Excellent service, quality second hand cars, competitive pricing - Would buy here again! Theres tons of options in this huge car yard, spanning a broad range of prices. We had a test drive arranged within minutes of arrival, and processing the sale was a breeze. David took great care of us, what a friendly gentleman!
This is a great place to shop for a cheaper, first vehicle for your teenager. Or if you just need a higher mileage vehicle. The guys there are personable and are low pressure salesmen. Looks to me that they buy from the auction, fix the vehicles and sell them.
Truly: Buyer Beware ! Can I give no stars ? Obviously not. I did not want to spend time for such review but left no choice. I offered mitigation, but no respond from business. The 5 star reviews seems from those who havent purchased the car from the business.. I did on 09-17-2021. Got 2007 Subaru for daughter in college driving home the air bag light came on, than the DLR light on and off: I was told by salesman that its day light is on message: its not: its electrical problem. Next day took it to the local Conifer shop to change oil and was told that there engine multiple leakage, belts cracking. Scheduled appointment with the Hones-1 Auto repair shop in Littleton, paid $128 to be told that it needs more than 40 hours of work and cost is over $10K: shocks slipping brake pads, belts, multiple engine leaks... Called the dealership on Monday 09-20-2021to receive rude advice:its your problem. Called again today after inspection and respond from the salesman David was did you talk to Brandon, I have service manager to call to the shop that did inspection. No one called. I also offered to look at some other vehicles on the lot but in exchange but would want to take to the shop to get inspection done because of the experience. No response from the business.
Dont buy from this place, went in yesterday to look at 5 different volvos only one of them was good, made the guy an offer and he did not budge on price. Alot of the cars are ready for the scrap. There was a couple there looking at two Honda mini vans and they ended up leaving after test driving both.
Id just like to say the guy that says he is the owner with a blonde ponytail on the gulf cart. has issues big time. We actually drove out from Greeley to look at your g35. we walked into your lot with $5000 cash $100 bills and walked out of there with $5000, we test drove the car liked it but we only had $5000 and 2004 BMW 325i with 70,000 miles on it, and was willing to trade also if that helped., the car was $5995 according to the ad. This guy wouldnt budge in price which is fine but; he told us someone just drove it and offered $5900 and he wouldnt take it. Im sorry but thats ignorant come on $95 short and he wouldnt take it, WOW just WOW he didnt have any selling skills thats for sure. My husband said the car wasnt worth $6000 because the miles were a little too high for that price. $6000 is what he told us it was, and he agreed. Owner or not I dont see how your business could stay open with that attitude. if I knew someone walked in with $5000 cash, they wouldnt have been walking out with it because I would have sold something on the lot. We were willing to check out other cars and probably would have bought something, but there was no interest on his part to even show us anything. Its sad, I just thought id make someone aware this happened, it cant be how you want business conducted. Our son is looking for a car also but I wont recommend him going there because it seemed like no one cared or wanted our business, its a shame cause you had some nice cars, you have a blessed day thank you, Lisa.
Wow! All I would like to do is purchase a vehicle. But, unfortunately this place does not want to. Guess business is booming for this place. Spoke to Dave and Brandon they treated me like I was literally bothering them. I asked if they had a praticular vehicle in stock. I never heard back from either of them. I am posting this so hopefully the owners know how these two treat serious buyers. Thats ok I will take my business elsewhere. Might want to hire someone that has a little enthusiasm and returns customers calls just saying! Thanks.
More of a chop shop staff wasnt friendly and inventory was a bit to used and abused.
David, the salesperson, was friendly and laid back. Good inventory.
After reading reviews I called in advance to make sure the Sienna I was wanting to test drive didn’t have a check engine light on. They got back to me a couple hours later, saying it didn’t. And I’m glad they were being truthful. After purchasing the Sienna (which was a pretty good process) we were told there was only one key. It didn’t seem like too big of a deal until we took it to be copied and found out it’s only a valet key (grey, not black), so some places won’t make a copy of it.When I called auto warehouse they looked around for an extra key and called me back. They didn’t find one, but suggested trying a locksmith and said they’d give me their rate if it needed to be reseeded. I was lucky to find Mike’s lock and key in Colorado Springs that copied it no problem! Many vehicles are sold as is with no warranty. The price was right for the vehicle, so it was worth the hassle of needing to buy another key.
Last month we bought our second vehicle. Both times we were treated well and the transactions were closed efficiently and at a fair price.Would definitely return for another when the time comes.
