fact that she came 25 minutes late to our tour appointment. Upon meeting her outside with other guests, I made sure to tell her that her customer service is already horrible. Finally as we start the tour, she decides she wants to be on her phone the whole time instead of giving us information about the apartment. She had a very sour attitude. After the tour was done, my mother in law and I went into the office to get some information about the apartment since she didn’t want to speak when we were there and she decided to slap some papers on the desk and tell us to go online if we want to read any information in regards to the units. She then told us that she didn’t feel comfortable talking to us because of the way I confronted her outside. Meanwhile she clearly doesn’t see the issue with having “future tenants” wait 30 minutes for her to finish what she needed to do. On top of that she never answered the phone one time throughout the day so I had to drive all the way there just to book an appointment. The apartment is beautiful but it’s a shame the customer service is so bad. I HIGHLY recommend getting a tour with anyone else available besides for Sophia.

The team at Bell Parkland is one of the best. The property is in an ideal location, close to the Sawgrass Expressway and many great shops. This property is also in a zone for great schools. A special thank you to Jaime, Jason, Tobias, Fernando and Jose for keeping the property in tip top shape. It’s a great place to call home.

Complex is over priced. Went into an apt to look it smelled so bad.The exterior looks very old.

Im leaving this community after almost 3 years to buy my first home. Ive only had one real issue in that time, and the staff and management were QUICK to rectify it. Service requests get taken care of ASAP, and the maintenance staff are always kind and courteous. The landscaping is beautiful and the staff is friendly. All the parks and nature trails around the community definitely make this a great place for anyone who likes being outdoors. Id recommend this community to any of my friends.

Management team and maintenance team are great. I have been here since July 2016 and have been very pleased with the professionalism, service and maintenance turnaround times. Be cautious of children playing outside, there are quite a few so do not drive too fast around the corners. Perhaps additional speed bumps would be best for their safety, the building I reside in is quiet as can be and neighbors are friendly enough.

I have lived here for over a month now, the process into getting an apartment was amazingly easy and seamless. Andy is awesome! Staff is awesome from the office to the maintenance men. I even had someone help me with my trash at the compactor (like took my trash out of my car!), to quick response to my maintenance request (less then 3 hrs!) I have experienced no noise or issues at night and I am a young female who comes home late. For the price you cant find a better layout the 1/1s are so spacious. I highly recommend this community.

I have lived here going on my 2nd month now. The staff here is great, anytime I need something they are quick to respond. Its an apartment to think everything would be brand new and perfect when you move in is silly (ive seen this complaint on others reviews) The staff here really does their best, the neighborhood is great and the property well maintained.

I have to agree that the office staff is SUPER kind and fast with meeting your requirements – thank you Andy, Stacy and Jamie. Jamie is a SUPERB maintenance guy – he analyzed the problem and was VERY thorough in getting the problem fixed – he takes pride in his work – Kudos!

When showing residents the newly upgraded units, I dont recommend having broken fixtures and door handles, inoperable doors and crooked appliances, burned ceramic stove tops and a really bad, smelly odor in the apartment being shown. $1625 a month for a 1/1 with a horrible, inefficient layout, really small rooms, even smaller walk ways and pass-throughs is absolutely absurd. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for charging so much just because of the prestige of Parkland. There is nothing prestigious about Bell Parkland. Good location? Yes. Great schools? Yes. Nice apartments? Absolutely not. I wasnt going to leave a Google review until I completed an email survey that was sent to me which followed up with a Thank You email asking me to kindly share my experience on Google and other websites. As a UX designer, a word of advice to your tech team.... when a possible resident leaves a negative review on your survey and gives you 1 out of 5 stars across the board, your algorithm should NOT trigger a drip email asking that user to leave even MORE reviews on very public forums. For that you should be deducted yet another star. Unfortunately you cant leave a zero star rating which Bell Parkland clearly deserves. Look elsewhere!

Paid more than $ 1700 to live in a condominium that has a jacuzzi that has been closed for more than 9 months. they are repainting the condominium and it is horrible. Photos.

Stayed here for a couple months during home repairs. Staff is mediocre and the property needs some attention. Most frightful was when I opened the microwave door and it kept running. Good location if you want Parkland. Second best apartment complex in Parkland. Too bad its the only one.

The place is good, with great location, near supermarkets, restaurants, banks, A schools... But the staff sometimes is rude or absent to help us with problems in the house, like broken appliances for example... We have to wait (complaining) for more than 4 weeks in certain occasions. They simply forget!

The raccoon infestation is a serious problem. We have been told the office is AWARE of this situation. Yet all residents received a notice from the office last week that they are very concerned about fire pits being abused, and no comments about the serious health hazards of raccoons roaming the property at all hours of the day.

From the best place to live to live like in a Ghetto. Since FPL devastate the pines that make natural walls and privacy for bell parkland prevent future hurricanes, the community is now vandalized. No cameras, No security, Broken Gates, Broken Security Cameras...... This morning May 16, 2018 someone leave neighbors car like we live in Liberty City, and the property manager just said: Thats bad, but THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO Can you believe????

Run.... I just rented from them this past year, from April 2018 to April 2019 when I moved in every appliance need to be fixed. The apt they showed me was very nice but the one I was placed in had broken tiles and like I said the appliances were outdated and all needed to be worked on. The staff will treat you very kindly when your going to sign a year lease after that the woman staff are very rude. I also had a small dog extremely trained I even had gates up so he could not get to the carpet area when I wasnt there so they could not say there were accidents, never he urine on the carpet I made 100% sure of that, For the last month of us renting there we were there 1 weeks out of the month. Came back left the apartment super cleaned, not one hole in the wall never placed any pictures up. Everything super cleaned took pictures, but Once I left they stated that there was urine in the carpet and that is a total lie and want to charge me $470. dollars more, there thieves and liars. There was not 1 stain in the carpets. Also I dont know what contract they have with the water department but every month the water was 65 dollars or more on a 1 bedroom even on the months we were not there for 3 weeks the amount was always the same so I know they dont read any meters, they just have an amount to charge.

Very bad place to live...They act like cops allll in everyones biz...Staff just completely suck at professionalism...If i were you I WOULD NOT rent there... Bugs EVERYWHERE...They complain about EVERYTHING... U WILL FEEL VIOLATED living there...I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL...PERIOD...

Rats, rats and more rats. It was a nightmare living there. No one cared. The rats were above the closet inside. I pleaded for them to take care of it. I had to move it was the worst year. Rooms are tiny and staff is terrible.

I have 2.5 years living in this place and I love to live in Bell Parkland is a great place, location is perfect, everything is closer from us, Walmart, Publix, Banks, BJs, Kohls, you can go everywhere walking. The apartments are good and I always received good service from the leasing office and maintenance people.

Ghetto. This has always been a shabby community since the 80s but now its way to ghetto. Robberies, Drugs, etc. Its disgusting and management DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING AT ALL. Do not live here. Wish they a 0 star rating

Excellent place to live. With security and a lot of quality. In addition to being super satisfied with the condominium, the issue of having a very good quality school is very close to the children also makes a total difference. This region is excellent, the condominium is close to a vast area. trade. Geographically well located in general. Super satisfied with the service. There is even an employee in the administration called Yokasta who, because she speaks English, Spanish and understands Portuguese, helps many in the service with many who do not speak or understand English well.
