My reamers were returned sharp, as intended, but the metal was partially blued from extreme heat and the handle on one of them was very much ground away from careless workmanship. Upon calling company, I was rudely instructed to deduct a fair amount from my invoice and never send tools again. Dont worry, I wont be using Boggs again.

I couldnt believe how my old woodworking rasps were brought back to better than new. They often have file makers send brand new files to create an upper end quality. As I was speaking with the owner I learned that they sell all kinds of files, rasps, and Burrs too. I use a power carving tool, but the bits are expensive and Chinese. Boggs has much higher quality, American made Burrs at way better prices. Dremel users should check them out.

I did not know file sharpening existed as a service. Gave these guys a try and was amazed at their quality. If you have old files dont buy Chinese/ Indian, send them to these guys, you will be glad you did.