WOW... could be the most fraudulent operation I have ever run into. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from them. I have been researching and reviewing companies for over 20 years in my career. I am pleading to all of you... save your time and money, they will rip you off and the arrogant owner will actually think he is doing you a favor! I dont know how to stay PC and I am at a loss for words at how unethical our experience was with Auto Warehouse. I would like to think there is a shred of common decency in all people but now I know you are scrapping the bottom of the barrel with these scum bags! BUYER BEWARE!!!
We just bought my sons first car from Auto Warehouse Sales. He absolutely loves it! Customer service was top notch.
They had a vehicle that I was interested in looking at and when I arrived I spoke with David. He was honest and upfront about the condition of the vehicle as far as what their mechanics were able to determine. He actually pointed in the direction of another ride in better overall condition than the one I was initially looking at but the same model. Hes not aggressive with sales and has a laid-back demeanor and will help you find a car for you.
Worst place ever. Went down to buy a 2004 Infiniti g35. Drove over 500 miles to look at and most likely buy the car. They said that they couldn’t lower the price that much even though the car was in bad shape, but I just wanted a project car. So we agreed on 5,500$ and went in to purchase the car. There website said that they take card and check. We went in ready to buy the car and they came out and said he hey only take cash. We walked away and will never recommend this place to anyone
The Parker location is a great place to check out if you’re looking for a dependable vehicle at a fair price. The people that work there have great customer service. Theres no BS to deal with, and no surprises. The purchasing process is fast and smooth.
BUYER BEWARE This is the most rudest condescending arrogant SOB you will ever talk to cause you will never meet him because hes to good to rub elbows with the smaller class. stay far away from this dealership they will sell you a car that after 3 days turns into a POS( see pictures) and when you call them about the problem he will laugh at you and tell you o-well not my problem dont know what to tell you other then good luck.. Save yourself the heartache and stay far away
Excellent service and deal on my new Volvo xc70 i5. David was more than a Excellent sales man, he went above and beyond to help me out on purchasing my new vehicle. They even let me makes payments that fit my schedule of finance. Would definitely recommend and I will most definitely be back myself in the future when Im in need of a great deal on a newer used vehicle.
We know there are bad reviews and we almost didnt go here because of them. But we saw a car on the website and wanted to see it. We drove 3 cars in our price range, purchased 1, waited for it to pass emissions and finally am writing the review. David was great. Very nice and honest.
Yes, it is a used car dealership with a wide variety of cars in a variety of conditions, so dont expect perfectly new, pristine vehicles. With that said, David was easy to work with, and we bought a Volvo wagon that we went in knowing would need some fixes to make it perfect for us. Were happy with our purchase and would come here again.
What a joke this place is I drove over an hour to get here and both cars has Check engine light and traction control lights on,The black GMC Arcadia died while we were looking at it customer service is terrible when I called I wasnt told none of this so I wouldnt touch this place with a 10 Pole unless youre looking for a junkyard car!!!!!! I know you are buying a used car but damn it wouldnt make it home let alone to the DMV
Great customer service and a no nonsense approach to car sales. David and Don took great care of me. I also enjoyed the golf cart. Thank you!
Do yourself a favor and stay far from this place and these people.. they are worse than The Sharpest RidesTerrible serviceZero car knowledgeHorrible prices
Made an appointment to see a car on Saturday 2/20 to see a car on Monday 2/22. Drove all the way from Cheyenne and was told they sold it on Saturday. So a two hour drive with an appointment and the car was sold with no apology or offering a similar car, just It sold already. Apparently someone walking in with cash in his pocket ready to buy isnt good enough.
My husband had a very pleasant car buying experience with David. If youre looking for quality rides and decent prices, check out Auto Warehouse!!
Ive been to this place in the past and inspected a vehicle I was interested in. First place I checked was the floor pan from underneath. It was so rusty it was about to fall apart. That was all I needed to know. They were asking $5k for a parts car. They must know the condition of these vehicles to price them. But then again maybe not. If youre not a mechanic Id highly recommend you stay away from this lot.
David was a great salesperson to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking here for a used car, make sure you ask for him.
We had a fun negotiation with Dave on a 1987 Porsche 944! Such customer service, as we drove home about an hour later we actually saw him waving us on the highway! No hidden fees and honest pricing.
Terrible service. Spoke to a manager I believe his name was Stephen or Steven. Apologize for the spelling. He was extremely rude and spoke about a car the dealership falsely advertised in which he acted arrogant and very vague. Would never recommend this place or go back even if they were giving cars away for free.
