Just saw an interaction between law abiding citizens and tax payers be treated completely inappropriately by the public servants of this Federal Government entity. Chastity was extremely rude and inappropriate.. She should no longer be allowed to serve the public. Paid for priority mail, it’s day 6 and the package still hasn’t arrived. I called yesterday at this time to put an inquiry in to check up on the package and now a full day later they are just now looking into the issue. Can’t even get a partial refund. The Person I talked to at this office doesn’t care and says they can’t do anything. Never use USPS if you can, there is a reason why so many reviews are negative.

Have lived in the area just a few months, but already 3 different mailed medications showed as Delivered, but were not anywhere to be found. Seems like an obvious theft. Ive also had 2 random letters Returned to Sender for unknown reason, and several pieces of mail for people who live miles away, with completely different names and addresses. This USPS scares me for the potential harm that they can do, intentional and/or not. Will avoid their services for anything important as much as possible.

Mailman is a thief!!! We have locked mailboxes that only I and the Mailman have access to, Yet I constantly get packages that are delivered but nothing is in the mailbox. I could understand this happening every once in a while, but it happens to me about once a month since moving in. After complaining to the post office, my mail mysteriously shows up later resealed with official USPS tape... I guess they didnt want the beard comb. Since complaining about the issue the mailman now delivers packages to the front door. Again, when I check the front door nothing is there. I have filed a police report and I hope the thief is caught soon and brought to justice.

This is the most horrendously run post office Ive ever had the misfortune of using. I have had many things go missing over the years Ive lived here; both bills and packages. I shipped a package priority mail to Arizona a week ago yesterday. It has gone back and forth between Parker and Mesa, never getting delivered. I keep getting texts about it being out for delivery yet it never arrives at either my home or where it was actually sent. I have lived in many different states and have never had the troubles Ive experienced here. I wish I could give negative stars.

Every time I go to this Post Office its busy, but the Staff is amazingly fast, professional and personal. They are tasked with making sure everything they are handed complies with the high standards set by the US Post Office, and they do this with a smile on their face.Case in point we were served by Kent, who among other things proudly served our country as he is a Veteran. We needed to get a package to Florida, and he found the most expeditious and economical way to make it happen. Again, all with a smile on his face. You know when you are leaving a Post Office and YOU have a smile on YOUR face, it is a great experience that you just want to share.

The postal service worker secured my package even more by offering to tape some ends. Since I am from out of town, I didn’t have any supplies to secure my box that I was sending to my sister in Texas. He was friendly and informative and I knew when she could expect my package. It’s nice to have a friendly face when you’re conducting business. Thank you employees from the pony express post office!

The first employee i came across was directing and helping people today. He helped me find the right size envelope and then realized my issue of needing a stiff envelope to keep it from bending. He went in the back looking for cardboard and returned empty handed but he problem solved by using a file folder. All this without being asked. He was amazing and made my week!

They have lost almost 100 packages for small businesses. It is costing the small business here so much to have to reship expensive packages that are lost. Tracking says they are still in Parker. Have filed traces, claims, tried to talk to them and no one is finding the batch of packages. There is a whole bunch of them from the span of one week that are lost.

Contents of my mail was stolen on numerous occasions. I dropped my mail directly into inbox inside post office and sent to different recipients in various states. One sent directly to a locked box. I will never use this post office again. So shameful and violating.

Ive had my fair share of issues with this location, but they managed to get me to write this one out on this screw up. I have moved from Parker, CO and I had a buddy ship me a box I left him. I gave him the address, and I can see he wrote said address on the box. Yet I dont know if they didnt bother to even try or what, but they shipped it to an entirely different address in my new city.My address ends with Avenue on it and they managed to ship it to Terrace on top of the wrong freaking street. AND THERES AN APARTMENT # LISTED! Ive been waiting on this package and by the nice graces of the man who received it did I only get it as he bothered to come drop it off at my apartment. He lives about a mile away, which in this city is potentially 30 minutes of traffic. Absolutely ridiculous.

