You always on time but very little space if you have a lot to carry

Poor service ask for flat rate, and I was quoted one rate. However, when cab arrived he was late from the time I was quoted, not to mention I had to call dispatch 6 times to find out where the driver is. The office said they will lower fare due to tardiness. That was not the case, driver wanted to argue the fare, he agreed to the lower price then tried to hustle the price back up. However the driver agreement to lower rate was recorded. Tried to call the office back, they refused to answer the phone. At the end driver agreed to Lowe rate. We were late to our appointment because of all the delays. Next time will use Lyft ride instead.

Would have given no stars if I could.

One of the most efficient cab service, we had the experience with them las weekend when our car didnt star and we have to go to a family party they arrive in about 12 minutes like the dispatcher said so for me is a cery important point punctuality because I dont like wait fir long time so thats why I advise people who need taxi in Paramount really useful see you....