No BS here. Straight forward and direct. Didnt buy yet, will be back when we are ready to buy thanks
If ever there was a place that lives up to their reputation, this is the place. Absolutely horrible. We were interested in one of their vehicles and when we inquired about it they were super sketchy. When I asked if it had a clean carfax, he said they don’t check them, they sell too fast. We are out of state buyers and would be traveling about 600 miles after picking it up. When I asked about getting a 3rd party mechanic to come and inspect the car so we could confirm the car was in good working order, he told me maybe his dealership wasn’t the place for us and he hung up on me.There is no shortage of used cars on the market. I’ll just go to the next place.
A lot of these comments surprise me because our experience was possitive. Keep in mind this is an auto warehouse not a dealership with a fancy showroom. However upon arriving (and granted it was early so at the time we were the only people there) someone came right over to help us. The man was very friendly and we felt no preasure. He let us look at and drive several vehicles. We chose one. It took a little time for paperwork but within a couple hours we drove away with a new vehicle. Someone said something about emmisions but they give you paperwork so they will fix emmisions problems if you go within three days to get it tested and it doesnt pass. Another person also mentioned not being able to get carfax (you can do this yourself if you have to) but they gVe us one unpromted. Theyre is a wide variety and yes some do look rough others look Good. I dont know about bringing a mechanic but we were allowed to take the car for sometime to test so Im not sure why you couldnt take it to a mechanic before buying. Price was right and at least for us we got a good vehicle. I would recommend just remember like any other car sale you should check everything out.
Definitely would steer away from here. Poor customer service, no greeting upon arrival, has no interest in selling cars. Was willing to buy two vehicles cash out right, and not even a friendly explanation of why he wouldnt negotiate. I would recommend many other places to buy vehicles before this place.
This place was fantastic. Ive been looking for somewhere where I can just go in. Test drive a car. Take as much time as I want or need and not hassled or harassed by sales people. The fact is they dont have any. Chances are one of the owners is the person going to come out onto the lot and meet with you.Its very personable and the prices are fantastic!!Not having sales people is a bit part of that. These people are local. You have a very professional mother-daughter team rocking it behind the computer and phones. I literally finished my paperwork while sitting on a comfortable couch in the office. The owner was a great guy.Even more important a Car Guy. You can tell he has a love for the business and loves to talk shop. They have a large four to five bay garage. Full of some very beautiful cars I might add, and are willing to work on your ride as well. Its everything you need in a dealership. Simple and to the point. Things are complicated enough nowadays and buying a car from these folks was an enjoyable experience.
This is more accurately a barely legal chop shop. They buy totaled cars or cars with failing engines then fix the body so it looks pretty. But they are all mechanical nightmares. This operation shiuld be illegal. Do not buy from here unless you like wasting $.
We needed a car for our teenage daughter and found Auto Warehouses website and it looked like thay had alot of cars that would work. We made the trek up to Denver hoping the cars on the website were on the lot and they were. We looked at alot of different car and found the one that was perfect for our needs. We took it on a test drive and we were given the Auto Check history on it. Our sales person was not pushy at all and was very helpful. They were able to process the paperwork quickly which never happens. We will be buying from them again soon. Thanks for everything.
This place is wack, I inquired through Facebook market place about a 2004 red mini cooper s and I never got a response back. Clearly they dont want or need peoples business
Seemed to want to help customer allowing car to be inspected with 2 hour window.
Poor costumer service will not negotiate price at all all vehicles have check engine lights on they sell cars as is and pretty much tell you it’s not their problem if it breaks down you on your way home. Lol plenty of other places to go!
Did not buy a car because I got in and started 6 or 7 cars and suv’s. EVERY one had a check engine light. I asked if they would fix and was told no. How can they sell cars that wont pass emissions? Yard full of junk! Most look like they have been wrecked if you look at the undersides
I found some really good used cars and even better service. I will buy another car from them.
