Contacted this company because there were two issues with my TV. They picked the TV up and said it would be ready in a week or two. After several calls and emails I finally got ahold of them over a month later and was told I would have to pick the TV up myself. When I got home I found that only one issue was fixed.I now have not heard back again for over a month after paying $200.00 to not have everything fixed. This company is a scam and a rip off. Stay away!

I had an amazing experience! The free estimate was exactly what I expected it to be, the service was done professionally and promptly, and everyone was so kind 💙 thank you! I hopefully wont break any more TVs but if I do I know where to come. Highly recommended!

An honest company in a field where there are a lot of disreputable businesses. Great service, free estimates on flat screens (NICE!!) and they give you a quick and honest feedback. Good local company!

Excellent customer service - we had two TVs affected by a lightning strike. Jose quickly evaluated both - one toast, the other repairable. He fixed it in 3 days. Very reasonable price. We took it home but had problems. I returned with the TV and he walked me through all the functions on the smart TV to see if they were working. All was fine, the problems were due to further lighting issues at home. He had good suggestions how to isolate the faults. He also offered to answer any further questions I might have in the process. Super customer service. Very nice guy.

It has been almost 3 month and i cannot get a response from this company about when my part will be here. I have called numerous times to find out an ETA and was told i would get a call back and that has never happened. We paid monies to have this part ordered and now are left with a TV that doesnt work and out $. I chose this company because of the reviews and Im so disappointed. Now when I call the phone number said its not in service.

Our 10 year old Mitsubishi projection TV, had the flashing green light of death and would not turn on dispite our attempts and service recommendations. The 1st certified Mitsubishi repair place we called told us to buy a new tv.Then we called Parker TV and repair and they came out the same day to pick up the TV and take into the shop. They fixed it at a reasonable price and returned it in 4 days fixed.

STAY AWAY. Before taking my TV, I found out (by the flashing LED light) that I needed a new SD Board. I called this place, told them what I thought the repair was and that the part cost $100 online. They said that sounded about right, to bring it in, and they charge 50 bucks to diagnose (which rolls into any repair). I dropped it off (they told me 1-5 business days to diagnose) and didnt hear from them for a week and a half. When I called, they didnt have the diagnosis even done, and called me back 2 days later with the cost. $400 to replace the board. When I asked why, they told me they had to order the board from the manufacturer directly (which costs $250). Did they bother to tell me that when I told them the price? NO. I told him that isnt worth it and he said it is a good TV, that I should do the repair. I said I wanted to know what theyd buy it from me for. After 3 weeks of calling I finally got an estimate. 75 bucks. For this great TV that I should repair? I asked why so low, and they said because it is a 720p TV. WRONG. It was the best plasma on the market when I bought it 4 years ago. It is 1080p in fact. So Id get 25 bucks out of it after my wasted $50 on a diagnosis I already knew. Do NOT go here unless you want to be completely ripped off. They are completely dishonest. The owner even admitted that he doesnt look up parts before doing diagnosis (and giving a rough estimate) because then people wouldnt have any repairs done. So when they know you are going to rip them off they dont come in? Duh.

I had a Panasonic microwave croak after only 5 months, still under warranty. I live in the Springs so Parker TV, the authorized repair center, is over an hour drive for me. I happened to be taking a friend to DIA the same day the unit failed so I brought it along. I explained my dilemma; that I just couldnt afford to take 2 1/2 hours out of my work day to pick it back up after repair. I asked if they could ship it back to me. The repairman asked if I had a few minutes to spare. He opened the unit up, found the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way within 20 minutes! I am sure while you wait repairs are rare but they were good enough to understand and accommodate my situation. Thanks, Guys!
