Brain was amazing and super helpful. He litterally went above and beyond to help my cash my check. He even stayed past closing time when the 3rd party company was being a pain. Definitely will come back for my checking needs.

I was pressured today to sign up for the text reminders, Brian made it a huge inconvenience on his part to have to call and remind a person of their payments. Honestly, I felt super uncomfortable about how pushy he came off. I’m an adult I don’t need to be coddled. I told him no I don’t need to, he heavily insisted so I relented and signed up. I also don’t like that every time you need a loan is a HARD pull to your credit! There was NO DISCLAIMER nor did he verbally say there would be a credit check, nowhere in the paperwork signed does it say there would be a credit check. I also declined to have the payments taken out of my checking account and told him I would pay in person. He bullied me into signing the form acknowledging that it’s okay to make automatic withdrawals and accepting fees if it charges back. “It’s needed in order to process the loan.” People come to these places when their in a pinch financially and shouldn’t be patronized as its already embarrassing needing a loan when all other resources have been exhausted. I will not be returning once I pay off this loan in two weeks in full so I don’t have to deal with the bad customer service, bullying, and pure inconvenience of Brian needing fulfill the duties of his occupation. Is a call at the end of the day really an inconvenience as the manager and only employee of the store??

Brian knows his job. As long as everything goes the way it should. I’ve had to change my due date because of personal reasons. You can tell he is irritated. And talks to you like you are a little kid in trouble. I really dont appreciate his demeanor, and feel very uncomfortable talking to him. Its a shame he is like this. Hoping things change for the better when the new person is there.

At this location the manager Brian was extremely helpful and personable. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with tons of information, paperwork explained & No hassle. I dont like needing a loan but its good to have the option for help when needed.

Any bit more than one person in there and you will be in there for minimum of 20 minutes. Tried to get a check cashed during lunch.would rather try to help with paperwork on loans than actually get people in and out. If you are in a hurry dont come here