Bought a Mercedes suv from them 6 or 7 months ago and it’s still going strong. Had to have a little work done to it the first week but overall I can’t complain
A pretty decent place located in Parker with a wide selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. Recently, I was looking for an older second vehicle with high miles that could handle the snow in the Rockies; this way, I could save on insurance costs for a second vehicle that wouldnt be a daily driver. I found some decent vehicles with out the door prices within my price range. Diann and Scott heard me out, showed me what they had, and treated me professionally. In the end, I found another deal at a another dealership that I couldnt resist, but I was going to buy from Diann and Scott because they had what I wanted. BK
I wish Google had the option to give a zero star rating. However, I will have to settle and give Auto Warehouse Sales and Services one star. Let me explain how my experience with this dealership went. I wanted to look at a car at their lot. It wasnt what I was looking for, but I saw another vehicle that worked great. I bought that car. The owner, Scott, was pretty quite. He allowed me too look around with no issue. As I was purchasing the vehicle, Diann was very helpful. She did seem a little rushed to get the car sold though. These two car dealers have mastered the art of running a scam. They sent the title to my address roughly 3 weeks after purchase and when I went to register it, I was unable to title the vehicle because the dealership, Auto Warehouse Sales and Services, did not do the title work necessary to sell a car. I waited a month for them to get the title back to me. I was unable to drive the vehicle during that time. When I called to talk with them regarding the titling issue, Scott, the owner, said I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was acting crazy. I told them that I had a rejection letter from my county clerks office. They practically hung up on me. They spoke with the county clerk and I was informed that the dealership was very rude and dismissive toward the clerk. I sent them the title so they could sent to it to the DMV to process the information they were supposed to do PRIOR to the sale. The dealership violated the NADA article 2: Proof of Ownership provision 8. Under Colorado State Law the dealership is supposed to get a title in their name PRIOR to selling the vehicle. After consulting with the dealers board I was informed that the dealership did not get the title into their name prior to selling the car to avoid paying taxes. They probably have done this with every car that they have owned. As I worked with this dealership I was called a liar, manic, and confused. This dealership does not value customer service and they do not value righting their wrongs. I called to ask some more questions with my sister and Scott, the owner, said if a buyer buys a car and it breaks down on the side of the road on the way home from the purchase, its not his problem. In other words, they do not have a problem selling broken cars. Please please please, buyers be aware. Dont buy from these dealership. They do not follow the law. They lie, they are disrespectful and they will do anything to make a quick sale. For your own sake, stay away from Auto Warehouse sales and Services.
Great help. Let me look around the car as much as Id like. Very honest about prices. Would definitely work with them if you know what your looking for. Bound to find something with a huge lot and selection of cars!
This Business is NOT AT ALL GOOD THEY ROB PEOPLE MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THEM 2TO 4 DAYS LATER NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS THEY DONT WANT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED BY SELLING BAD VEHICLES PLEASE HELP MY DAUGHTER WORKED SO HARD TO BUY A VEHICLE AND THEY SOLD HER A BAD TRUCK SAD They hang up on you and they ALSO SCREM AT YOU AFTER THEY ROB YOU THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFULL PEOPLE
Straight forward, fast and honest
Just bought a LR3 from these people tires bold and they refused to lower the price or replace them, so I decided to take it upon myself because it seemed like a good car. It drove for all of 300 miles now its over heating and Im stuck with the bills. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Purchase two vehicles from them....both BMW x5....love it!!
David was fun& knowledgeable!
Shady and rude salesperson. It is what it is, is what you get when asking about problems with the vehicle. How hes in business is baffling. Do not recommend. Dont even stop by its a wasted trip.
Bought a car not even 48 hours ago to have it break today no oil in motor or transmission owner is a complete tool and will not help rectify the situation all there cars for sale have issues from bald tires to check engine lights please stay away from this place and help others not make the same mistake I did place is a scam check BBB and reviews before even visiting no care about covid safety
Heres the facts of my purchase from Auto Warehouse...Paid $10,995 (plus state tax) for a 2008 Ford F150, with 165,442 miles, on 3/13/2018. I drove it home and the following morning saw a small pool of oil under the engine on my driveway. I called Tony, told him about it and he said to bring it back and theyd take care of it. For a small fee, they did take care of that leak. Good on you Auto Warehouse!HOWEVER, after that leak was fixed I took it to Brakes Plus because the parking break was not engaging at all (shame on me for not testing before I bought the truck, shame on Auto Warehouse for selling a truck with no emergency break). Anyway, they found a whole lot more repairs needed that just the emergency brake. Heres the breakdown of what is currently being repaired on the truck now, with costs...Axle Seal - $336.69Emergency Brake - 139.99Brake Flush - 49.99Ball Joint (fronts upper and lower) - 1,208.00Pinion Seal - 163.99Thrust Angle Alignment - 67.00Front Differential Fluid Exchange - 122.46Steam Clean - 68.29TOTAL COST OF REPAIRS = $ 2,777.75Auto Warehouse, I give you a 3 star rating for selling a truck with no operable emergency brake. In Colorado its illegal to drive a vehicle without an operable emergency brake, and dangerous.UPDATE, 4/19/2019:I have received no feedback of substance from Auto Warehouse Sales and Service. Therefore I have changed my previous 3 star rating to 1 star.
