First day for them to pick up my trash and they didnt. Cans are still sitting on the driveway. Not a good way to start.

They can certainly take their payment timely but the same can’t be said about them taking the trash you pay for them to pick up.

No only are these people IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, your trash NEVER gets picked up and you have to call a ton and leave multiple voicemails to get them to call you back. I was able to FINALLY cancel my service after multiple phone calls and emails. For reference I emailed 9/16/21 and they just responded today. 9/29/21 regarding canceling and my trash not getting picked up. They’re response is “it was picked up after you called” well….. that’s fine and dandy IF I DIDN’T HAVE TO CALL and leave MULTIPLE voicemails and emails. I used them for 7ish months and it was the worst service. I am all about supporting small business but unfortunately big business is collecting my trash from now on.

Absolutely the worst! You call them during their business hours and they do not answer. You leave a voicemail and they do not call you back. They straight up dont pick up your trash for weeks on end and when you do finally get a hold of them they say, we must be on delay. Interesting that the employees of the company dont realize they are on delay. Then you ask, why, as a paying customer was I not informed about the delay? They respond with, we usually send out an email, I see your email is correct on file. No call, no email, no trash pick up.Never mind getting trash services set up with them. What a nightmare! They say they delivered my trash bin to the correct house, and they never did! It took more than a month for them to actually deliver a trash bin! Terrible company! Terrible customer service! All they care about is taking your money and never providing services!

I have been extremely pleased with Little Dumpsters Service and have recommended it to my neighbors as well. We are in Elizabeth and I use them for my weekly trash service as well as have used them for larger dumpsters for our house projects. When we first set up our trash service our address was coming up in the wrong location in their system (happens even with pizza deliver!!). Our trash got missed but I called their team and got a call back and they immediately accommodated me the next day no problem at all and were very apologetic. They have been wonderful to pick up bulky items when needed and ALWAYS call back when I leave a message. I truly value that they have wonderful customer service and are transparent with me when they have had issues and quickly resolve my needs. It is really nice to work with a company that has a family feel and wants to make sure as a customer I am satisfied with my service. I forgot to take my trash out in the morning the other day (working mom brain!) and they are working with me to ensure my trash gets pick up before next weeks service. There is no way other companies would be so understanding and willing to do what is right and helpful. We had a previous trash company and their communication was absolutely horrible and their customer service was even worse. It is nice and refreshing to know I can call, leave a message, and will get a response and resolution within 24 hours. Their pricing for trash service, dumpsters and bulky items is very reasonable as well! Thanks Little Dumpster team for the fantastic service!

THIS BUSINESS BREAKS THE LAW BY HAVING CANVASSERS IN DOUGLAS COUNTY WITHOUT PERMITS!! Why in the world would I want to do business with a company that sends employees out that blatantly ignore No Soliciting signs. You will receive a bill for my time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS!!

Horrible horrible. They skip my pickup OFTEN. I have to pull camera footage to show that they just drive right on by and never stop. Now they think its cute and funny to leave my trash cans in the middle of my driveway or in the ditch tipped over or in the road....not professional at all. They used to be ok in the beginning. Only problem I had then was their automatic billing system or the lack there of. The office Manger is not very nice either.

I’ve only been a customer 9 days and they already skipped my trash pickup. I called and left a message but they ignored that. They don’t even answer their phone. Don’t bother using this local company,… they don’t care about providing service after they’ve taken your money.

They dont reliably pick up our trash. When we call to ask them to pick it up we usually get a voice mail and no one gets back to us. Our HOA is getting after us for leaving our trash cans out, this is all very frustrating. I can not recommend this service.

I signed up with this company to save money on my weekly trash service but now I regret it. They didnt pickup my trash yesterday and when I called repeatedly no answer and no return phone call. I also tried email and no reply there either. Do not believe the fake reviews they have on their site as they are horrible!

A Salesman knocked on my door two weeks ago and I signed up for their service. He said a waste can would be delivered prior to the end of the month. After a week and no can I called which they assured me that a can was scheduled. Called again on the 29th and was told scheduled for 30th. Called late on the 30th and no answer just voicemail. Called again Aug 2nd 2x and no one is answering the calls or returning voicemail. Beware!

We have signed up with Little Dumpters since June, but we have not received our trash cans since then. We called many times, they didn’t pick up, they didn’t answer back, the few times they picked up, we were given the same excuse that our trash cans will be given to us very soon, yet no trash cans arrived.They sign anyone up for their service but do not execute their job. Be careful with them, they are not ready to do the job.

