I am convinced these 5 star reviews are not real, probably friends asked to leave a good review. Ive had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. The unprofessionalism is unreal. After trying to get information on why my account was closed out they forwarded me to their supervisor Salvador who the staff confirmed was in the office just for me to get sent to Call Forwarding 3 times. I received a follow up call and the rep. I spoke to said shed transfer me over to Salvador and once again my call was sent to Call Forwarding. I called again and the rep. I spoke with confirmed that he was in but she didnt know what I wanted her to do and all she could do was transfer me again and surprise surprise I get sent to Call Forwarding. Ridiculous.

I am very pleased with the work of, service technician, Jorge Gaytan. He is very professional, customer service oriented and helpful. He installed a new wireless thermostat and he took the time to help me install the app on my phone and learn how to control the thermostat from my phone. Thank you, Jorge!

I must be the unlucky one. I started in Aug 2020 with the help offered to low-income weatherization. After intial qualify, start with inspect, furnace off in Aug 2020. I was told after all the weatherization completed someone will repair or replace furnace. Now six months later, no heat for my children nor I (a sr. citizen on disability) and with only a space heater for any attempt of not freezing, in the middle of covid that J from the Co came said five different issues w/ the furnace. Every time clarification was requested the reason changed. I was then told that my furnace was turned on by J to check it for co2 leak. I told the Super NO J did not turn it on. He said well then he has a problem, its my word against his. Ten mins later after super says J did not need to turn the furnace on. The Company super I spoke to said he would NOT give me any of the findings from the services done. He said he closed out my file. So I did get great insallation, beyond that I was better off before I called this Co. Ive been told RE will not come back because they only have locals in Bakersfield, Lancaster and paramount. He said its too far. The documentation and photos I have taken do not add up.

Reliable energy sent out Medina to inspect and do some work at my home. He was professional, respectful and did very good work. He was on time, very polite and a very nice man. I would highly recommend him.

Albert was the technician who serviced my AC/Heating unit on Nov. 1. He checked out every possible thing and got my elderly Goodman unit going perfectly. He was courteous and explained everything completely and patiently. I have now signed up for a three year maintenance plan which has lots of advantages for me. In the past, Richard B. has serviced my AC/Heating unit and he has done a fantastic job keeping an older unit going.I am very impressed with this company.

I had my furnace replaced May 2019 through the Socal Energy efficiency program. When they left I tested the AC and it did not work. I called and the rep told me that the AC was a separate issue. I explained to her that the AC used to work, rep agreed to send a rep and the rep said that I need to replace the condenser. I hired an HVAC tech who made the condenser run by pressing something manual on it and the tech said that the wiring was done wrong in the attic. I called Reliable and they agree to send a Sup... sup came and agreed that they had wired the thermostat wrong so he fixed it. During Dec I had to call cause the heater would not turn on.... turns out that one of the pipes that goes to the outside was not weatherproof so a lot of water enter the system which prevented it from running... they fixed that issue as well. Now its the summer and since the AC has been running all day I noticed a lot of water coming from my roof. I hired an HVAC tech who got on the roof and told me that the condensation PVC pipe was missing. Again... the AC ran perfectly before and the condensation pipe would drip outside but somehow part of the pipe is now missing ever since reliable came. I called Reliable and the rep told me Warranty is over after 1 year and did not offer any help. Its unfortunate that knowing that theyve made several mistakes with the installation they did not have the courtesy to come check.

Technicians Ruben Roman and Dario Maya were excellent. They explained everything that that needed to do and they were excellent. They cleaned up after completing the job. They were very efficient and pleasant to work with. I would refer your company to family and friends. Have a blessed day.👍👍😊

Alex did a nice and friendly job explaining how the California rebate and qualifications works for us. We have a 50 year old gas greater which was emitting carbon monoxide, and so we qualified to have the old heater replaced with a new energy energy efficient heater, which will save us money every month and keep us warm.Le was the follow-up person who came and did additional tests and removed the heater. Her was very nice and courteous.

Jorge and Raul came to make multiple repairs to make my apartment more efficient and safe. They did the work in a timely manner and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone get them to do repairs in your home.

Gorge gaytan: was the agent that came out to help just have to say thank you so much Gorge for all your help! he went out of his way to show myself and my mother how to clean out our wall furnace along with some pretty nice tips on how to do it.

Thank goodness for this service and Manuel Rodriguez. Both front and kitchen doors are now sealed tightly all around so no more drafts or noise. The shower hose was replaced as well as the faucet water filter thingy. All work well done and he cleaned up after. 5 stars!

This company is great. Had another company misdiagnose my issue with my AC and try to charge me $900 for a repair. Reliable Energy actually diagnosed it correctly and repaired it for $200 in an hour. I now have a go-to company for all my AC and plumbing needs. Very happy with them.

We were in the grips of one of the worst/longest heatwaves ever on record, & my old A/C unit began leaking condensation all over a bedroom floor.In not knowing who to turn to, my uncle recommended us to call Reliable Energy, which also installed a new A/C & Furnace units for their family.Upon calling them, I was connected to Genesis. From day 1, she was always very helpful, patient, understanding, complimentary, & courteous with me in our various correspondences (answering any questions/concerns we may have had, making schedules for the tasks to be completed, checking to see how things were going/follow-up, apologizing when necessary, etc.). All of this contributes to Reliable Energy providing for their customers/clients excellent customer service. Robert provided us a quote.Because of the persistent hot weather, Reliable (understandably so) was super busy. This meant that we had to wait for an additional 2-3 weeks, before they could schedule the technicians to remove the old & install the new.Once my family endured through this very unbearable time frame without A/C, the tech guys (Jesus & Lupe) came on time (actually, 10 minutes early) & were very respectful, knowledgeable, & thoroughly in completing the tasks assigned to them. BTW, my family decided to have Reliable install a whole new A/C & Furnace units. Even the technician (Alex) during the latter stages of the process was the same way. Courteous, friendly, & clean (picking-up the trash).Thus, despite a few hiccups/frustrations along the way, my family & I highly recommends Reliable Energy to meet your A/C & Furnace needs. Again, Genesis is the best! Youll like her too!

Do not buy from this place. Their products are a joke. Had them install a new unit and it went out a year after warranty expired. 1 year! Contacted the company for them to tell me they cant do anything. Supposedly they were going to have another department contact me and nothing. Now I have to spend all of this money fixing the problem.
