I have used them before and will use again. Arrived exactly on time, complied with my wish for no cologne, the friendliest most conscientious technician and the kitchen sinks look like new. Good price too. Worth every penny. Thank you! Oh, and the previous time, when I had some chips, they came more than once to promptly handle them under the warranty. definitely recommend.

Arrived this morning to reglaze my sink. Wanted to park in driveway and I said you will be blocking the driveway other people use. He didn’t want to drive around to find parking and the guy did not come prepared with “booties” inside a customers home and wanted to wear his shoes inside and I said no way....the owner calls me and asks if I have “booties” for his worker and I said That is not my job as the owner to supply you the worker with booties. I told him there are a million glaze people to do the job and if you can’t drive to find parking and you won’t wear booties or take your shoes off then I’m not interested in your services. I would not recommend .

Had a problem with original finish but Alfredo contacted us and redid job. Very happy with service and new finish. Looks great!

Fast, and very friendly!!! They did an excellent job. No mess; cleaned up after themselves; and very little odor. Took longer than I anticipated, but worth it because I can tell he took his time for a job well done. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever! Shower started pealing a few months it was applied and when I asked Alfredo to come and look at it he would not return my calls. Seems he is not willing to cover ANY warranty. Ive left many messages, not one has he returned. Sounds like a breach of contract. Now I need to have another company respray my shower. If youre smart and want the job done right with a warranty I would NEVER used 5 Star. Youd be better off hiring a monkey. NEVER use 5 Star!!! save your money, call So-Cal reglazing. Much more professional, cheaper and willing to to warranty any problems. Ive never posted anything like this before but just so amazed how poorly Alfredo treats his customers after hes been paid. He should call his business 1 Star, not 5 Star.

Five Star is a great company. I called them late in evening for a rush job and they were able to respond immediately and were at the location at 7 am the next morning. The work was very good and clean and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again as being a real estate agent, I come across a lot of situations where I can use them.Thanks guys!!

I just had my tub and shower refinished and it turned out very nice. Alfredo is very easy to talk to and very accommodating. Daniel came out and did the work and did a great job. I would recommend this company.

I am very saddened to be writing this post this gentleman and company came out a year ago and did it work for me which in my opinion was extremely high-quality and good work I have been trying to get in touch with him for two weeks called numerous times sent emails text messages and nothing no response at all I would love to leave you a five star review so please contact me backUpdate just heard back from Alfredo set an appointment for Friday will upgrade the five stars once completed like I said he does great work just appears to be extremely busy

I cant say enough about the quality of work and the constant communication during and after the project was completed. All aspects of the project was done in a professional manner.I had a tight schedule due to work obligations and Alfred and his crew arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame given. As I stated, the follow up after the job was a pleasant surprise. 5 Star even provided information for cleaning my tiles that will save me $$$ :)Very happy with 5 Start and will certainly recommend and use again!

I had a last minute approval to get a bathtub resurface, I called several companies’ asking to get it done that same day but no one was able to assist me.Not until I called five star and spoke with Alfredo, even though they were booked that day they schedule me for evening and did an excellent job. They know their stuff for sure. They patched up a shower for me that had more cracks then I care to count and it looks great.Alfredo listened to what my concerns were and made suggestion rather than being pushy and telling me what I needed.Jose came, did his job and explained to me what he was doing when I asked. He was clean and there was no overspray anyplace in my bathroom.Great price and I highly recommend them.

They are awesome! I never write reviews but had to write this one because I was so impressed. I sent a desperate email as I had two days until we listed our home in BELLFLOWER CA and had an open house. Our bathtub was peeling and we needed it refinished ASAP. They squeezed us in and I was blown away by the professionalism and how beautiful the tub looked. We should have done it much sooner so we could actually enjoy it. 5 star crew was great to work with and we would for sure use them again thats why they deserve a 5 star rating.

I hired five star reglazing I spoked to the owner Alfredo. He was very knowledgeable and very respectful and thrilled with explaining the process of the work. My bath was In a very bad shape and needed a good refinishing. I am very happy with the result I will defenaly recomend him again to anyone that is in need.

5 Star Reglazing just completed resurfacing a bathroom vanity for my client. I am a general contractor and found Alfredo and Jose very knowledgable and helpful. They offered their recommendations regarding color and going all one color versus doing the bowl a different color from the counter top. The do an excellent job of taping off, and are willing to spend the time at the clients house to do a very professional job. When drying time was taking longer then expected they insisted on coming back the next day to put on clear coat instead of rushing job just to get it done. Good pricing, knowledgable and appear to have a lot of integrity. Would gladly recommend this company to my other clients.

I had my tub done by them. It looked ok after it was finished. But in 10 months, there were multiple blisters. I called back and got an answer that “you should not be calling now that it has been 11 month.”But their work is guaranteed for a year.

Left 3 Messages, never returned my call....sent photo via text and still no reply.

Horrible service. Horrible quality. This man does not stand behind his work.