Update 10/3/21 - Second week in a row they did not pick up trash/recycle. Two weeks ago, the bin was sitting right next to the box they took. This week...NONE of the three bins were picked up.Update 9/2/21 - Picked up one recycling bin but not the other. Still sitting in front with a large recycling sticker on it. It was out the night prior.Update: Trash from a ripped bag on the street today, left some of our neighbors trash, and no surprise, more hydraulic fluid. A few weeks ago they left an empty, flattened box next to the neighbors emptied recycling bin.They are in way over their head in the Pinery. -- Our HOA has some explaining to do. -- Waste management was MUCH better AND we paid LESS. Little Dumpsters shows up one week at 9AM, the next week at 9PM, the next at 2PM and recycling might be the next day. The truck leaves a trail of hydraulic fluid and on multiple occasions trash on the street. Terrible service.

This company is trash. And I dont mean they are a garbage pickup company, they are a true dumpster fire of bad customer service and excuses. Ive called every day this week to set up service and havent heard back. Ill go ahead and give my money to a different company because lil dumpsters blows. Go ahead and reply to this review with the same excuses you give to the other bad reviewers. Big oof.

NEVER can get in touch with them. Their hours are 7-7 M-F .. yea right. Tried called 14 times in 2 days (Monday and Tuesday), NEVER answer the phone, never return phone messages. Their business address is locked w/no outward sign of being a business. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE but they want to be paid! Oh yes, they definitely want their money with NO SERVICE.

My trash has not been picked up multiple times and when I try and call no one ever ever ever answered or very difficult to get a hold of. PICK UP YOUR PHONES!!!I signed up, read all these terrible reviews, then called asap to cancel. They really dont answer their phones! Its crazy! I emailed them, too - asking them to cancel and refund my deposit. I got a lame email that said Were sorry to see you go. Not addressing my request for the refund to anything. Then two weeks later I come home from work to find two little dumpster trash bins on my driveway. I started using this company in December - I pretty much had to call them weekly at the beginning and then about every other week from that point on until cancelling service today. I think they may have picked up my trash on the scheduled day 3 to 4 times between December 2020 and June 2021. All the other weeks were either later in the week or not at all.Same for Recycling. When I would call and ask what happened it was always an excuse. New computer system for the 1st several months, then they would tell me the drivers claimed they were there which they obviously were not. Guess they think their customer like to waste time calling their trash providers for no reason. Total inconsistency for over 6 months with little to no remorse from the company was enough for me. This company just does not care about service or care if you leave. Stay away!!!

Little Dumpsters is the company that picks up our garbage in our subdivision. Their crews are amazing. Ive never seen such hustle, first time every time. Always professional and friendly. Unbelievable!

Like many others, service is poor and communication is even worse. Had to call multiple times just to try to get someone to answer or respond. Once dropped off they left it there for 2 weeks past the terms and starting to get complaints from Neighbors and subdivision. Never actually received an email for the unit as there was an agreed upon military discount which was not applied. They just charged the credit card and were done with the transaction.

They are absolutely amazing. From the first phone call to the finish of 5 dumpsters later. I will use Little Dumpster for anything I ever need in their area. Amazing

I used this business once before and had an okay experience. Poor communication, but at least the dumpster I ordered showed up and was taken as stated. This past week when I called to order another dumpster (second opportunity to use them) I was told by a new employee that nobody was available to help me and theyd call me back because she was not capable of helping me. This happened three days in a row with the same new employee. I still ordered online and no response. The business manager called and left me a nasty voicemail saying Id cussed out the new employee and that they would not tolerate that. The truth is that I did not cuss out the employee, but shared my frustration calmly that I had not been called until the new employee told me that theyd get to me when they get to me. I shared my displeasure in that statement and said they should hire employees that could help and hung up. When I called to speak to the business manager, she was not available and I was passed to Julia who thought I was calling about trash service (not a dumpster). I explained what happened and that I was willing to spend more money with a competitor because of Little Dumpsters poor customer service.UPDATE: The owners response is inaccurate. I never cussed at the employee or yelled. I never stated the employee should not have been hired. My HOA handles the trash service in the neighborhood, not this company. I clearly stated my issue with the company to Julia and why I was upset. I was calm the entire time. This company lies to cover poor performance and it’s shown in some other reviews. They state their call volume was so high they couldn’t call me for three days, but are able to leave me a nasty voicemail within five minutes after I stated I’d call the Better Business folks and are able to respond quickly with false allegations to this review. They never extended an apology, only excuses.

Our HOA took on this company, which fell at the first hurdle. Yesterday was supposed to be the first recycle day. Only the trash was taken.. It is impossible to speak to anything but a machine and calls are not returned.How different from waste management, who GOT IT RIGHT

I have rented dumpsters from Roll Off Solutions at least 3 times over the past couple of years. Everything has always been great- you have the flexibility of booking online or booking in person. Ive done both and either way has been great with no issues. The dumpsters always arrive when they say they will and even the drivers have been very friendly and helpful. They also pick up the dumpster when scheduled with no delays or surprises. Julia handles the phones and office stuff- she has always been very friendly and great to work with too! I highly recommend this company- they are very dependable, reliable and honest! Thank you!