Awful place to purchase a vehicle from! I knew it was too good to be true when I didnt receive the Lifted Grey Ford F-250 when they had said they were going to turn it into me. These people seem nice at first but the devilish snake comes out of them when you catch them red handed in their own lies. Scott is the worst! Cursed me out when he knew he was in the wrong and had to pay me back $12,029.81 for not giving me a working vehicle within 3 days of the purchase. They tried for over a week to get this truck to pass emissions and couldnt. When they finally called me and told me truck was ready, I told them I wanted to have it inspected before I would accept the truck, he flipped out on me and started cursing at me. Why wouldnt they accept me paying for an inspection from a FORD dealership that I was going to pay for with my own money? Usually its because they cheated to get that truck to pass emissions and since I hadnt taken possession of it, by law they had to return me my money. I told them I was going to the Dealership Board to file a complaint, (which I did), so they called me later that day to tell me I had to wait another week to get my money back.
Great experience. No pressure get to business atmosphere. Its always a cash deal so it doesnt take forever. Love having a place that you can find good work trucks. We love our new truck, thanks for the help!
Nearly every vehicle we looked at ( all 7) had an engine light on and a cracked windshield.
Lady is pushy and doesnt really want to make a deal. Offered cash for a freelander. Way overpriced for a 20 year old SUV. Amusingly, the vehicle sat on their lot for 40 days and they had to drop the price to what I offered to sell it. Be real, dont be a snake. Business is about honesty.
My husband went there the first time and the owner was not very helpful and he was rude. Went a second time and spoke with dianna she was pleasant to deal with. Very nice. This company however doesn’t believe in taking the price down for vehicles with things that need to be repaired but charge a lot in my opinion. I have had to get 4 things fixed on the vehicle and this will only be the 3rd week I have had it
I called spoke with a man who never once said anything about the check engine light being on. I looked at both the Buick and GMC which both has check engine lights. While sitting in the GMC it getting ready to pull it out the parking spot it died out.
I submitted an application for financing on a truck I thought I might have some interest in. I received an email back asking for some clarifying information, I chose to call in to get a better understanding of what information they were actually looking for. Scott, the person who answered the phone, was extraordinary abrasive to me. He refused to look up any information regarding my application ultimately cussed at me and hung the phone up. Needless to say this is not a company I will be choosing to move forward with working with
Went to look at a 17 year old Honda element, it had a bad timing chain, reeked of burnt transmission fluid and the lady gave me an attitude for trying to buy it at a reasonable price that I could at least get it fixed for. Good luck selling your junk inventory.
I think I understand why this location isnt like the Brighton and Fort Collins group. I thought it was an accident that they werent included on the same website.I see a whole lot of law suits coming real soon. They must not have heard what happened to that other place for selling junk cars.Theres always a crook lurking around the next corner.
This place is ridiculous. We saw a Jeep we were interested in. The guy acted like we were bothering him when we asked to look at it and test drive it. He said it wouldnt pass emissions because it had been modified, but was very confident of the asking price for a 1989 Jeep of $12,000??? We again asked to hear it run and possibly drive it. His response was, Youre not going to be able to to get an emissions or register it......but yes, they felt justified asking $12,000 for it. Will never go back . Dont know how a place like this stays in business. Look elsewhere.
I was in need of a good vehicle and explained that to Dianne the owner of this place. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and in need of good transportation to get me back and forth to my treatments. I decided to purchase A f150 and was excited to finally have a decent car since I had been sold a lemon when I bought my last one. Well I only got to drive it twice and broke down on my way to treatment. I have worked hard all my life paid my bills and my taxes didnt ask for this illness but then to get robbed out of the only money I had left to my name is a hard one to take. Yes it was as is but when you spend 8000.00 on a car you should get more then two trips out of it. I did email the owner but never a reply. Ifyou want to sell used cars for a living you should at least care to check and inspect what your selling. So now I have thrown at least another 600.00 into this truck replacing sensor after sensor, Im hoping to get it started before I die or if not I guess they could bury me in it. Just didnt need all this stress along with the stress of my diagnosis. Thank You Auto Warehouse Sales and Service. Although I really did enjoy buying this car from you and the heartfelt conversation I wish you had been the honest business owner who I thought I was dealing with...
Overall good experience with this dealership. Sale was easy and painless. There were some minor hiccups with the vehicle I purchased, with that being said I BOUGHT A 1981 VEHICLE. I expected these issues to surface! Thanks again Scott.
Terrible hearted people. Do not buy from them! Bought an 06 f 150 from them. They cleared the codes. so no check engine light was on before I took it on a test drive. They told me the only issue was a 700 dollar fix. I had the truck for 2 weeks when the check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic and he said I need a new engine. It will cost more to get a new engine and install then I even paid for the truck. They scammed me by being out of the county of air control. Dont make the same mistake that I did and buy from them.
Called to ask some very basic questions on 6-24-19, spoke to someone who was just nasty and a complete jerk. If this is how helpful they are before a sale, I can just imagine their post sale attitude. Stay away.
