Been coming here since 2013. I have brought 15 cars including all my friends and some family. Normally pay 75.00 no matter what car. No they charge 130.00 73% increase. I will be taking my business somewhere I hope will have more loyalty for repeat customers. Especially the ones that tell every person that asks about window tint and stereos they should go to ace.

Apparently their warranty doesnt cover viser tint peeling off. Then tried to charge me $40 for a viser on front wind shield. Not bringing my cars here anymore. Cant believe I useto reccomend them all the time!

Service was fast and everything went there early but not worth it, I took my truck to get tinted and the two doors tint was cut crooked and fading, I went the week after because they told me the fading will go away to let the tint settle and nothing went away. After I went up to the owner with my receipt and date on it he told me no the warranty doesn’t cover the fading even though the tint was put on a week ago. Very unacceptable and will not be taking any of my future vehicles there. Recently took my Honda to one of the guys working there and he did a great job he has his little spot behind the Compton car wash and have taken my sisters and in laws car there so far the tint jobs have came out great.

Looks small from the outside but once you go in, has a big waiting area. Recommend not getting the Groupon. Its been 2weeks and the tint job so far so good looks good. We will have to see how it does in time but as of now I can not complain. They do have a warranty on it, so thats one of the reasons I decided to go with this location.

Terrible new ownership and overpriced. Got tint and bubbled and is unaligned . Old owner was better. Do not waste time nor money.

Showed up last minute and signed in and left my key. 5 hours later I could not believe I was looking at the same truck, limo tint all the way around, it gave my truck a cleaner look and more to my liking. They even safely removed a novelty lyft sticker, tinted the back window and reapplied the sticker. I was extremely impressed when they moved my truck, the gentleman maneuvered it like it was his own yet with safe and speedy actions. Never forced the transmission nor forced the wheel spin. Like a magician at work.

Had me new car tinted, got here early and was the first one on the spot. Have been bringing other cars here in the past. Great place/price

Seriously just for the set of hight beams runing lights they want it 100 dollars I got not just the high beams but also the headlights and fog lights leds on Amazon for 60 bucks ..lol

Good fast service, the only reason for the 4 stars, because I was quoted $90 on the phone for 3 windows to get tinted. But was charged $100. I still payed, the service was fast for the amount of people there was when I got there at 4pm. They did a great job on my Tahoes windshield and the driver and passenger windows.

Wish i can give these guys 0 stars. I brought in my 2000 silverado to have an good alarm system installed. Big mistake. I bought an alarm with remote start. Tilt sensor and motion sensor. Which was not installed properly. I took it back twice to get it fixed. Owner said i can fix. All he did was cut a wire that was for the tilt sensor and said bring it back next week. I will install a new sensor. . I went back he said i still havent ordered the sensors yet. I went back the following week. And was not surprised. No new sensor. He then said im the new owner. Maybe last guys installed this alarm. I said how long have you been the owner. He replied 3 months. I told him my alarm was installed 1 month ago and he was the guy who cut the wire to my tilt sensor.I only came here because of the high ratings.......... these guys dont meet the ratings they have been given. In my eyes.I wasted my time and money here. But i guess you learn the hard way. I found a good alarm shop in Santa Monica. Pricey but well worth it saving my self the headaches and the runaround i guess you get what you pay for. The address is 1915 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica C.A 90404. Don’t trust them they messed up my electrical system

I have been a long time customer here along with my family, this place has really gone downhill. These guys had me waiting all day to get my car windows tinted!! I arrived at 8am and was told there were a few people ahead of me and would call me when I was next, I literally called 4 times that day and everytime there was still people ahead of me. I arrived 1 hour before they closed and they told me that they werent able to do my car because they were gonna close, I didnt even get a call saying they couldnt do my car, it wasnt 6pm yet and they said that they had other cars to do still.... the parking was empty and there were finishing up the last window from ONE car there. Ridiculous!!! Never again am I going here!! So much for customer service.