The carrier took it upon herself to place a hold on my mail while I was delivering a child who was then in the hospital clinging to life. Now with a one month old newborn I have attempted to resume service to my address no less than 5 times, being forced to drive to retrieve my packages of formula and other items I had delivered to avoid this very inconvenience in the first place. They have also taken it upon themselves to return my mail to sender even though they never even attempted delivery, and I have gone in to pick up my mail multiple times and called half a dozen as well! They have caused major problems by not delivering my hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills they need payment, and they don’t seem to care whatsoever. I wish I could have my mail delivered by someone, anyone willing to do their job. You have made being a new mom infinitely harder! Thanks for nothing!

They’ve had my package for 8 days now. Everyday I go in they say it’s out for delivery, yet everyday it doesn’t get delivered. Apparently there is nothing I can do. The tracking info hasn’t changed in 8 days, so I know nothing is happening. The older guy working there just keeps saying it’s out for delivery, regardless of how many days in a row I come in explaining it’s not getting delivered.

I had a great experience today! The Director of Customer Service (Keith?) saw me with my crew of four young kids (including infant attached to me). He let my kids drop a letter behind the doors and they briefly saw behind the scenes. We had to make a trip to the post office because our mailbox key has stopped working. Since my hands were full with baby, the director filled out the paperwork to request a new lock and hold my mail in the meantime for me. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Thanks for making an errand that I dreaded a piece of cake!

Surprised by all the negative reviews. Only once ever had an issue with a package in our neighbors mailbox. People who work there are super nice and helpful - never had a bad experience. Twice they have gone out of their way for me when I had special requests and wanted to pick up packages in the morning before the mailman left to deliver them later.

I love the employees at the Parker Post Office on Pony Express Drive. They are pleasant, have a sense of humor, and give hints on mailing packages the least expensive, but most secure way. We had just moved in to a new house and the leasing agent could not tell us where or what # our mailbox was. so i called this post office and spoke with a friendly individual and told him of our predicament and he said he would get with the carrier for that area and let me know.. now honestly i never thought i would get a call back but i did and even the same day with all the correct answers.. thank you very much guys.

I am surprised to see so many bad reviews. I go to this place weekly and ship many items off. I personally have had no problems yet. Employees are okay some slow but most are relatively fast. Prices are comparable and usually cheaper than other places. I honestly dont see a problem with this place or location.

The staff inside of the post office is wonderful, never had an issue. However, the mail carriers that deliver mail to Briargate On Main are lazy. They are constantly losing packages, they wont drop them off at the apartment door, instead they expect the main office to have room for everyones packages. Instead of delivering the packages to the door, if the front office wont take them, they will just being them back to the post office. Unacceptable. We never had any issues until a few weeks ago when they switched mail carriers.

They really need to improve and at the very LEAST not act like total jerks to people. The last 4 - yes FOUR items I sent overnight express - the packages were not delivered on time.The 2 before that arrive broken and although they were insured they refused to pay the claim since the company that insures them is the one who decides whether they will pay or not - somethings wrong there when you could literally SEE the footprints and dent from the packages being stepped on.I dont know what theyre doing over there but they really need to step it up - even a baby step would be nice. In the meantime UPS here I come.

I had a lot longer and very unhappy post before today. I recently, after almost 3 months of a change of address, started getting mail from the forwarding. The Postal people have been good over the last few weeks.I will say that these types of things that I went through should NEVER happen to anyone. Being careful to treat every customer with the utmost care should be the first priority.

I dont have as much trouble at the counter as others have but Ive had nothing but trouble with every service they offer.They never ring the door bell, even your home, they just leave a slip with illegible writing on it. I guess they know the public has become accustomed to their paltry service and sees no need to improve it as a result.Id give them two stars for delivering to me packages intended for other people but they would probably take that as encouragement to perform worse.

I live in an apartment and instead of delivering packages I get slips that say sorry we missed you. Then I have to leave work an hour early to go to the post office to get the package. Thing is.... IM HOME AND DONT EVER HEAR A USPS WORKER KNOCK ON MY DOOR! They are so lazy they are not even going to doors to see if someone is home to get the package. They just put the slip in the mailbox and call it a day.I was home all day today. NO package, but a slip was in my mailbox. They close early on Saturday so now I have to leave work early Monday to go to the post office. Thanks.If I acted like that at my job I would get FIRED.

