Highly recommend. I brought them a 4 TB hard drive with a bunch of corrupted data and they spent several days and who knows how many hours transferring what they could before my hard drive became fully inoperable. Who knew black coffee and laptop keypads were not compatible...just kidding. If it wasnt for NerdsToGo and their ability to say...bring it right over I dont believe Id have a working laptop today. Additionally, the laptop is only one month old so Claire asked before working on it about my warranty. Very impressive:). Nerds To go is the place to go to for all of your tech needs! They have put Cell Helmet on all of my phones in the past, and it is a GREAT product! They are very professional, and willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy! They have always taken care of me. I have a laptop that I use for a lot of recording studio work, and it needs updating. I will 100 % be taking it to the Nerds. They are simply the best option around.

Nerds ToGo did a great job with getting to the issue on my Surface Pro computer. The team always kept in touch and was very responsive. I cant thank them enough!

Ill start by telling that these are very nice people. However, the result of their work was poor. I simply needed data transferred from my old desktop to a new one. Per their process, I essentially bought the estimated hours required to complete the job totaling $595. The technician (Dre) was confused throughout the process and had to come back on two occasions. The end result is that my iPhone contacts were duplicated x10 per contact (not exaggerating). This requires me to link each individual contact, has taken hours of my time and Im not close to being finished. Also, my email folders were transferred to my iPhone but none of the emails were transferred within the folders. Ive now got ~100 folders in my iPhone email account requiring me to spend a couple of minutes simply trying to locate my Sent or Trash folders. If I delete the useless folder (with no emails) on my iPhone, the folder on my PC, which actually contains emails, is deleted as well. Again, nice people but $595 to transfer data is exorbitant and what I got in return was a minor disaster. Their competence level did not meet expectations and I cannot recommend their services.

Nerds To Go Computer Service is a very personable, professional, and courteous service. They werent able to help me with exactly what I needed, but they were forthright about that, and I appreciate that. They sent me a thank you card afterwards and I thought that was really nice. Especially because the last tech support service I used ghosted me after telling me to buy some items for a repair. I would use them again for my Windows laptop.

Excellent experience at NerdsToGo. I needed an old PC cleaned and reformatted so my kids could do online school work, but I got an error message when I tried to reformat it myself. I cant say enough good things about my experience with NerdsToGo. It was like the cavalry came to the rescue. My laptop went berserk. My daughter, the CEO for Energetics Engineering recommended NerdsToGo. I could not type anything so taking advantage of the remote service was not possible. Clare had a technician at my house--which is far enough out in the country that we dont even have pizza delivery-- within an HOUR. I swear I am not making this up. Dre arrived at my home with mask and gloves and was very respectful of social distancing. It didnt take him long to confirm what I suspected--the machine was not reparable. Clare then worked with me to look at options. I expected delivery on 5/29, which was fine with me, but Clare was somehow able to get it sooner, and then Jonny (also wearing mask and gloves) delivered and set up my new laptop today--5/25--yes, on Memorial Day. Its perfect--just what I needed (small, light, fast). NerdsToGo far exceeded my expectations--the best customer service experience I can remember in years. We had moved into a new house and were completely overwhelmed by the prior internet wiring system. Luckily, NerdsToGo was immediately available to help! Jonny did a fantastic job of assessing the existing system and re-wiring it to support the WiFi. On top of that, he activated our Ethernet plugs so our work from home set up was stable from the start. 9 months later, it’s still going strong and both of us have been on the internet daily with no problems for work! NerdsToGo was a great solution to get my tech-challenged mom a webcam so we could set up video calls. They were very responsive, and thorough. Even with the obstacle of Coronavirus, they went to my moms condo with PPE and were able to connect her camera and show her how to use it. They were great!

These guys are great! I was having issues with my DVD drive in my laptop. They serviced my whole computer for a very minimal fee. After getting the computer home I had issues with a software program I was using to convert VHS to DVD. At no extra charge, they worked with me after hours to resolve the issue. They worked around my time constraints and made sure that my experience was a great one!

My 2016 MacBook Pro finally decided to die. I suspected the hard drive was toast from a water spill a few years back and called Dennis from NerdsToGo. He came to work, picked up my laptop and asked all the proper questions to get an idea of what happened. Sadly, the laptop was beyond repair, but Dennis and his team did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to try and help me pull some data off the dead hard drive. I just had a great experience with Nerds to Go. My laptop was experiencing slow load times with Word, Excel, Outlook, and others, as well as interruptions in uptime with a not responding error which would take up to 30 seconds to clear. Dennis and Andre analyzed the problems, performed tweaks to the system, and added needed memory. Result, no more slow load times and the annoying not responding errors have gone away.
