Been dealing with this shop for months. Did my roters and head way back. First it was losing oil from the engine and smoking then less than two weeks later the head blew. Just picked it up and it didnt make it a mile. Engine has been Mickey moused back together. They severed my speedometer cable. Told me it was the wrong one but never bothered to open it. Called when it broke down and he refused to come get it and fix it. After I paid for a radiator that blew when it blew. I am beyond angry. There are hoses and parts bolted in the wrong place or just not connected. Needless to say I will be suing this shop. I could have been injured or worse. Do not go here. Take your car to a licensed mechanic. If you were lucky and they fixed your car right, still get it checked. This place had my car three times. The last was a over a month. Got it back with the brake and battery light on. Victor is a cheat.

I had a very bad experience with this shop. I had my block and cylinder head done here . Warranty it’s short so now I am dealing with leaking valves and low compression. After inspecting the cylinder walls looks like they were never bored and I just re do the cylinder head and few valves were replaced. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Price was cheaper than most places. Well I guess you get what you pay for. Beware.

This is a bad place to have a mechanic work, the mechanicis there dont know what they doing... I dont recommend...

Dont take your cars here. They dont fix engines correctly. They break down after a month and they keep it for over 3 months for repairs. No cat should ever take that long!Ill post a video of the clunking sound after a week. It then broke down and I was blamed for the break down. Very unprofessional.Carlos the owner was telling back at me telling me he will not extend my warranty after being at his shop for that long. He said it was my fault ! Wtf? WHY IS IT MY FAULT??? IT SHOUOD HAVE LASTED ANOTHER 300-400K MILES!!!1987 TOYOTA VANDo yourself a favor and dont stop here.I will be going to small claims on this matter.Got my car back......and guess what? It broke down again!!!

Took my engine to get rebuilt messed up in the same week and they had my truck over 3 months. Do not take your car here

Very unprofessional work, I took my engine to be rebuilt and they did a nasty job on it, they never clean my engine block, and they painted it on top of the grease, headbolts werent replaced.

In particular, Mr. Pedro, very attentive with his Service, explained to me everything that was better for my car, I am very satisfied with their work and Mr. Victor and very kind workers. People now I have a Return Car to the streets of LA later of 5 years abandoning !! He had a motor rebuild from head to toe is worth the word “I definitely recommend this place Carlos Auto Parts & Bench