When you call Julia answers the phone, and shes the absolute best at scheduling, pricing, helping you figure out what size dumpster youll need for your job. Then they bring the dumpster, in my case a 20 yard, and put it exactly where you want it, being very careful not to damage trees or anything else. My contractors mother had health issues, he was off the job and I asked for an extension and Julia said no problem at all and even gave me a Holiday discount rate ~~~TWICE! When you need help with your project and expect fantastic service with a smile, call them!

What an absolute pleasure it was to do business with Julia and Little Dumpsters. They were able to take care of me on short notice. They delivered a clean dumpster placed exactly where I wanted it and removed it without delay. My HOA has strict requirements and they were able to get it done within the correct timeline. Roll Off Solutions was a wonderful solution to our familys 25+ years of squirrelingaway items or materials that we good intentions to use again - someday, or we were just too stubborn to admit that their usefulness had long past. Having the extra spaces around the house such as the basement, crawl space, back/side yard, garage, or even spare bedrooms provided lots of easy opportunities to put those items where we didnt have to see them everyday too. Just one delivery of our Little Dumpster and 10-days later - we couldnt believe how big our house had gotten!

I cannot speak highly enough about these folks. Weve ordered dumpsters with them more than once, and our experience has been stellar. But, one particular situation stood out to me that is worth mentioning.Our first dumpster, I had called on a Friday, at 4pm, right before a long holiday weekend. They called me back that day and told me theyd get us on the schedule. Somehow I had my days mixed up, and the delivery didnt happen on the day I thought it was supposed to. While this was my fault, Julia was willing to listen to my concerns, she understood my frustrations (again, even though this wasnt her fault), and rearranged some things on her side to make a delivery happen.She didnt have to do that. Most companies wouldnt. They not only respond to us, they show up on schedule, often early, and pickup exactly when they say they are going to.Im extremely pleased with the process, the dumpsters are in good shape, and they do exactly what they say that are going to. I cannot be more grateful that Ive found a company to partner with on our rehab projects. Theyve got a customer for life, and we couldnt be happier.

I called more than half a dozen roll off companies, including ones Ive used in the past and my defacto trash company for residential service. none of them were anywhere near as easy to work with as these guys. I will definitely use them in the future. Simple things, like not counting the day of delivery and pickup as days with the dumpster. My residential trash company included both, which meant I really would have only been able to use it 5 out of 7 days as they didnt even guarantee delivery/pickup times. Happy I found this company!

Roll off solutions was awesome!! I have used several different companies in the past and haven’t had the awesome service I got from roll off solutions. They got the roll off to me first thing in the morning and then when I called to get roll off picked up they picked it up the next day. The customer service was great too from the first call to order the roll off to the pick up I received friendly and great service. The price was also best I found for Elizabeth area. I will continue to use roll off solutions in the future.

These guys are fantastic. Their prices were good and as they came to pick up the dumpster they called and asked if I was all done before they loaded. I still had some wood to put in there so they got out and helped. Who does that these days? Virtually no one. I will not call anyone else for dumpsters.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! It rained overnight, the truck with the rolloff pulls up, immediately backs up to drop it off on the lawn near the detached garage without checking conditiopns or bothering to speak to me. Drives over and smashes the driveway retaining wall ruining a five foot section. Drops off the rolloff and pulls out, getting stuck in mud on a slight incline back up to the driveway, ripping up my lawn as they repeatedly try to get out with bald tires. I had to tow them out with my truck. All they can offer? $25 discount. Screw them!

Ordered a roll-off. They told me it would arrive in the 8-10am window. So I called at 9:30am to see what was going on and had to leave a voicemail. I then called again after 10am and yes had to leave another voicemail. I finally got a call back letting me know that apparently their truck was inoperable due to battery problems. So they told me it would be leaving soon and could arrive in about 45 or so minutes. The short of it is my morning was already ruined so I just canceled the order since they did nothing to really earn the business. So the lesson learned is Roll Off Solutions has some unreliable trucks and they dont care enough about you to inform their customers that they are running late. Simply unreliable...Denver has enough other quality roll off services that I dont think you need to roll the dice with these guys.

My trash doesnt get picked up half the time and they change the day they come by constantly. Every week I stress whether or not my trash will get picked up at all, even though my trash has been out there for half the week. I have tried calling before about getting a recycling bin, trying to get help with my issues, etc and Ive gotten no response. They have never returned my calls or the emails Ive sent.Additionally, their intial sales rep that came to my door was terrible. Wouldnt take no for an answer and made me feel uncomfortable. Its been months since I saw that guy but it left an impression.Dont bother with Little Dumpsters. Genuinely just a bad experience all around.

I got charged $66 for service and they do not provide to my area. I have been calling and I have been told THREE times now I will be getting a refund. Its been a month so far. Do not recommend this poor customer service to anyone.