Buyers beware, this company epitomizes the stigma of dishonest car dealers. You will not find an honest salesman, you will regret your choice, and you will lose money. You would be better off buying a car from a junkyard. These are legitimately bad people, dont just trust me, look at all the other reviews, it is not worth the risk to buy here.
First, they didnt respond to any of my inquiries from cargurus or third own site that I sent requesting information about the car that I was interested in. I finally had to call and ask if it was available. After being told that it was available I drove 45 miles to see the car. The man who came out could not have tried harder to not sell me the car. I was simply told I cant help you. I tried to offer solutions to the issue but he said he didnt want to have to work that hard for me. After reading the reviews I shouldve known not to even bother with such a place. Im not sure if Im too brown for this man to want to sell a car to or what the problem is. He didnt even want to shake my hand, introduce himself or even ask my name.
I am interested in purchasing a vehicle this company has for sale. They are asking significantly more than any book value I can find (almost twice as much, $2,300 KBB condition and $4,000 asking). So I call and ask about what they have done and why they value it so high. They say it was taken in on trade, they never inspected it, but it drove 200 miles to get to their shop... They wont offer any warranty or anything. So why would I pay twice as much as book value for a car they literally know nothing about? When I asked that question they said they use NADA instead of KBB, so i look up NADA. Low retail is $2,027, which is what I consider it being that they literally only have detailed the vehicle. No inspection, no mechanics notes, no maintenance history. High Value is $4,000, I cant understand why they are priced so high. I asked if they have flexibility in price and they said they have a little wiggle room (couple hundred). This business is still going because of people who are fooled into buying their vehicles. Look at all of the other review sites and they are 1 star, except for cargurus.com. Not sure what is going on there...I want this vehicle but I will not do business with this company until they offer a warranty for the price mark up or drop the price to a reasonable amount. There needs to be justification of the extra money spent.
Jim and Diann are great, Scott should have Richard for his proper name so the nickname matches his personality.Do your due diligence as others mentioned, we likely lucked out.Be advised not to trust any guarantees in writing - they will probably cite the As-Is used car policy in CO...and hide behind that to retract any guarantees made. I am referencing an email stating they guarantee drivability and safety on the truck - well, after failing a state safety inspection due to a worn tie rod they replied stating the truck has been out of their possession for a week and they have no way of knowing what it has been through...come on, anyone who knows anything about vehicles knows a tie rod does not wear down in a week...Otherwise, a fairly decent experience.
First of all, if you dont know what you are looking at you better have someone you trust go with you. Most unbranded dealerships buy their stock at auctions which means they dont have any history on the vehicle. Check car fax. You will find things wrong with them and you will need to determine if the vehicle is right for you and your budget. I bought a 2003 F250 from this dealer 2 months ago and have had very good luck with it. Di Anne went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my truck and Terry in the shop was super professional. I did get a couple of things done on the truck and was pleased with the work and the way they handled everything. I think they went beyond what most dealerships would have went. I would not hesitate to go back.
Single mommy who knew nothing about cars trusted American Auto Warehouse for a reliable vehicle. On February 13th 2016 I purchased a vehicle for over $5,500. Three weeks later while on the freeway the radiator blows up power steering goes out while driving. The cost out of pocket to fix the issue was over $1,600. Today August 31st has my car sits and a lot broken down it is worth less than $1,000. I made a phone call to Scott the owner and explain my situation. I have no money to fix the vehicle nor do I have a way to provide for my children anymore and he was very condescending and rude. I asked for some help in getting a new vehicle or fixing and he was not willing to do either one. And said Id was not his problem. American Auto Warehouse has been a nightmare and the worst experience I have ever had with people who have little to no regards for others and their children! My investment in this business has left me in a hole and devastated because when you cant show up to work you do not get paid! And after my car went so did my job! Never felt so used!
Excellent customer service. Emailed back and forth about 20 times. Drove up about 200 miles to look at an 05 6.0 Ford. Not much wiggle room on the price but they were very respectful. If people would actually take the time to look at vehicles before they buy them, then places like this wouldnt get as bad of reviews. Looked at the pickup top to bottom with OEM IDS scan tool and agreed that it was a sound pickup. No bullshit involved, just honest people trying to make money like the rest of us.
Drove down from Nebraska (2 hours) worked with Harold. Got a great deal and excellent customer service on a Suburban! Would definitely recommend Harold to anyone!
