We have been coming here to have our MARS MEI Dollar Bill Validators / Acceptors and Coin Mechanisms serviced and/or repaired for over 7 years now. A friend asked me today where we have our MARS serviced and I told him we always take our MARS units to Ed at Mariah Electronics! When he asked me for their address, like a good vendor, I did not have it! We too were referred here over seven years a go by another vendor and arrived here by the directions he gave us! :) ...So I decided to look up Mariah Electronics on-line thru Duck Duck Go! search engine (the search engine we use because they claim they do not track you! :) Hello Google!) They came right up! Got their address and forward it to my friend! ...Also, decided to leave them this review while at it!Ed (owner or partner, not sure) is a very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional person. He always stops what he is doing and comes to the front counter to answer all of your questions and/or concerns. Their prices are fairly reasonable compared to the MARS Authorized Service Center out in Buena Park, CA--where you are going to pay a lot more (arm & leg perhaps). Ed has also serviced some CURRENZA (Crane National) units for us. Mariah also services COINCO Coin Acceptors and Bill Validators. However, we take all of our COINCO products directly to COINCO in Santa Fe Springs (see George) because we are also using vend coupons and two different types of tokens and COINCO programs and tunes our units for these (free of charge, included with service).So, give Ed at Mariah Electronics a try. Im sure you will be satisfied with their work. If not, just let Ed know. I have, and he will do what he can to make it up to you and keep you as a satisfied and loyal customer.
