What a great little shop with excellent customer service. Glenda explained they are a 3rd party for UPS, so they have to charge a pick-up fee which is minimal. I will be frequenting this shop more often just due to the great customer service and well stocked with shipping supplies. Thank you.

Ideally located, personal service & very friendly. I will return to doing business with Happy Mailbox instead going to FedEx Lakewood where service is a hit/miss.

I don’t ever really write reviews but this touch my heart. I walked in and gave my package with no problem didn’t even have to wait in a line. I thought they charged $1 so I handed it over and walked away. I was in the car when she comes and give me the $1 back and says we don’t charge for fed ex drop offs. I know this is only one dollar but it’s the fact that she didn’t just keep it she was honest and went out of her way to give it back. Amazing 🤩 love this place would definitely come back!
