We worked with the previous owner Jeanne Pierre for years and never had a problem,; our plant wall was always well cared for and if a plant was not doing well it was replaced without question; but the new owner has no understanding of customer service. We have a plant wall and nine other hanging plants that were under a maintenance contract and were not watered for two weeks due to a snow storm. No attempt was made to reschedule the appointment and we had to finally call and ask why he hadnt come. When the maintenance person finally came he told us we would have to replace plants under our own cost because things were installed improperly and didnt work well. He then left without watering half the plants. When I called the owner, Mr. Stevens, and told him the guy had not done the job, he said the plants couldnt be watered because they were over equipment and they would leak. I responded by saying that the previous maintenance person never had an issue with the pots for the past three years. He told me the guy was a doctor and knew what he was doing ( well if the guy was a doctor what is he doing watering plants?). Truth of the matter is there were three plants that hung over equipment that were watered by placing a protective pan under the plants, however the other 6 hanging plants do not drain through the pot and were not watered for three weeks. Mr. Stevens told me we should go somewhere else. So, we will.

We have used City Plantscaping as a professional company in the past and recent. Always on time, always great results . Pierre is very accessible, and easy to work with . He takes charge of the planting and office installations and works fast and clean . Keep up the good work. !
