Staff was helpful, one of the best places in the area. If you have fish or needing Aquarium supplies, as well as more than reasonable prices for grooming of your four legged family member.

They never want to sell me fish more interested in asking me questions on why not to sell me anything I just gave up on this place after the 3rd time an having to have someone else go in to get me fish they dont ask them anything just sell them whatever.They worried about my stuff but literally 1st thing they told me was dont buy a fish today we just got them so you might get a sick or overmedicated one. Saying my tanks too small and i can only have 3 fish but they have 3 tanks a 3rd the size with 20 to 30 of the same fish...oh thats temporary we got good filtershypocrisy for real.

Okay so i go to purchase fish and i wanted 2 striped goldfish. But no they dont jand pick bait fish. Well i didnt want them for bait. So then i tell her 2 other fish i want. Nope cant have those either. Evidently they come in 3 or more. I just wanted fish for my grandchildren. Took my business else where.

They couldve been more knowledgeable so they can engage more with the customers to build a better relationship with their customers. First time Ive been in there so maybe this isnt an ongoing thing. Store wasnt too crowded and it looked clean and neat.

The staff is very friendly. They greeted us as we walked in. Christine helped us find the right toys for our furbabies. The store was clean and well stocked. I LOVE shopping at PetSmart!! Very Satisfied Customer!!

They have a great supply of pet food and products. Once they get trainers back it will be 5 star again.

No one ever offers to help us save money anymore. Not everyone has enough data nor the know how to figure it out ourselves.Kelly was the best. I would like to know where she went. I dont like a different person every time my dog is getting groomed. I had to sign a paper saying I am responsible if they get bit?? You dont hurt him, you wont get bit!! When I leave my dog with you. ..YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE !!

They only have a couple of fishes in there,no other pets.Im sure you get all the important brands of food and toys in that store but thats it.Staff was friendly.Restroom was clean too.

Drove an hour to pick up supplies for my 3 dogs and to get some fish. Waited for someone to come get my fish for me for over 30 minutes and then told that fish were not being sold that day! Needless to say I put back $200 worth of product back on the shelves and left!!

I know it is difficult during this time with covid. It would be nice if they could direct the line for the checkout away from the entrance and aisles. Maybe put up some ropes or something. I enjoy going with my dog and am cordial with others but sometimes others are rude and shove through the line to get through the aisle. I know that the company cannot control the customers behavior but they can control where the checkout line is so it does not set up a scene for a possible conflict. The staff has always been friendly and sweet especially to my furbabies. We will definitely continue to use them and their app.

The reason I went here was to get a bath and nail cutters for my dog and all the trimmings to go with it.it was the only place around that was under $30 but they had problem I couldnt get in for over 3 weeks Ive been nails for getting very long.when their appointment did come up they said I couldnt bring them in because they had had their heartworm shop. The rumor said that they werent allowed to wash them after that had a shot the previous day so I now have to make another appointment God knows how long that will take.

Always clean and staff is always friendly and willing to help. I gave 4 stars because there cat treat section is very limited compared to other locations. I have to go to the store in Jonesboro to get everything need. Also on free sample Saturday I believe there should be a limit....like 2 of each item/flavor. This way we all get to try new items for our pets. Usually there are a couple of women (I am told) that take most of the samples for cats. They allow it I think because they feed the community cats as well( which is great). But so do I. And I know others that do as well.

Every thing is easy to find, and the staff are very helpful and polite. Im greatfull for that and keeping my babies clean and comfortable. I also want to say thank you for keeping me safe and my pets clean

Service poor, Employee didnt know anything about the specific fishes we asked about. Gave false information about how to care for them, Refused service. So instead we drove to jonesboro n bought fishes there from Petco. If anyone wondering about fishes, GO TO PETCO!!!

I love that I can take my dog in with me. They have a wide variety of food, snacks and toys. The employees are nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

I feel they do not deserve even the one star. I have shopped at this store and had no problems until yesterday. I needed a pump for my tank. There was a clerk on the same isle as I searched for what I needed and had to ask twice for help, and when she did talk to me she was rude and would not even let me tell her what I needed. Then before I left, as always, I looked at the fish. Here she came telling me I could not buy fish I told her I was only looking. Then as I was talking to another clerk she took it upon herself to let me know you cannot have a beta in tank with other fish. Me knowing a friend who had one in her tank with her other fish, she informed me that there was something wrong with that fish. (How rude). Then as I was checking out, here she came to buy a fish for herself. I believe that from now on I will take my business to PETCO.

Staff is almost always rude and hateful. It feels like you are a bother to even walk in their store. I was there yesterday to buy fish and as always when purchasing fish there, I’m going along with her interrogation of what I have. I’ve done my research and know exactly what I want when I come in. After answering her questions, another customer comes up and she walks away with her! I had already told her at least 2 of the fish I for sure was purchasing that day. But she walks away and helps another customer in the middle of our conversation. I left and will certainly not come back. It’s bad enough that I have to answer their questions and feel degraded for wanting to buy a guppie but to have her just walk away while I was talking was the final straw.

Ive never had a rude staff member, or a member who didnt k ow what they were doing. However, this perticular PetSmart has a more limited selection compared to others. Less animals, more pet care products.

I love my dog like I love my boys and PetSmart has everything I need and enjoy shopping where I am always leaving happy.

I brought 2 algea eaters. The worker that bagged them squirked something in the bag as she closed it. Well 1 1/2 weeks later every fish I had has died. Now I have two 55 gallon tanks I have cleaned top to bottom and my fish are all dead. Im so upset with these people my review is dont buy fish from pet smart. Thats why there fish tanks are empty and nasty looking

Im an animal lover and so is my girlfriend and we both love taking our pets into PetSmart where they do grooming and ever everything and they are fast friendly service with a smile.