My husband made a review a few back so I wanted to add on. After the situation with his truck they did call him back the next mon to schedule him Bring in his truck for them to fix what they still wont admit was their mistakes. So he takes it in and gets it back a few days later. Now they were supposed to fix a ripped ground cable, oil leak, and torn firewall from them putting a new engine in. Which the owner told they tear firewalls all the time and never fix them. Anyway. They supposedly fixed these items about a week or so ago. The day he brought the truck home my husband noticed another leak. He thought maybe they were just lazy (obviously) and didnt clean up. So he went through and cleaned it up. Nope still atleast one leak if not more. We honestly dont think they did absolutely anything to fix anything wrong. Which is probably why my husband was rushed out the door this last time, and let me say it was the Last time. Never again will these unprofessional, untrained mechanics touch anything of ours.UPDATE: My husbands truck has major leaks from this shop. They were not there before he took it here. He did take it back for them to fix and they didnt do anything! Dont take your vehicles here! And as for the BBB report, it was not dismissed. My husband asked me to drop it as he was done with this mechanic shop. My husband was never pleased with this place and the process was never smooth! All I can say is the reviews say it all and the only thing they go above and beyond with is that they actually googled words to respond to a review instead of their usual copy and paste response.
I tried to buy a 1988 BMW M6 from there. I drove buy to take a look.I talked to the owner which was very unfriendly and rude!! The car was in terrible condition ( on the phone it was great when I called). When I asked questions his answer was only al the times: It is an old car. It is what it is. He said he had this car car for several years. When I asked him about the major oil leak he answered again it is an old car. It is what it is.He has an attached shop and had the car for several years and he never checked for an oil leak in hie own shop!! Really??Please do your self a favor and stay away from this scam and trying to rip off place. My background: BMW mechanic for 25+ years and very knowledgeable on BMW M cars.Thais owner just wanted to trick me and rip me off my money for junk he was asking $20k for. Please read also the reviews from other people how visit this shade place!!
This place is a scam... tried buying a truck from this place...set up an inspection for Monday.. even put a non refundable deposit down understanding that if I didnt buy the truck based on inspection I would lose my deposit..I was fine with that...got 3 calls the next day that they dont wait for trucks to pass inspection before buying and I had to do something immediately on the truck..I actually got told that Dianne the owner never had authority to dog deal like that... long story short do your research there are a lot better places to buy from and theres a reason their ratings are in the toilet.. truly a poor run business
I am glad I spoke to Scott, because I would not have wanted to waste my time driving to this place. The guy definitely did not want to sell cars, cause he knew nothing about a car he has owned for 5-6yrs. The 1988 M6 has no description on the website and he kept asking what would you like to know about this car. He was offended and acted like the questions were not relevant on 1988 car.....service history, original paint, issues, accidents? I read the other reviews and tool is a great description.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.I bought a truck from here and in about 3 months the engine let go, thats not an issue I was able to get another engine for a decent price and the truck repaired. The BIG issue is that Auto Warehouse is refusing to deliver my title to me. I paid the full asking price and some how they want more now.So now I have to get the state involved. I sincerely hope this post is read and serves are a clear warning that if you buy a vehicle from here and AutoWare house has an opportunity to screw you over.... they will.
I recently purchased a 2004 f550 from this dealer. I purchased site unseen from out of state. I was a little worried about buying site unseen, but everything was as described. I had the mechanic from Colorado Auto MD check it out for me and he found nothing major. Ive had it for a couple weeks now and drove it 1000miles back home and everything was as described . I wired them the money in advance and had no troubles along the way. I would not hesitate purchasing from them again.
Nice place owners were honest and open about the cars they were selling. I helped my son purchase a RX-8 from there, they were reasonable on the prices and willing to negotiate.
Hard to find, not great signage. Found it finally but couldnt get help. I walked around for 10 minutes and couldnt find anyone to help. Gave up and just went over to the car we wanted to see. Spent another 10 minutes looking at it. Still no help. Gave up and left.
I was looking for a diesel pickup awhile back and had a 15k budget. was told at the time they only had about 3 trucks that were diesel and fit my budget. I thought that was weird but went in. the salesman (whose name I didnt get) seemed like he didnt wanna bother with me. didnt care seeing as I was buying a truck not looking for a friend. being a mechanic I asked if I could take a few to my shop to look over before I purchased. the 3 I test drove and looked at were in god awful condition. one had such bad front end problems that my manager said had it been a customers car he wouldve towed it out, another had a terrible amount of oil coming out of it (I know diesels are notorious for drips) but this was bad. the third and final one I looked at had the gauges and dash lights all go out about 10 minutes into driving it. each time I came back I had to hunt the guy down to hand the keys back in. I was told the mechanics in back look at every vehicle they sell, I doubt that very much. honestly from my point of view I wouldnt trust anything from these guys.
