I have been with Regus on Parker Rd for 3 years and things have been going GREAT with no issues, until a new manager, Mrs. Brown, came in and returned all my mail back to sender because she didn’t read my contract properly and didn’t realize my contract includes mail. She did not bother to call me first or verify the contract with the sales team. Getting your mail returned when waiting on checks is a huge inconvenience. Mrs. Brown’s incompetence and disregard for clients is astounding.
People at the front desk are good but the manager of this branch Jaquelyn Brown shouldn’t be allowed managing and dealing with clients in any capacity. Worst part is that she wouldn’t even own up to her own and her company’s mistakes. Signs of a terrible manager and a leader. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Horrible customer service, I have asked 9 times over a YEAR to remove a monthly parking charge, no response other than a ticket has been entered but they still invoice for parking every month! No response from corporate. Local staff cant change billing. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. Do yourself a favor and dont sign a lease here!
Absolutely TERRIBLE. It was an awful experience from the beginning- from the billing being incorrect to when I tried to terminate. The local reps do a great job at pinning everything on the system, so the human accountability is truly at a minimum. And forget about trying to reach their national customer service. I tried for 2 days and the line was BUSY. Go anywhere else.
Steer clear! The sales guy is NOT transparent about costs and their month to month contracts. I have contacted the manager, Jackie as well as a retention representative who reached out to me and no one has replied in over a week. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I have never heard of a place ignoring their paying customers before. This makes my paying over $1,500 for a tiny, windowless closet to work in for just ONE month even worse! The current reviews are 100% accurate.Apparently the only thing I can do is continue to pay them for an empty office, wait to get my retainer fee to be returned back, (oh, that was doubled charged and told to me AFTER the fact that it was NOT completely refundable) and warn others to avoid this place at all costs
My private office in Aurora was broken into a little less than a month ago and the only person who has truly shared a genuine concern is the office manager. My door was literally broken by a major tool (hammer/crowbar). I appreciated the very very small upgrade in office space or relocation options to Parker but at the end of the day- we need cameras. The Aurora suite is in a ADT Building so why would other locations be more safe? I have had two security breaches in the last few weeks and I would NOT suggest renting here unless you are super desperate for space.
ZERO STARS!!! Horrible company. Dont every do any business with them. The lie, and steal your money. Good luck trying to get to a professional person because your not getting it. Regus.com is a HUGE RIP OFF. File with everyone you can because dont believe in the customer is right. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING.
The information below I wrote a year ago while we were renting. It was correct at the time. But then we went to move out and all of a sudden no return calls or emails. I will NEVER suggest Regus to anyone. Its the international part of it that makes them too big and NOT customer oriented.All they want is what they can take from you. (A year ago - The location is quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff is great and very friendly. They also have all the amenities you could want and/or need.)
The Parker location is brand new and has a great design. The staff is very kind and helpful. This office has incredible views of the entire front range. I have been at the Parker location for around 6 months and I have been extremely productive. If you are ready to take your business to the next-level then I would recommend getting an office here in Parker.
We recently moved into Regus from another executive suite and have been very pleased. The staff are friendly, attentive, and work hard to keep everyone happy and things running smoothly. The Regus amenities are excellent, clean, and professional which is exactly what we were looking for in an executive suite.
I moved into Regus when it first opened in October of 2014. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The accommodations are top notch! I would highly recommend Regus to anyone looking to move to a new office space or expand their business!
We just moved our offices from Executive Business Centers in the DTC area to Regus in Parker, Colorado. The difference between the two centers is day and night. Kim and her staff do an excellent job and address any situation in a professional and timely manner. They really do care about their customers unlike Executive Business Centers.I would highly recommend Regus in Parker, Colorado.
I travel to just about every Regus location on the front range and this location has an outstanding staff with quiet professional offices. Highly recommended.
