I have been using this service for many years and each time they service our septic system they are on time, courteous, and professional. I have never had a problem with their service and communication was prompt for scheduling and payment. Highly recommend.

I worked with Kevin from American Septic Services and thank goodness I did. We needed our septic pumped out and the system certified for selling our home. Kevin was fast and did a great job. American Septic has been a great all service septic service company for me. Ive used them for years here in Parker. They were helpful and gave me same day service when I needed it.

This company is a joke! DO NOT USE! Been getting the run around for over a month! Trying to get work completed for use permit in time for closing. They dont show for appointments, they dont call, they dont return calls as promised! Was actually told by receptionist to use a different company if I wasnt happy about all the trouble. Was told after the second time they didnt show for an appointment, (I had to call to find out why) that the locate wasnt done. She told me it was scheduled but when I called 811 they had no record. She said she would email me the confirmation but never did. So I set up my own locate. Then I took her advice and found another septic company. Absolute Diversified Services. Prompt, courteous, and the work was done the day after he quoted me. If you want to avoid total frustration, just dont use American Septic.