Although I have had no issues with this location in person, my understanding is that my mail comes from this location. I have many issues receiving mail. A large portion of the mail that is sent to me is returned to sender as undeliverable. When I am handed my undeliverable mail it has the correct name and address on it and is identical to the address on other mail I have successfully received. This has caused me to miss important statements multiple times.

The people who work inside the post office are awesome. Professional, polite, helpful and have a good attitude. The mail delivery people arent very conscientious, however. I have only lived here five months and received wrong mail at least 20 times and neighbors have received my mail by mistake. I dont know what can be done about that...

Worst phone recording service ever. No wonder why people become so belligerent with your costumer service. Every time I tried to continue with the automated phone service to track my package it somehow wouldn’t hear me. Betty White at her old age can hear better. Overall I do not recommend calling USPS, you’ll just be redirected to the main menu a thousand times.

I have lived in Parker since 1980. My experience with the mail delivery have been mostly positive The employees at the post office are nice and very professional. Other than ocasionally delivering my mail to the wrong box or receiving mail in my box from my neighbors ( luckily it has been junk mail) everything else has been fine.

They lost couple of my packages that were shipped to me priority with tracking. The staff didn’t show any concern or cared for it when I when to the Parker post office to enquire. I have lived in many towns in different states and never had any issues until I moved to Parker. They also don’t do good job with mail forwarding.

I saw the low reviews and thought that didnt represent my experience here. I have lived in many other cities but I was impressed with Parkers friendliness and efficiency. My only disappointment was not the staff but other patrons. The staff worked diligently and were respectful even when other customers showed them no respect. I saw people talking on their phones, speaking rudely to staff, and complaining of lines even while they were moving quickly. I dont understand people. I am in my thirties but I see people older than me with no manners and attitudes of privilege. I want to thank the staff for their hard work and patients.

Called yesterday about a package that was supposedly delivered from Amazon. After confirming with Amazon that the package had indeed made it to the USPS facility I tried to call them for more information. After giving the person on the phone my tracking number they seem to utterly confused and told me they would call me back within the hour. Its been two days and I receive no package or phone call. Now when I try to call the same number you get an error message. The employees in this place give Zero F#cks about doing their jobs.

These guys are AWESOME! Dont put too much stock in the negative reviews. Ive been a resident in parker for 10+ years now. I do a LOT of online shopping and i follow the tracking info often. It NEVER fails, every time my packages get to this location theyre always finding a way to get on the delivery truck for that day. Ive had items arrive at this location about an hour before the truck is supposed to be out on deliveries and they always make it happen! Super happy to have these guys as my post office!

First local package delivery was marked as “delivered in/at mailbox”, yet there was no key for one of the bigger boxes, nor was there a note that they had tried to deliver it but that it needed a signature. Other packages thankfully arrived after much less hassle.

WORST possible post office EVER. Shipped a package via Priority with a signature required. It took 8 DAYS for them to deliver it! Made several calls and nobody could ever even FIND it! Scott at this post office, who said he would return our call, FAILED TO DO SO. TWICE! This location is so incompetent, we will not be surprised at all when it finally gets closed. Any time you are left with no choice but to go in there, the employees are working at a snails pace and 1 of the 2 at the counter, inevitably, puts his sign up, closing his window, and leaves the 1 surviving employee to deal with the mile-long line of customers. Wish a zero stars rating was possible. Complete idiots who couldnt care less whether they help you this week or not. And why would they? Theyre still getting overpaid whether theyre helping or just standing around.

The drivers dont care about their routes and the people working behind the scenes cant be bothered to do basic tasks, like decipher an address. We have had problems from the moment we moved here with the Parker USPS. We are constantly having mail and packages not being delivered even though tracking and informed delivery says it was. The “floater” employees have mixed up our mail at least once a week or more with the house on the street over with the same number. We have called to talk to someone or gone into the post office about the problem on multiple occasions, but have encountered attitude and excuses. We just want the USPS to take responsibility for their poor service and fix the problems.

