We love this school. Our daughter has gained such confidence and is really embracing Jiu Jitsu. It has also given her the right skills to learn how to handle new social situations for her age group. Dad also loves class, the others he has met, the skills he is learning and the exercise. Great school and highly recommend their programs!

Started over a year ago. First day you feel like family and are welcomed in. I am addicted. The professor and coaches are amazing.The academy was just renovated and it looks amazing. They also go above and beyond to keep the place clean.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Id be hard pressed to find a better academy, that counts you as family. Not a number. Amazing instructors and one hell of a time

My kids love their classes. They learn disciple, respect, and proper technique. The adult classes are great as well. All the teachers have great experience and show you how to apply some techniques in real world situations. My kids are more confident, and I am more confident in my kid’s ability to stand up for themselves and others. With bullying being such a big issue now a day, I think it’s important all kids learn how to defend themselves as well as others. This school does a great job of teaching them just that.

I had the pleasure of training with Joe when I visited Colorado. He is a great instructor! You can’t go wrong with learning from a Robert Drysdale Black Belt!

Our son (age 6) has been attending the academy for a little over a year now, and we love it. Hes learned a lot -- and not just about self defense -- as they also teach about manners, respect, responsibility, etc. We also love that they have tons of fun playing games and burn lots of energy. The coaches are wonderful, and we consider the coaches and other students as part of our extended family. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I studied martial arts years ago and wanted to find a place in Colorado that fit my schedule and needs. I tried a few BJJ shops in the area and while most of them have good instructors, the vibe of ego and underhanded competitiveness bothered me. I didnt know much about what it meant to be a Gracie certified instruction facility, but after some research I found that it means that the Gracie traditions and meticulous instruction regimen will be followed. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible; willing to take the time whether youre a beginner or advanced student to make sure your technique is clean and useful. There are no egos the students are friendly, we all feel a sense of camaraderie help each other during every lesson and training session.

Professor Joe Rozick is just great with kids. He teaches them the great values of jiu Jitsu and allows them to have fun, as they do the hard work. I was afraid my son wouldn’t like the class but Joe made it enjoyable so the end result is a new family signing up.If your kids find it difficult to deal with others, need structure, learn to be disciplined by the great old tough love, this is the right place, I hear more giggles, fun moments and see kindness for one another every week. I’m glad we made the right decision.

I have been an (adult) student at Authentic BJJ for about 2 years. I have never done a martial art before joining the academy but I have learned so much since. Other schools (not all) often are intimidating for novice students, but Authentic has always been low-key and accepting of students of all levels! I am so glad I found this school. The instructors are wonderful practitioners and teachers. They want only the best for the students. Their attention to detail is beyond words! Thank you guys for everything!!

Always welcoming, clean and a great atmosphere to train in. No attitudes and no egos to speak of. Been in the BJJ game a while now and have seen it all, and this is definitely one of my favorite places to train.

We are from Brazil and we know how important it is to find a studio with a great reputation, excellent coaches that teach the correct techniques in a safe manner, good moral principles, and discipline. Coaches Joe and Tchoumba are excellent at what they do and follow very closely the Gracie method, which is very efficient for self defense. My three children learned life lessons on how to deal with bullying, how to defend themselves, and not to promote violence. Every session is dedicated to good exercise, technique training, and some fun games that the kids love!My recommendation: dont hesitate and join. Its the best martial arts studio in town!

This is a great school and the coaches are excellent. I like that my son is learning defensive moves instead of how to hit and kick. He is learning how to talk to bullies and how to do what he needs to do with the 3 Ts to avoid trouble in school. Very proud my son could be a part of this bully proof class in Parker.Lynell