The audio service technician is very immature rude and unprofessional when it come to dealing with the customer, When you can not do a job you communicate that to the customer. No business will ever be sent to this business from me.Management needs to re-evaluate their staffing choices.

These guys refused to fix the bubbles and fading on my window tint when clearly the receipt states they offer Life Time Warranty on window tint. Not only did they refused but they hunged up on the phone and BLOCKED me from calling. So unprofessional DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE WITH THESE GUYS!

New owner now Dont waste your time. Took my truck in 2 times to retint it still got it wrong. Bubbling,lifting, lint stuck under, tint was cut cricket. Claimed he cant remember me with receipt too. Waste of money and waste of time. Came here for over 7 years never again.👎Blamed it on the ashes from the fires.

So I stopped by this establishment to have my Nissan Altima fully tinted, the tech that worked on my car was named Jin, he was very efficient with his work and got me outta there fully completed pretty fast. I have no complaints thus far, and they provided a year warranty that I felt was reasonable. I would definitely tell other to use them, I also feel the price was commensurate with the work, and the work was good.

Ben trying to tint my windows for about 2weeks they keep giving me the run around put me on the waiting list and never call me to get my window tint I return and they can’t seem to remember me or have my name on there list lmao

These people are careful about what they do and are basically professionals. I went here to remove my tint from all the windows (keep in mind I have a coupe) especially the hard to reach rear windshield and they didnt miss a spot. These guys are awesome people, very affordable, approachable, and super kind. Definitely recommend this place. 💯

Horrible horrible horrible !! Pulled up to get get the windows tinted and they share a spot with a gas station - couldn’t get into the parking lot.Drive around after sitting for 5 mins and tried again. This time made it into the parking lot and yelled at and honked at to move my car ... now the only way to get out is in reverse into Alondra ... but I was then blocked in by another customer ! So not worth it — drive down the street 3 mins ! Great customer service - clean business - and no shared parking lot

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now every time I go I leave happy & satisfied with the work they do, I recently just went to go get the front window of my Yukon tinted & once again they did a great job, I would highly recommend this spot for window tint there affordable & fast as well.

I went in today to get all 5 windows tinted plus an alarm. After shopping around for the best price this was the spot. Specially after reading their reviews. Don’t waste your money on this place they did my front four windows.And they didn’t even do my back window because it had glue from my old tint .The day that I want to do my front four windows they told me they could do my back window the following Thursday I went into the store and the guy wanted to charge me $190 for the back window when he told me it was gonna be $100 and the excuse he gave me he said the prices went up this bs.

Ive gotten multiple cars tinted here. Quick service but if its busy youll have a 2-3hr wait time. Suggest taking someone to drop off the car and picking it up with you. Quality tint. It doesnt pink or purple or brown. Ive had mine on for 3 years all street parking too. You get lifetime warranty so long as you have the receipt; bubbling/cracking/ or fading I believe.

My boyfriend and i just went today to get both our cars windows tinted, we arrived there at 7am and the guy said his workers would arrive by 8 so he could finish one car and by 8 his workers would finish the other one. Well at 8:30 our first car was finished and its 9:50 and my car is still outside without even being started, we have been here waiting and the guys already did 4 different cars that came way after me and i saw him putting another car inside to do its windows, thats when i had enough and just got my car and left.

They do a very good job on the tint and they are fast asf..overall a great experience.

Went here because i hear they do tints for half the price as everywhere. i think great okay ill try them out and save some cash. big mistake. i get it done and then i notice some dust bubbles on most of the windows and scratches on one of the tints. okay ill go back and get them redone no biggie. after i get them redone i notice horizontal scratches on one of the redone windows, thinking it was the tint film but upon returning to them again they pulled off the tint to reveal the glass itself is scratched. And they were claiming it wasnt them. who else would it have been? those scratches werent there before i came in to get them redone. it had to be them. but they just kept saying it wasnt them and no way for me to prove it. wow. they did my dirty. really shouldve paid the $200 for an actual quality job.