For being a USPS, very slow service. This is exactly why you are slowly going out of business. In todays world commerce, no one wants the 1930s speed of service. Also, you need to hire people that understand the technology and are efficient at it. Someone typing with two fingers is obviously not a good choice for a computer position. Good luck.

The building has grown but the staffing that waits on customers is never adequate . You are lucky if there are more than 2 people to wait on you. The delivery service is even worse. I have had mail delivered as late as 7:00 pm. A couple of times in the last year no delivery at all. Mail is often delivered to wrong address. Not a house away, blocks away. If you ask to have your mail held, its delivered anyway. Its been this way for 30 years!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my friend, who is so frustrated by the treatment he is getting from the post office in Parker, CO. I personally dont have any issues with getting my mail, but for some reason, they consistently DO NOT deliver my friends mail which is AT THE SAME ADDRESS.. The first time was his payroll check from work, now its another important package. The post-lady actually stated, that sometimes I get in such a hurry that I might have put it in someone elses box.. Seriously?! They have no regard for your mail, getting it there on-time, or fixing a problem they have caused. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx if you want your mail/shipments delivered.

I sent a certified letter to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation in Denver, however this Post Office delivered it to the IRS in Ogden Utah. How is that even possible. At first they wanted to place the blame on me, even though I showed them my receipt. Then they stated they were at a loss to explain how this happened. They offered no help at all to retrieve this letter, instead I was told, well, just wait 2-3 weeks and maybe you get your letter back. This letter was sent certified to guarantee delivery for a business license. Their ineptness has delayed my business license and they offered no refund on the certified expense or the additional expense for additional fingerprinting.

If I could put minus stars I would! I have lived at my house for just under 2 years and the post office has decided that my house address is not correct. They cant tell me whats wrong with my address but anything other than junk mail is being returned saying undeliverable address. When i called to speak with the manager he said he is too busy to figure it out and ill just have to figure it out and then hung up on me!!! How in the hell am I supposed to figure out why they they wont deliver my mail when he confirmed my address on the shipping label was correct?? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!

I have lived in Parker for a year. In that one year we have had more problems with having our mail lost or mixed up than I have in 15 years in Texas!! We are constantly having to take mail to people that dont even live on our street and vice versa. We have called to ask for help tracking down packages and to complain 6 times in this one year. They dont care about solving the problem! Shame on Parker Post Office for allowing their workers to do a bad job and not correct the problem when it is brought to their attention.

Went out of their way to help out, even after hours. Friendly and understanding, and called back like they said they would. Called post offices in Littleton and Denver, and they were out rite rude, and the gentleman in Littleton hung up on me because it was close to closing. I had a yes no question, and they guy just hung up. Regardless, Parker Post Office was the complete opposite. Regardless of how busy they are, they maintain a positive attitude in a line of frowns and furrowed brows. Other than its always busy, very pleased with the staff.

Get other peoples mail, sometimes its the neighbor across the street and sometimes its the neighbor to my side. We have centralized mailboxes and they just stuff it in without unfolding it first, geez, wondering why my mail is all ripped and crushed. Was surprised that this post office closed at noon on Saturday, I dont expect them to be open Sunday but its 2017 and we all work more, some of us cant get there that early on Saturday. Signed up for tracking updates on a package, never got emails about its status. Will ALWAYS ship UPS or FedEx.

We seem to have gotten our old, incompetent mail carrier again. Mail is delivered about 2 to 3 hours later than with the previous carrier, and we are back to getting our neighbors mail and them getting ours. Yesterday was the second day in a row that we got someone elses mail. This mail carrier is sloppy and incompetent. They have lost so many of my packages over the last year and dont seem to care at all about trying to help me recover them! They do admit that they mistakenly delivered them to the wrong address but I never get them back. I have lost so much money and they could care less. I asked the postal carrier in my neighborhood the other day about a missing package that tracking said was confirmed as delivered to my box. Mail delivered to my mailbox belonging to neighbors and vise versa. We re-deliver the mail. Called. Told Lisa is out of town visiting family. Asked for next in charge. Don became very angry. Started taking to me like I was one of his kids! Promised a call back from Steve. Seems they use relief drivers. No accountability. Where to begin... Currently, it is looking like they have lost my passport that came in the mail. There is always someone in my house, but instead they decide to leave sticky notes with almost no information about the package. When I show up to retrieve my package, they cannot find it. I dont think they understand how important a passport is. Seriously incompetent

