Our Maidpro Katie did an excellent job cleaning our home. She was thorough, tidy, focused, great time management and took pride in her job. She behaved in a courteous manner and very professional. We will continue to use their services.

Really poor communication and customer service. I have been given conflicting information pretty much every time I speak with someone. I adjusted my schedule to make it work for a “reliable pro” who turned out to be not so reliable. For 2 of the 3 months we used the service, they either no showed or were going to be later than expected, and I was not notified of this in any timely manner. The company tried to charge cancellation fees after I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication surrounding scheduling issues. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I called set up to have oven-bathroom- refrigerator cleaned. The people in the office very nice and seemed professional.Cleaner came out 2 hrs for 168.00- shower was not cleaned - refrigerator- left drawer a mess - bottom shelf in refrigerator- so they sent a second person out for a redo- she did good on the shower- did the kitchen drawer but not the bottom shelf!I just looked in the oven which -the second cleaner didn’t know about-The first cleaner didn’t finish the oven!- I left voice mail and sent email with picture of the oven and they replied back- most ovens are self cleaning- my oven is not-That they could set up another time to do a cleaning and charge more money- I’ve spent 168.00 and my time waiting on them will not use this company again. You really need to check their work- while they are there! Best not to use them!

This was the worst experience Ive had with a cleaning service. Many things were left undone. Obvious, basic things such as not leaving streaks on the stainless steel appliances and shower doors, floors were not vacuumed, furniture not dusted, floors not mopped, baseboards not dusted, trash not emptied, sinks were not cleaned out, etc. I could go on and on. I was appalled after being charged $300 for our ranch home. If I cancel the next cleaning, they will charge me $140 more for a one time cleaning fee. They did say they would come back and address the areas that Ive brought to their attention, but in my opinion, it would be better to do the job right the first time. Acelynn, Sam and Katie were the cleaners who came to our house. Maybe they have better employees who can see obvious dirt and clean it when they see it, but these girls did a terrible job.

Weve been using MaidPro-Parker for a few months and then our cleaning lady quit and I guess they cant find anyone to fill the slot, which happens.The problem was, nobody told us, TWO WEEKS IN A ROW!! NO SHOWS!!! Even after I complained about not getting a phone call last week, they did the same thing to me this week and wasted my entire morning. Weve tried to use them in the pass, but they just arent consistent!

Ariana did an excellent clean on my home this week. This was the first time for her to clean my home and I could tell she took pride in making sure she did an exceptional clean. I was impressed with the small things she did throughout that showed she cared about how I would feel when I walked into the space. Very poor results for a DEEP CLEANING. We hard them over multiple times hopefully getting our house up to par. Less than half of what I expected from the service. Tons of missed areas. Not flexible on arrival times. Just showed up multiple times banging on the door for a half hour waking our small children up as we scurry to get dressed at 745am. Then charged us an additional $100 for a service we were un aware of and did not need.

After having numerous issues with other cleaning companies - the last one didnt show up at all - I decided to give MaidPro a try. Their checklist is worthless. After going through my house after the cleaning, the majority of things she checked off as done were not done. I even left them MY supplies for my hardwood floors. While it looked like they tried to clean parts of my floors, there were many obviously missed spots. I also saw that she had the mop pad on backwards - couldnt figure out why the floors looked so bad...that was it! While they tried to work with me to fix it, I didnt have time to go through every room in my house & indicate what had not been done - if I had spare time, I wouldnt need someone to clean my house! They finally gave me a 10% refund, which considering what they charged me to NOT clean my house was ridiculous! I will NOT be using this company again & would NOT recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We used them to clean our house. They sent someone who was clearly inexperienced in cleaning (a young woman). She did a terrible job and left several parts of the house untouched (didnt dust, do the baseboards, etc). We complained to the owner who was very difficult to get a hold of and ignored our attempts to connect. He said they would re-clean the house. After thinking about it we decided we simply wanted our money back because of how poor of a job they did and we didnt want to waste any more time with them. They refused to refund us, so we disputed the transaction with our bank. They originally removed the charge but then just added it back on.Ive wasted hours with this company, lost $150 and have nothing to show for it but a dirty house. I would recommend not working with this company, because the owner is immoral and is running a scam! I hope this review serves as a lesson to always treat customers with respect.

I have used Maidpro for several years now and am always pleased with the results. Our maid today was Molly and she did a thorough job. They always show up when they are supposed to and get all the nooks and crannies clean. We have 2 dogs and I dont know what I would do if I didnt have a reliable cleaning service because I cant keep up with it myself. Very satisfied.

We used them for almost a year and we were happy with the cleanings. However, the last 3 services were mediocre at best. They were sending one cleaner and that was not enough. When we had 2-3 cleaners the house was immaculate. Last time I complained and they sent someone the next day, it was also very underwhelming so we canceled.

Easy to work with. Typically do a great job cleaning but if they dont they will reclean the next day. They are always professional on the phone and helpful.

We have been using MaidPro for about 2 years and couldnt be happier. The rates are very reasonable and the service is outstanding. Kim does an amazing job - we have 2 dogs and she thoroughly cleans all the fur that tends to accumulate between cleans. Kim consistently goes above and beyond. Weve tried other companies but none compare to the service and value that MaidPro provides.

Tiffany is great! She pays attention to the smallest details in my home. She knows exactly how We like the nicnacs arranged in the coffee table. During the holiday season even with all the decorations up she dusts and wipes down everything. She always puts the decorative pillows on the beds so creatively; the rooms look like rooms you see in model houses. My sons call her the cleaning fairy.

I had less than average success with this company. I had a couple outstanding cleaners from them. Unfortunately, when I asked for these particular cleaners to be regulars for me, they only came a few times and were either reassigned or resigned from the company. Most of the time I had a cleaner for a few cleans, and then the cleaner changed. I did find a bath tub mat torn into pieces and hidden (by one of their best cleaners). The company replaced the mat, but never explained why it was hidden from me. I had another cleaner who left 45 min. early but reported that she stayed the full expected time (by one of their best cleaners), for which I was charged. The company refunded the overage, but declined to continue cleaning for me because they could not meet my expectations. IF YOU CANT MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF WANTING TO KNOW WHEN SOMETHING IS DAMAGED, AND WANTING TO BE CHARGED HONESTLY, THAT REFLECTS POORLY ON YOUR CLEANERS, AND YOUR OWNER. I would NOT recommend this company.

Maid Pro always delivers the housekeeping quality you would expect, but don’t always get. Very, VERY professional and amazing staff. I’d be lost without them!

I would give NEGATIVE FIVE STARS if I can. They sent someone really sick to my house. worked 4.5 hours only finished kitchen and ONE bathroom (with my help). Then the QA came in without my present, said my kitchen is greasy. Still! takes them 3 hrs to clean?! for the record, my place is only 1100 SQ and the kitchen is a tiny L-shape one. They made no effort to make it right for me. Horrible experience.
