I was running late...it was about 15 to 20 minutes before closing time and I was in need of quite a while longer to get the help I needed ...therefore, of course I wasnt going to even try to get her to do anything and take up her very important time at the end of her day! But, (sorry, but I am a very honest person and I also am taking my bad)not just the employee, but to make a quiet lengthy statement...she was pretty awfully rude, but as I kept letting her know...as soon as I walked in, pulled me a ticket, (I was the only person in there who needed to be waited on)without starting to even set down m, I proceeded while waiting, to help myself to the application wall, retrieve one with a envelope, and at the same time again trying to explain...I had no intentions at all for her, (because of my tardiness and I had already called approximately 4 hours prior and she was aware of the fact I was going to be in the NEED OF SOME TIME CONSUMING HELP ALONG EVEN MORE! BUT, as I kept fighting back tears trying to give her whatever the correct documents or paperwork, etc. she needed and required, (and...yes...the very 1st paper out of a whole bunch of not even sure much less knowing what I was doing and she needed...point she eventually with the approximately 5 pages she copied was a little bit more nicer and by the time 10 minutes tops she was done and I still teary eyed literally shoving all these papers into my bag and RUNNING FOR THE DOOR, OF COURSE STILL APOLOGIZING...LOL!!

The reception was very friendly and helpful. She was the only one I saw.

Took a friend there. They place was very clean. The employees are very friendly. But did notice that maybe they need at least 2 people working the window to help the crowd of people there. And it causes a very long wait period with only 1 worker at the window.

The people that work there at the window are so rude, not willing to help, act as if everyone is beneath them. They need to clean the front window of their prudes and get some friendly people in there!!!! It’s a crying shame how these government workers behave and act. If everyone’s life was perfect your jobs wouldn’t exist. If your that unhappy go somewhere else and NOT with the public!!!! Shame shame shame

Thay could do better about helping people who cant read and wright this poor lady ask for help and that told her to take her paper home have some one else help her some help

Watch out, these folks dont have any problem putting your information right out there....u have to take a # to drop it off; let me save everyone some time, drop it off at post office. Its alot quicker than they are and safer . People dont need to be standing at their front window giving out their banking information...these people need to be reported to Little Rock...!!!!

The first place to go for various reasons. The office will answer your questions and help you out with the issue. Its very respectful and considerate of others and I have been working with the program of study in your life.. oops sorry I just get much needed help for me and my family...

As with any state or federal institution, its always slow. Enough said!

Theyre always slow and grouchy at the window. They could use more staff to work the window. Maybe take down the wall and make more windows. It would create a couple of jobs if they did and they wouldnt have to deal with annoyed customers who have waited hours just to turn in a paper. Maybe they should make a slot just for people that only need to turn in paperwork that is due or needed for a case to be opened. It would save them time.

Worker at window was very rude. Wrote wrong time on my appointment slip then when I arrived told me I would have to make another appointment then proceeded to laugh when I told her it was her mistake. The wait is ridiculous and the reception area is even worse. I truly HATE this place!

I filed for pregnancy Medicaid at 6 weeks. I am 38 years old and 9 weeks now. I need to go to the Dr but i havent heard anything On my Medicaid yet. They told me I didnt provide proof of income or as ssi information which was not true. I provided both the day i turned my paper work in. Why does it take so long to get a response. This is a high risk pregnancy. Does that not matter. Do they not care?

Any sort of common decency would help these employees tremendously. So disappointed that the people who need help most, have to go here and ask.

David mote and fellow employees have harassed me 3 times in an attempt to stop my snap. if you are the victim of excessive harassment like me, make sure you contact robert williams from little rock to file a complaint about it.

Had to sit there (now, please, understand that I dont have any transportation... NONE. my counselor gave me a ride up to their office. shes on the clock) for 45 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! ALL I HAD TO DO IS DROP OFF FREAKIN PAPERWORK!!

The state workers tend to act like youre a nuisance. A lot of them could use a course in compassion.

Took my reported hours for October by the November 5th deadline. I then received a letter from DHS that they did not receive them in time and my insurance was going to be closed

They suck. Period. I have never seen such a group of completely incompetent people in all my life!

After months of waiting for my sons insurance they finally pushed for it to be approved. Wait time is ridiculous but they do their best to help everyone they can.