Constantly getting my neighbors mail and packages. Happens up to multiple times per week. Have called to complain to the post office numerous times, and still the same behavior. How difficult is it to verify an address is correct ? Workers are absolutely incompetent, worst postal office Ive ever had to deal with.

Never organized, always have long lines, no sense of urgency, staff frequently take breaks when they are at their busiest. I have had to pick up maybe 6 or 7 packages in the 8 months Ive lived here. Its never taken less than a half an hour in line. My experiences have always been awful.

Very unreliable about showing up for scheduled package pick up. They show up about half the time. :( But kudos to Don from the Parker PO who came down in his personal vehicle at 6 pm to get what the carrier failed to do!

This post office is horrible. We placed a hold on our mail for two weeks. Came back, went to the post office to pick up our held mail, and was told the postman didnt get the notice to hold our mail, so it was all shoved in our mailbox. In with the mail, was the notice to hold our mail. Then we had an item that showed it was given to the post office and was just sitting there for 6 days. So I called to ask why it was not being delivered. The guy (not friendly at all), first said it needed a signature. I said, no, it doesnt. Then he asked for the tracking number and he said all he could see is that it was delivered to a post office, but didnt know where. When I entered the tracking number, it showed it was at the Parker post office, but he said he didnt see that and couldnt help me. Ridiculous. Worst post office Ive ever had to deal with. Its very sad to have zero faith in your local post office.

How would I rate the service at this post office. TERRIBLE!!! I put a change of address in 21/2 weeks earlier and received two confirmations of the change. Alas, I have not received any mail and told that I needed to fill out another form that this post office only knows about. It is not listed anywhere on there web site. So, instead some employee decided to either send mail back or to someplace in LIMBO LAND. No one at the Parker post office seems to know where that could be. But they certainly tried their best to make me feel as if it was all my fault. I am making a formal complaint and can only hope that someone is fired or at least rapped on the knuckles.

Cant give zero stars. This makes TWO deliveries you guys just went oops its gone.Saying you cant find a letter without tracking information doesnt work for me since you also lost a package WITH tracking information.I clearly cannot rely on you and will avoid doing any business with this office in the future.

This post office is deplorable. We constantly get neighbors or former tenants mail, making me wonder how much of our mail is missing. In addition, our mail man is a thief. Once we caught him in the midst of a theft and the office made him turn around and actually deliver the package. It had been ripped open and resealed with official USPS packing tape. They have no shame, packages are constantly delivered opened and the mail man doesnt even bother to reseal them now. They stole my disabled veteran husbands medication from our locked mailbox. The thief has gotten smarter, instead of putting packages that would fit in the locked mailbox or locked parcel locker they now say they delivered an item to the front door instead and of course theres no package. I work from and have a dog that begins growling and barking if anyone come with a few feet of our door so I know it wasnt delievered and stolen by someone else.

They lost my package which is now costing me $700 dollars, when I asked if they could check if it was maybe in the back, the response was, last time we tried this we couldnt find it. I had to say, will you please go check. They couldnt find it and couldnt care less.

This post office is terrible. We had people move out of our home and this office incorrectly forwarded all of our mail our roommates new location, even though the online forwarding was done by individual, not as family forwarding. We have spent the last 2 months trying to fix it, with no success. We are still not getting any of our mail. This is extremely unfortunate since we recently were married and many important pieces of mail were lost. (ie: my new drivers license and wedding cards that have yet to be tracked down) The forwarding system that they use is terrible and no one at the actual post office has been able to help us at all. I now have to take more time off of work to go in to the DMV and re-pay for a drivers license and hope that eventually, anyone that tried to send us card/gifts will have the items returned to them. But with the luck we have had so far, Im not holding my breath.