Prices were good and staff was nice. Wouldnt go any where else cant find one thing to complain about or would want changed... thanks guys
Showed us a vehicle that had clear issues, duck tape holding up the mirror, bald tires, and still wouldnt negotiate. A good sales person knows there are more vehicles on the planet than buyers and even if it had a few issues we may have taken it had he negotiated with us so we could fix it up to the value he was putting on it. Its too bad but either way i wouldnt recommend this place. Not friendly, accommodating, or willing to negotiate even if you are a cash buyer.
Dianna was wonderful made me feel like family. Would buy there again
After standing around for 20 minutes with no service, an old grumpy man was extremely rude saying how I couldnt even look or take the car on a test drive. They have no respect unless they see hundred dollar bills hanging out of your pocket. He had no idea what he was talking about when I would ask him questions about the vehicle. He seemed more concerned about his own well being then the customer. Very terrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone. If I could I would give them zero stars but I had to give them one.
Horrible and dishonest! No heart! Dont go there! He even got in my face because I wanted to look under the car before signing!
I purchased an Excursion that wasnt running and took it here on the recommendation of a friend and while we ran into some obstacles along the way Tony and his team in the service department were great to work with and always more than fair. The truck is running great now and I would definitely go back.
Horrible service !!!! cars have no warranty and are ALL broken down!!! AvOid this place at all COSTS...
My experience was a pleasant!! Diane was very good and stood behind what they promised! Bought a 2004 Dodge pickup, has been an excellent truck!!
Purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition “ Eddie Bauer” edition in October 2018, and have had any problems with it! The owners are very professional, pleasant and honest and will not try to “ snowball anyone!”
Car was not as described. Very damaged, damage that wasn’t shown in the photos. Person didn’t even care my husband was there.
You know, I really wanted to believe that the reviews weren’t true but damn 😞😩😭. Bought a truck here and 2000 miles later, the transmission goes out!! 8,500 for a truck for 2000 miles!!! So disappointed in myself for even driving to this place. STAY AWAY!!!
In July of 2012 my f250 got really sick, and I only knew of 2 diesel repair shops in town. So I took the truck to both places, and they wanted over 6k to get me back on the road. The truck is 2003, so I started shopping for another truck, while I decided what to do with very sick truck.I found Auto Warehouse on the internet. Drove to their location, no fancy show room, no fancy buildings, no café or snack bar......Just Trucks....at fair prices.I purchased a 2008 f250 from them.I still had a dilemma....WHAT TO DO WITH THE 2003 F250. Well, Auto Warehouse has a full service shop. They fixed my 2003 Ford and saved me over 4 grand. The Best Part? The price they quoted me before they started the work, was the same price I paid them when the work was completed. Awesome! Now I am a regular there, where they service both of my trucks every 6 to 7 weeks.I will Never walk onto another car lot....to look for a truck! I will Never take my vehicles anywhere else for regular maintenance or repairs. They are terrific! They are family owned and operated. Thanks for taking care of my trucks!
I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and was completely satisfied with the transaction. My review is based on the service aspect of this business and I’m ecstatic that I’ve finally found a place I can trust whole heartedly with my vehicles. After I purchased my truck, the check engine light came on. I stopped in at my convenience and got the attention of the service manager Tony. He recognized me as a customer and remembered the truck. I told him what what was happening and he dropped what he was doing to have a look under the hood to see what was happening. In 5 minutes he found the source of my air leak and fixed it. Didn’t charge me anything, added an extra hose clamp and told me to come back if I had any other problems. What!?! Where else do you find that? I brought my truck back in a couple months later with a noise in my rear diff and a starting issue. I dropped the truck off and they quickly diagnosed the problems. Neither of which were huge problems. My rear dif issue was due to imbalanced tires and my “long start” issue was due to a fuel pressure sensor which they informed me was probably going out. Instead of calling me and telling me I needed a rear diff service and new fuel pump which I probably would have paid for, they gave me an honest answer and several options. They didn’t make a ton of money off of me that day, what they did was make a customer for life. I’ll bring all my cars here and I know Tony and his guys will take care of me without sticking it to me. I’ve been looking for a shop like this for 10 years in parker. Customer service is a top priority and it shows. I hesitate to post this because I know it will only bring them more business which might delay my service, but it’s worth it to give these guys the credit they deserve. Trust these guys, I DO.UPDATE*** I called recently to schedule service on my truck and was told they no longer offer service. Apparently their main service tech moved back home in another state which really sucks. I can no longer vouch for them as I don’t know if/who they rehire.
Wonderful place! Wonderful cars! Wonderful people!
