I had a large screw in my tire and was taken care of promptly by Josh. While I was waiting, Josh took the time to educate me on all of the services offered at this store. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Josh and the entire staff and my tire was repaired for free! What a great experience. Called Big O store in Parker. Asked Ben if I needed an appointment to get tires rotated. He told me if I could drop the car off, he would get it done that day. He told me they would balance wheels and check alignment. He called me 2 hours later to let me know that job was finished. Alignment was fine. Car was ready to pick up. Great service.

2005 CRV had flat tire, called Big-O in Parker. Matt could fit me in same day. I was able to inflate the tire enough to make it to the Parker location. Unfortunately for me turned out to be sidewall issue (found out later daughter drove over a curb and did not feel the need to tell me) and needed 4 new tires and alignment. Sylvester explained everything up front so no surprises. Fortunately for me a sale had started so they were able to offer me a great deal. 1 hour later received a call from Matt explaining my controller arm bushings were shot and would cause alignment issues if not fixed (needed 2 new controller arms). Not an expense I was expecting but car does have over 170K miles. Worked with Matt on cost and options to get the correct service for the vehicle. Later that day... Matt called again this time the connection from the controller arm to the tie rods were in bad shape, one was able to be reused but the other was not (they tried but unsuccessful). Again Matt worked with me on cost and options since these additional unforeseen issues were adding up. Repairs may not be done until the next day, and trying to keep to a budget. Phone rang again and I was pleasantly surprised that all the services were completed same day and CRV was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the total was a bit over budget but based on all the services required I felt I had been treated more than fair with the options they provided. I felt well informed every step of the way and recommend their services going forward.

Three-star rating due to the delay! What is the point of making an appointment online a week ahead, only to wait an extra hour??? And no record of the appointment??? Hoping these guys will give me a credit or something. Individual service here was good - the guys were busy but polite and attentive, but my time is valuable and I dont like it being wasted.

Jason & his team are top notch! I got my car towed in last week because my transmission light was on and I needed a piece replaced on my focus. Jason made sure I was taken care of as I was going on vacation, he helped me even with a fix that I had to take to the Ford dealership! I cant thank his team enough, they always have your best interest and I will definitely continue to always bring my car here!

Wifes SUV tire started to go low and her warning light came on. It was not visibly low but our tire gauge showed it was definitely losing air. We figured she picked up a nail, but we didnt know for sure until we took the it to Big O. We have Big O Bigfoot tires with the road hazard coverage. We dropped it off, no appointment, when they opened at 7:30 and they called at 10am to say it was done. It was a nail that went through the inside sidewall, unrepairable, and since we had the road hazard coverage, the tire was replaced and it only cost us $34 for a new tire. Matt was wonderful and right on top of getting us taken care of. We have been going to the Parker Big O for over 20 years and they have always taken care of us very well.

We have been coming to this Big O store since we moved to Parker 20 years ago. The service has always been good. But since Jason has had the store the service is even better. All the staff is friendly and always willing to help even if its just to check and put air in my tires. They do complete car care from oil changes to major repairs. The quality of their work is excellent. We bring all our cars here, wont think of taking it anywhere else. Very highly recommend bringing your cars here for all your service needs. Sylvester at Big O in Parker is an awesome straight up guy. Had a problem at discount tire with two size tires I chose for my car and when I called my local big o store, I spoke to Sylvester. I communicated what my issue was and the problem I had at discount tire. Told him what I was looking for to better equip my lifted 13’ WRX. He talked me through my options and said he wouldn’t let me leave without being 100% happy with my purchase. Chose Falken wildpeak A/T trail 225/55/17 for my car and I couldn’t be any happier. They installed 2 tires onto my wifes suv. While the install went fine, they added additional costs onto my invoice without prior authorization. This is the 3rd time a Big O store, not just this location, has done so. Buyer beware, they add small costs without asking to boost their bottom line.

Have brought my vehicle here a few times for different things. Most recently I was experiencing significant issues with my vehicle and brought it here where the issue was quickly diagnosed by Jake. Then, Jason walked me through a plan of attack that was the best for my situation as opposed to trying to push anything unnecessary into the picture. Fantastic local and honest repair and tire shop.

One the of the best big o tires shops ive visited so far.i went in,told them that i have nail in my tire.they fixed it real fast.when i asked them how much do i owe them.the guy told me that its free.i mean fixing the tire with little nail in it,maybe small thing but still when you go to tire shop,they usually charge you for work done.this guys didnt.thank you!

He has the respect of those whom work for him in the shop area, they work as a team knowing what is being asked by both parties in the best interest of the customer. I see most of these reviews are positive but I had just a terrible experience with this big o location. Our Mazda cx9 had no problems for years, as we took it on many road trips. We spent $1000 on nitrogen tires, and just days later one of the tires was leaking serious air. After taking it back in to see what happened, they told us there was a bad seal on the tire and they did not take responsibility for what obviously happened on their end. Then they said it was good. The next day we left for a 3 hour trip and found out soon after getting their the tire was leaking again. After taking the car in for a third straight time, they told us there was damage to the tire and rim. This was clearly something they should have seen when they put the new tires on, or at least the first time we brought it in after leaking, but they said nothing and let us drive it without knowing there was damage that they should have seen. Then they made us pay for the new rim and kicked us out of the store when we came in to complain about getting screwed by them. They need a serious change over there. Would not recommend this location.

I was in Parker, CO for and planning on driving half way across the country the next day but my tires were worn and the truck didnt feel tight.. I called around to local tire shops and Josh from Big O Tires was stood. They were able to get new tires on, brakes swapped, and a few other odds and ends taken care of in less than two hours. All the staff was helpful. If youre in Parker and need any work done I would recommend Big O Tires.

Got my oil changed today along with new wiper blades for the upcoming winter weather. Set my appointment last week for this morning and all went perfectly. They accepted the coupon which I had gotten online and saved some money as well.I have been using this Big O store for many years now for new tires and oil changes and such and only have good things to say.
