I set a appointment with this Tax Preparer for a Sunday appointment at 12:00pm. I arrived at 11:45 am and waited. My appointment time came and no Alma Minjares. Waited until 12:40 Still no Alma. I received not one phone call from her stating she couldnt make or running late. Very unprofessional. Had to go to another location.

I had an appointment for this past Saturday January 30th appointment time at 11am, waited over and hour and 25 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up. I called the number for the tax preparation services to see if the person was running behind only to find out the number was linked directly to the telephone that was in front of me. The Walmart employees also have no information regarding the tax preparer’s scheduling or if the person won’t be showing up since they are separate from Jackson Hewitt.

$263.00 for a simple tax form! Never again.30 min.wait time for customer service,no thanks!
