EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTEDTook my lawnmower to have it fixed. It had a bad starter gear that cost simple $14 and they told me that the whole entire starter had to be replaced for $200. It’s a $60 starter motor they wanted to charge $200 which is $140 5 minute labor charge are you kidding? I’d hate to see what they charge for a valve adjustment probably for $400. I would never ever recommend going there for anybody
We purchased a Stihl weed eater from the retail side. Excellent customer service from the salesman we dealt with. Last week took a different fairly new stihl weedeater to the service department to have the spark arrestor cleaned. After 3 days and no phone call to tell us the work was done we stopped by to pick up our weedeater. The bill was over $40 for this 15 minute job that any 14 year old could do. The service persons demeanor bordered on being surly. We wont have anything else serviced at this shop. Well be better off finding a shop thats more interested in good customer service and that will charge a reasonable price for their labor.
Great place, they went out of their way to make sure that I got what I needed, Im positive that nobody else would have done what they did, and the best thing is that I didnt even charge me anything extra. Their prices are very competitive and fair, their customer service is excellent and their selection of equipment is better than any other place within 100 miles.I highly recommend that you give them a chance, Im sure you wont be disappointed.
Well I really like the owners and the parts guys are friendly. I only have a couple issues. Took moms lawnmower in to have a new starter, battery, PTO switch and anything else that needed fixing. Also do tune up service on it. When I got it home it had a flat. So I plugged it. Also deck belt was slipping. It would barely cut grass. I noticed the deck belt was almost wore out and the tension pulley was stuck. I took it apart, cleaned it and greased it. Works perfectly now. I called about a new deck belt. $79.95. So I called Crossland parts in Pattonville. Top of the line kevlar deck belt 5/8x137.5 was $40 out the door.Anyway, its a nice place with a hardware department and hydraulic hose shop.
I had posted a great review of this place a month ago; but after my last interaction here, I am editing it. The customer service is now horrible. The girl who works up front is rude, immature, and unpolished. She does not know when to shut her mouth and to keep it shut. She had poor customer service experience and has absolutely no business working with customers. When trying to call to check on a previously ordered item, she hung up on my husband. When we went up there to get the refund, she was incorrigible, impolite, and uncultured. Her ignorance is clearly visible in the fact that she has not been trained properly in customer service relations. The other mistake is the owners and managers encouraged her to act in such a manner, and allowed her uncouth behavior to continue. All they had to do is give my husband a refund. And apparently, that was too much for her to comprehend. And the girl working the counter is an antagonist with her comments, instead of just finishing the refund. The managers do nothing to keep her in line, so be prepared for her insulting behavior.
Bought a pre-owned grasshopper from here. Best people around for parts of sales. They went above and beyond to make the process so simple and easy for me. I will be a customer for life! Yall go see them today. If your mower needs work Kevin is your man and knows these machines like no one else!
Great customer service
Great customer service. Love this place. Best place to buy or have your lawn equipment worked on or serviced.
I ordered blades for my Ikon XL rider. They were good, but not as pictured, and I wanted the blades pictured on the internet. They refunded me the 50 bucks with a smile, then spent quite a bit of time trying to locate the ones in the net photos. They even passed my concern to the rep and to Gravely with no luck. After some research of my own I decided the net addy held photos of blades from a larger Ikon. Since the blades received looked better than most, I went back and re-purchased them rather than letting 82 get stuck with the cost bc I will use them next summer. 3 people at 82 went above and beyond to provide great customer service, so I highly recommend them. The place was clean and neat also.
Very nice people to do business with.good selection of all things for yard care and service.
We FINALLY found someone with a thorough knowledge of zero-turn mowers. Thank you so much... and our next visit will be to BUY. Very friendly and professional!
Excellent stihl dealer get all my parts here and they are very helpful and friendly.
Bought a gravely mower from these folks, excellent customer service very helpful and knowledgeable on the right mower for our lawn highly recommend!
I wouldnt recommend this place. They seem picky about what they are willing to fix.
They just like car sales they will the high price before the on sale price and then they dont wanna do it. Go to Bonham to get your gravely lawnmower
Terrible customer service, the mouthpiece cashier behind the counter will antagonize and belittle you if you request a refund.Don t raise a ruckus, they ll call the cops on you, big words scare them.It ll be funny when this place goes under, the owner has so much stock i bet he can barely make his overhead, their sales are far from stellar and their supplier is blue mountain group, a corporate entity that can t supply their stores. Don t blame stihl, blame the owner for a poor run business.
Good people! They will treat you like they care about you!
Bought a new Kioti tractor here- financing wasnt as smooth as it could be, and they didnt know all the answers to my questions about the tractor, but they were super friendly and took the initiative to find out and get back to me- couldnt ask for more.Update- 82 is no longer a Kioti dealer, its been over two months and I still have no owners manual or tag for the trailer I purchased. So now I have a tractor and have to drive at least twice as far for parts or service. I have followed up multiple times, but since they severed the Kioti relationship, they have not been much help.
Excellent customer service
Bought a new 52 inch Worldlawn Diamondback.
Had to make a 2nd trip to get it fix
